I couldn't find a restaurant that was welcoming to families with children, but I nervously entered the building and took the elevator to the restaurant. Inside, the manager was very welcoming to my son, talking to him and even providing a smartphone stand and child-friendly cutlery. They even had delicious grape juice in a wine glass for my son. The food, from the appetizers to the soba noodles, was all delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you so much!

I brought my drinking friends from the Kanto region back home. Even though we already ate and drank at a seafood restaurant for the first round, and had several glasses of local wine at the second venue, these people in their late 50s kept eating so much more. It had been 3 and a half years since we last met, so we ordered 5 unfamiliar dishes and a bottle of wine without hesitation. And for the finale, we each enjoyed soba noodles in our own way. We had a delicious meal and drinks, and the night in Susukino in winter grew late. The couple who came with us went to a winery in Otaru the next day, but only for lunch! Can you believe it?

I was curious about "Soba and Wine Seki" The interior of the restaurant had a clean and pleasant atmosphere, not like a typical soba restaurant. The dashimaki tamago had a rich and fluffy dashi flavor. The Rusutsu pork shumai was tender and delicious, especially when paired with the two types of sauce, chili oil and tare. The zaru soba was made with high-quality soba flour, giving it a unique aroma and firm texture. The broth was light and refreshing, designed to complement wine. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and the service was impeccable. They even had parfait at a soba restaurant! It was a delightful experience.

While I was away for a while, some things have changed. Two familiar faces, N from the kitchen and M the sommelier, are no longer here. It feels quite lonely without their friendly smiles. I believe they are stepping up towards a bright future, so I'll enjoy my meal today. The appetizer is a tamagoyaki and tofu from the Meio Tofu Shop. The tamagoyaki has a subtle dashi flavor and is fluffy and delicious. The tofu is firm, with a nice accent of stem wasabi. It disappeared in no time. Oh, the tamagoyaki sandwich that N let me try before the menu was finalized. I was surprised by the juicy tamagoyaki with dashi flavor sandwiched between soft bread slices. I should order that again after a long time. Huh, it came out and surprised me in a different way. It used to be made with plain white bread, but now it's with thinly toasted 5mm thick bread slices, with mustard spread on them. The tamagoyaki itself is subtly flavored. This is quite different from before. I heard they serve toasted items inside the restaurant. Oh, I see. That's a shame. The Rusutsu pork shumai is tender, with a sweet pork fat taste. The Sichuan pepper infused in chili oil is a bit too hard, maybe because it's freshly soaked. The pork belly roll with new ginger has too much ginger. The thick slices of ginger make it too spicy. It might be better with shredded ginger or half the thickness of ginger slices wrapped with mizuna. The Kaki fry from Kanwa Oyster is over-fried, leaving a burnt taste in the mouth. The Kitsune soba from Meio Tofu Shop surprised me. I was expecting sweet and savory fried tofu, but it turned out to be grilled fried tofu on top. I've never had it this way before, but after trying it, I think it's a good combination. The crispy grilled fried tofu with its warm broth goes well together. Although the restaurant is now run by the owner couple, I hope they continue to maintain their signature flavors and peaceful atmosphere and do their best.

Delicious!!! Lately, I've been really into soba noodles and have found many soba restaurants I want to try. Among them, I had the opportunity to visit this one in Seki. When I think of soba, I usually associate it with Japanese sake, but this place focuses on wine, as the name suggests. So, I decided to try a glass of wine. My friend who came with me isn't good with alcohol, but we decided to order wine together. The staff asked us in detail about our preferences. I like light wines, so I chose that. My friend went for a sweet wine that was almost like a cocktail. The wine my friend chose was so delicious, almost like juice, making it enjoyable even for those who don't like wine. The dishes were all very tasty with a wide variety to choose from. By the time we got to the soba noodles, we were already full. Above all, Mr. Seki was very friendly, making it a place I would love to visit again.

This is my first visit. Just looking at the menu on the internet got me excited, and everything I ate was delicious! The best! A big hit!! ✨ The restaurant is clean and the service is great. ① Sliced tomatoes from Hakodate with a sugar content of 7 degrees ② Soba sushi with fatty beef from Kodashiro ③ Seared live eel ④ Horse sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture ⑤ Thick fried tofu steak ⑥ Roast duck from Kyoto ⑦ Iburi-gakko with cream cheese and black pepper ⑧ "Mori soba" made with soba flour from Kitami Town.

