I somehow entered the restaurant. They open from 9am. The all-you-can-eat menu is reasonable, but I ordered a la carte. I regret not getting a set meal. I had the Gyunoya Kalbi, premium beef tongue, some kind of hormone, raw lamb, medium rice, egg soup, and cola. The cola was 100 yen in a highball glass. The egg soup was around 190 yen. The portions were generous and delicious. The premium beef tongue was so-so but plentiful. The hormone was well-cooked and tasted great with lemon due to its saltiness. The raw lamb was tasty in its raw state. The Gyunoya Kalbi was also tasty for the price and had a generous portion. I was satisfied. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was very good. There were many people drinking from midday, I was envious!

Entered the restaurant at 11:00 on a holiday. It was almost full. They offered a morning all-you-can-eat BBQ from 9:30 to 11:30, where you can enjoy 33 items for 60 minutes (last order 15 minutes before) for 1,078 yen including tax. They also had morning drinks, with draft beer for 220 yen, highball and soft drinks for 110 yen each (tax included). However, alcohol was only served from 11:00 due to pandemic prevention measures. It's important to note that morning drinks must be ordered by 11:30, as the prices return to normal after that. The staff advised that the "Morning Special Tokachi Wagyu Kalbi" is included in the all-you-can-eat until 11:30, so it's better to order it before then. I ordered a drink and the Tokachi Wagyu Kalbi first. After the initial order, I could use a QR code on my phone to place subsequent orders. The cold beer was served in a chilled glass. It was delicious to enjoy alcohol at lunchtime. Rice and soup were self-service. The sauce was light and slightly spicy. The quality of the meat was surprisingly good for the price. There was a generous amount of salted cabbage. Although the restaurant is named "Charcoal Morning BBQ Gyunoie," they used gas instead of charcoal. Perhaps gas provides more stable heat for the 60-minute all-you-can-eat session? The restaurant may have changed its format due to the pandemic. I was very satisfied with the quality and price, and I would like to visit again.

On January 19, 2022, while searching for a yakiniku restaurant in Hakodate on Tabelog for the first time, I came across Gyunokoya, a place I have enjoyed in Sapporo. I decided to visit Gyunokoya Hakodate Mihara branch for the first time. Upon entering, I had my hands sanitized and temperature checked. As I was dining alone, I was seated at the counter with partitions between the seats for good COVID-19 prevention measures. I looked at the menu and saw they offered an all-you-can-eat option even in the morning, but I was pressed for time due to work. After some consideration, I ordered the Morning Yakiniku Set Upper until 11:30 am. The set included marbled meat, rice, soup, raw egg, and nori. The meat, which had been wet-aged, had a certification document presented with it. It was flavorful and slightly lean. The original sauce from the restaurant was a bit sweet but paired well with the meat. The option for free rice refills allowed me to enjoy two bowls of tamago kake gohan. The quality and quantity of the meal for the price were quite good. Although I was curious about the all-you-can-eat option, I will have to try it next time. It was delicious, and I will definitely come back again.

Located on a two-lane city road with a large shared parking lot at the back of the property, this restaurant has excellent car access. It is part of a chain with its main branch in Sapporo. In response to the coronavirus, they have moved up their opening hours and now offer a "morning yakiniku" starting at 9:30 am. They specialize in Tokachi beef with wet aging as their main attraction. Unfortunately, the lunch menu was the only option available for a solo diner, so I sat at the counter and eagerly awaited the charcoal grill, only to find out it was a gas stove. Disappointed but determined, I ordered the lunch set which included various meats, vegetables, rice, and soup, with free refills for rice and soup. The original yakiniku sauce, lemon juice, and hormone spice were provided for seasoning. The meat was tender and delicious, the sauce was light and flavorful, and overall there were no faults. The only problem was my own preconceived notions. It was a mental issue on my part.

The Bibimbap was amazing. It would be even better with some surprises.

High cost performance. Not a buffet where you have to go get your food, but a touch panel system. Despite being all-you-can-eat, the meat is delicious and satisfying.

All-you-can-eat rice and soup. The amount of meat is just right for the price. The seasoning is not bad, and it is reasonably priced.
