I think it was the Tsunatori miso last time, but I don't remember much. They have a lot of different types of miso alone (゚д゚)! They also have soy sauce and salt. The interior of the restaurant is clean and tidy. You can order from a ticket machine that also provides receipts. However, the lack of parking is a downside. I ordered: ◆ Miso ramen version 27 (880 yen) ◆ Simmered egg (150 yen) ◆ Mini chashu rice bowl (120 yen) 【Soup】 It's lighter than I expected but still has a nice richness to it, a completely classic miso flavor with a hint of spiciness. The soup is hot with lard floating on top, and when you dissolve the ginger, it becomes a pure sumi flavor. I could also taste a bit of spice. The ginger flavor is normal, but I wish there was a bit more spiciness and umami. It makes you thirsty but not as much as I thought. 【Noodles】 Medium-thick curly noodles with plenty of water. They were cooked firm, a perfect classic Sapporo noodle that was delicious♪ I didn't confirm, but the color, gloss, and texture were exactly like the familiar Morizumi noodles. 【Chashu】 Thick-cut seared chashu. The seasoning is light, and even though it's seared, it doesn't taste too strong. It seems like they spent a lot of time searing it, but I think it's a shame if it becomes too tough. 【Menma】 Thin menma with a good crunchy texture and just the right amount of seasoning. It was delicious. 【Simmered Egg】 Lightly seasoned. It's slightly runny and tasty. 【Green onions, bean sprouts】 The green onions are normal. The bean sprouts are crunchy but not too much. They don't have a bad smell and are decent. 【Mini Chashu Rice Bowl】 Comes with chashu sauce and mayonnaise on the side. It's nice that you can add more to your liking. It's reasonably priced and recommended. 【Overall】 Considering the ingredients, the cost performance is not bad. Especially the cost performance of the Mini Chashu Rice Bowl is great. I had the thick miso ramen. The miso flavor was strong and rich, with a spicy kick to the delicious broth. The medium-thick curly noodles were firm and tasty. The char siu had a nice seared aroma and was flavorful and meaty. The atmosphere was also nice. However, recently they no longer have a parking lot, so it's been hard to visit. The ramen and char siu don are delicious though.

Ordered the Tsuna Tori Miso ramen. It was a unique experience with plenty of sansho pepper on the miso ramen, giving it a numbing sensation. The noodles were reminiscent of Sapporo miso ramen, with egg noodles. Adding shichimi spice made it even more delicious. Even though it was a Monday, they were sold out of tsukemen. It was unexpected, but it seems like they are quite popular. I would like to try the tsukemen next time.

This is a ramen shop located in the Kikusu area of Higashi Ward, Sapporo City. It had been a while since my last visit, and I chose the Garlic Miso ramen with extra oil from the ticket vending machine menu. I was expecting a stronger garlic flavor, but it was not very pronounced at first. However, towards the end, the minced garlic settled at the bottom of the bowl and the flavor became quite strong. I think it would have been better to mix it well from the beginning. Oh, the seasoned egg was really delicious. If I hadn't ordered extra oil and without garlic, the soup itself might have been surprisingly light. It was a safe and delicious traditional Sapporo miso ramen. The noodles seemed to be aged with a strong kansui flavor, which is not to my liking. I usually don't care for seasoned eggs, but this one was strangely tasty. Overall, it was a safe and delicious traditional Sapporo miso ramen. Thank you for the meal!

Arrived at the restaurant right after it opened on Sunday at 11 am. I was the first customer, followed by one more group. It had been 4 months since my last visit. I purchased the "Spicy Numbing Miso Ramen" (870 yen) and the "Mini Chashu Don" (120 yen) from the ticket machine. I chose the medium level of spiciness and numbness, which can also be made with salt. Even though I have visited many times before, this was my first time ordering the Chashu Don (laughs). The Chashu Don sauce and mayo arrived quickly. The ramen came out in about 4 minutes. I mixed the black paste on the chashu right away. It was quite a strong sensation! The spiciness and numbness were stronger than the miso flavor. It was quite spicy for someone who prefers medium spiciness. It made me cough a bit. Maybe I should have chosen the small level. My lips felt tingly after eating. Maybe I should have gone for the large level of numbness, as I could feel it enough. The scent of Sichuan pepper was quite nice. The noodles were firm as usual, which I like! The chashu was a bit tough this time, with a slightly dry texture. The Chashu Don arrived quickly as well. I had to pour the sauce and mayo myself. The chashu was disappointing, but the sauce had a nice flavor, similar to yakiniku sauce. There was some shredded chashu and green onions as well. The rice portion was about half a rice bowl. Once again, the miso ramen was delicious and satisfying. It was too spicy for me to finish the soup... I'm sorry! I hope the chashu goes back to its original state next time.

I visited Tug of War Story Shiraishi Branch for lunch on a holiday as I was doing a local survey nearby. It is located near Kikusui Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Tozai Line, with parking available next to the shop. Upon entering, there is a ticket machine where you purchase your meal ticket first. The restaurant has counter seats and table seats. This time, I ordered the "Tug of War Miso Ramen (850 yen)." I always crave miso ramen, and this one was delicious. The char siu was especially tasty, and I wished I had more of it.