On my third visit, I finally got a table. The soba noodles were delicious! I had this place on my list as a second option, but I wish I had come here first. I ordered shark cartilage with plum, grilled eel, rolled omelette with broth, corn tempura, and finished with soba noodles. Everything was tasty, but the soba noodles were the best! They really nailed the 100% buckwheat soba. Also, the service from the staff was excellent. Thank you for the meal.

This shop is located about a 4-minute walk from Susukino Station and has a cafe-like atmosphere. We started with a toast with beer and ordered some dishes. - Small Hira Wagyu Beef Toro Soba Sushi: I tried soba sushi for the first time, and the texture is more noticeable than rice, allowing the umami of the meat to spread as you chew, making it delicious. - Soba Flour and Potato Gnocchi Gorgonzola: The chewy gnocchi goes well with the cheese. The Gorgonzola cheese is easy to eat without the typical strong cheese smell. - Thick Grilled Tofu Steak from Meio Tofu Store: The outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy, providing a great texture. The flavor is refreshing with a sauce made from seaweed and nori. - Rolled Omelette: The aroma and flavor of dashi are strong, and it is delicious enough to eat without any additional seasonings. - Fried Hocke: The hocke is not heavy despite being fried, with a tartar sauce that adds a slight acidity. - Seasonal Soba 2-Type Assortment: It included Sasa Soba and Yuzu Soba. The colors and aromas were different, with the yuzu providing a refreshing flavor perfect for hot summer days! Overall, it was a very satisfying meal! Thank you.

The bright and elegant atmosphere of the restaurant, with piano jazz playing in the background, creates a sophisticated ambiance. The staff is attentive and the customers are lively, enjoying drinks and laughter. The sommelier is knowledgeable and offers great recommendations. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, making it hard to choose. The seasonal soba tasting set was a nice touch, with two different types of soba to try. The wagyu beef sushi with soba was beautifully presented and flavorful. The tamagoyaki with dashi was warm and comforting. The staff provided excellent service from start to finish, making the dining experience enjoyable. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

In 2016, I enjoyed a white bottle of "BOURGOGNE" and a vintage red bottle of "PATZ & HALL" from 2001. I had rolled omelette, horse sashimi, and dried fruits as appetizers. I started with the white wine to fill my stomach with the appetizers, then savored the special red wine. The American red wine had a sweet aroma with a full body, making it very easy to drink due to its smoothness from aging. It had been a while since I had such delicious red wine! Although I was already full after the second restaurant, I couldn't resist trying some soba noodles next time.

I'm sorry for showing up without calling first. I'm glad there was a seat available. I went because I wanted to eat soba, but I wasn't satisfied. The soba was not as good as I remembered, it was dry and crumbly. Since I started making soba myself, I have tried many different kinds of soba and now I can understand the differences better. It's a good place to go for drinks, but for just soba, there is a cover charge and the soba is expensive.

I visited a soba and wine bar that I had been curious about for some time. I arrived before 6:30 pm without a reservation, and was asked if it was okay to sit at a shared table with a partition. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance, as the restaurant can get crowded. I started with a Sapporo Classic beer for 600 yen (tax included). There was a 500 yen table charge listed on the menu. We ordered some appetizers that arrived quickly, including smoked edamame for 500 yen and boiled peanuts in soba water for 500 yen. The edamame had a nice smoky flavor, and the boiled peanuts were a favorite. We also had thick tofu steak from Meio Tofu Shop for 700 yen, ginger sashimi for 400 yen, and a bottle of Abadia de Roble Ayuso wine for 3900 yen. We tried soba sushi with dashimaki tamago, red wine soba sushi, and a seasonal soba tasting set. The soba was made from locally sourced soba flour and had a nice texture. Overall, it was a great experience with a good selection of food and wine. I recommend it as a second stop for wine and light snacks, followed by delicious soba noodles.

My boss, who is a gourmet, and I had a celebration at this restaurant. We were unsure where to go, but ultimately decided on this place. It had been a while since our last visit, and there was a slight change in the system. Surprisingly, they had a menu now. The menu included items such as crab stick soba sushi, organic Atlantic salmon carpaccio, rolled omelette, fried Rausu soybeans, grilled chicken from a soba shop, two types of soba noodles, and homemade bracken rice cakes - a total of seven dishes. The soba sushi came with mayonnaise dip, which was a unique touch. The carpaccio was fresh and delicious, accompanied by wasabi greens and nuts. The rolled omelette, a signature dish of the restaurant, was slightly sweet but tasty. The fried soybeans came with fried soba noodles and were nicely done. The grilled chicken had a good flavor, and the radish simmered dish served with it was delicious. The soba noodles were served in two varieties - plum and more Soba. The plum had a subtle aroma, and the more Soba was also flavorful. For dessert, they served me homemade bracken rice cakes because I am lactose intolerant. The bracken rice cakes here are excellent - great texture, sweetness, and size. I will definitely come back again.

On Sunday evening, we decided to have a light dinner for two after overeating at lunch. It was our first visit to this soba restaurant, which had a bright interior with three table seats and a counter. We started with a toast with beer and then struggled to choose from the extensive menu. In the end, we settled on soba dishes. Here's what we ordered: - Dashimaki Tamago (rolled omelette with broth) for 500 yen: The fluffy and flavorful dashimaki tamago was beautifully cooked with a juicy dashi flavor. - Boneless Hokke (Atka mackerel) Fry with soba broth tartar sauce for 650 yen: Unfortunately, the fried hokke was too hard due to using dried fish, and the saltiness of the dried fish overpowered the taste. - Moro Kyu (cucumber with soba grains in spicy miso) for 380 yen: The spicy miso was delicious, and the crispy cucumber paired well with it. - Soba-ya Chicken Yakitori for 750 yen: The tender chicken thigh was well-grilled and had a savory aroma. The sauce seemed to be made with soba broth. - Mori Soba (shared soba noodles) for 750 yen: The soba noodles were served in two separate bowls for sharing, which was thoughtful. The noodles were slightly thicker, with a subtle flavor and aroma. The dipping sauce had a hint of sweetness, though it wasn't exactly to our liking. We also enjoyed a glass of wine each, and the total bill was under 5000 yen, making it a budget-friendly dining experience. Overall, it was a pleasant meal, and we may consider going for a second round at another restaurant. Thank you for the meal!

The third meal of the day ended with soba noodles. The dish was like an ink squid pasta, which was intriguing. The soba noodles were made from bamboo charcoal. They offer different kinds of soba noodles here, changing periodically. The soba noodles were delicious, and the wine was also good! The wine of the day was from Taittinger. I will definitely come back again!

I had been curious about the concept of wine and soba for a while, and finally had the chance to visit. The interior of the restaurant is clean and pleasant, with a white color scheme. The menu is well-structured and edited with a good sense of style. I realized once again how important sense is. We started with some alcohol and side dishes, such as chicken fritters with soba broth and dashi rolled omelette. The menu features dishes that highlight the unique characteristics of soba, like the grilled thick tofu. Of course, we ended our meal with soba noodles, enjoying a comparison between Fukumaki and sesame soba. It's great that you can enjoy soba until late at night. This place could be a good choice for a second or third stop during a night out. Thank you for the meal.

Every time after drinking, I usually go to the third or fourth place, so the location is often a bit shady. Despite remembering that it was supposed to be on the left after going up the back elevator, for some reason it ended up being on the opposite side after going around in a circle! This day, since it was close to closing time, I went for a glass of wine and soba, as the name of the restaurant suggests. Today's choice was sudachi soba. It was a very luxurious dish with plenty of sudachi juice squeezed into the broth. I wonder what kind of unique soba they will have next time...

This is a unique combination of wine and soba restaurant. They offer a wide selection of alcohol, including wine and sake. The dishes are designed to pair well with both wine and sake, and they were all delicious. I tried the herring soba as my final dish, and it was also excellent. Although a bit pricey, it is a great place for delicious food and drinks.

The dishes such as horse mackerel, karasumi, moro-kyu moromi, and sake lees cream cheese were delicious. The soba with cherry blossom flavor was fragrant and tasty. However, the morekase soba was not to my liking. I wished the broth flavor was stronger. The soft drinks felt expensive at 500 yen for that amount. When I asked for the check and finished calculating, the staff got distracted by a regular customer, leaving me waiting to pay, which was disappointing.

The restaurant I wanted to visit was not for soba, but for the first stop. Today's final dish is soba! I went to a restaurant that I was curious about and it had a nice atmosphere. First, I tried two types of soba and soba sushi. The cherry blossom soba was a spring specialty and had a good flavor. Eating soba with salt is a style that requires confidence in the flavor of the soba. The soba flavor makes it delicious. I couldn't remember where I had soba with salt before. The soba sushi with negitoro was also delicious, but I think I would have preferred it without the vinegar and cucumber. I also tried smoked herring, cream cheese, and karasumi, among other things, and the menu was so varied that it made me interested in trying more for sake lovers. The staff was friendly and I would like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the meal!