I visited this restaurant which I used to come to when it first opened. It has 6 different types of miso ramen. It had been a while since my last visit, so I was planning to try the Tsunatori miso, but I accidentally pressed the Miso Ver27. I didn't even know what Ver27 meant. I was seated at a 4-person table without much wait. The ramen was served promptly. It came with one slice of chashu, menma, chopped green onions, bean sprouts, ground meat, and a half-boiled egg. The chashu was thick and crispy on the outside, but tender and delicious. The menma was thin and soft. The bean sprouts were crunchy. The noodles were medium-thin and slightly curly, cooked al dente. The soup was piping hot with a garlic-infused white miso flavor. Mixing in shredded ginger changed the taste. It paired perfectly with shichimi spice. I couldn't help but finish every last drop. This was my first visit to this shop. I had the impression that it was a place known for its rich ramen. Upon entering, I saw a vending machine right in front of me. I chose the "Tsuna-dori Miso Ramen." Apparently, there was a recommended item, but I chose the ramen with the shop's name in it without knowing what it was. While waiting for my order, I carefully read the menu and saw that they sold mini chashu rice bowls for 120 yen, which seemed like a special menu item. The soup of the ramen had a refreshing aftertaste at first, which I later realized was due to the spiciness from the pepper. The chashu was thick and there was one slice of it. The noodles were firm curly noodles, and I think the balance was good. Today was relatively hot, so the refreshing taste was enjoyable. This ramen has a unique character, and I'm curious if the others are also pepper-based. I would like to try it again.

The last time I visited was in May 2018. It's been 4 years since then. I don't remember the last visit, but I probably ordered the signature menu item, Tsuna-tori miso, so this time I tried the spicy miso. You can choose the level of spiciness from mild, medium, or hot, and since it was my first time trying this menu, I went with medium. The miso itself had a slightly spicy and delicious flavor. As for the spiciness, if you're eating it as ramen, it might be a bit too spicy, so maybe mild would be better. The char siu was seared and had a satisfying thickness. It was tasty, but the lean parts were a bit dry.

I tried Gantomonogatari for the first time! I ordered the recommended No.1, Miso version 27. It was delicious! It's a Muranaka-style ramen with a wonderful soup that has no off-flavors. The chashu is delicious! It's a restaurant with miso ramen that I want to recommend to others.

It had been over a year since my last visit. There were two staff members, a man and a woman. The background music was a refreshing instrumental that sounded like it could be from a weather forecast. I purchased the "Taiwan Ramen" for 830 yen from the ticket machine this time. It arrived about 10 minutes after the previous customer's order. The dish had minced meat and chopped cabbage in the center, with chopped green onions around the edges. The soup had a rich salty base with a straight kick of chili pepper, which was delicious! It was quite spicy for someone who prefers medium spice, but it was a pleasant heat. My lips tingled after eating. The noodles were different from regular ramen, being thin and white. I prefer them a bit firmer. After finishing the noodles, I enjoyed the soup with the minced meat that had sunk to the bottom. Once again, I was satisfied with the deliciousness. Next time, I will try the "Spicy Miso" flavor.

I visited the restaurant "Tsuna Tori Monogatari" in Sapporo for lunch on a weekday. It is known for its delicious ramen with special char siu. The place is located about a 4-minute walk from Kikusui Station. Upon arrival around 12:05, I purchased my meal ticket at the entrance ticket machine. I ordered the following: Miso Ramen (ver. 27) for 830 yen, upgraded to Yoko Zuna Char Siu Ramen for an additional 280 yen, a boiled egg for 110 yen, and a mini char siu bowl for 110 yen, totaling 1,330 yen. The restaurant has 16 seats, a combination of counter and table seats. There was one other group of two customers when I arrived. I sat at a table for four, and the table was equipped with condiments like pepper, chili powder, chopsticks, toothpicks, a pitcher of water, and a box of tissues. After sitting down, water was served promptly. The food arrived in about 5 minutes. The Yoko Zuna Char Siu Ramen (Miso ver. 27) was impressive with a huge piece of char siu floating in the soup. The meat was thick and tender, easily falling apart with chopsticks. The ramen also had a boiled egg, menma, bean sprouts, green onions, ground meat, and grated ginger on top. The noodles were medium-thick and curly. As I started to get full, I transferred some of the char siu to the mini char siu bowl and enjoyed it with the special soy sauce and mayonnaise. The hot soup was also of decent quality. Next, I tried the char siu bowl, which had a large piece of seared char siu, tuna, and green onions. Adding extra soy sauce and mayonnaise made it even more delicious. For only 110 yen, it was a great addition to the meal. Despite the fierce Yoko Zuna Char Siu, I managed to finish everything with the help of the condiments. On my way back, I bought a bottle of black oolong tea from a convenience store and drank it all at once. If you love char siu, I recommend visiting Tsuna Tori Monogatari. Be sure to check it out!

I received Miso Ramen ver. 27. It was a well-balanced bowl with high quality. The noodles were my favorite type (very yellow ones) - the same kind as in Sapporo ramen (*^^*), which I love. There's ginger on top, so I recommend mixing it in after a few bites for a change in flavor. I would like to try other flavors at this restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a ramen shop called "Tsuna Tori Monogatari" with a friend. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with thick noodles and tender chashu, while my friend ordered the rich miso ramen. It was a hot summer day, so I was craving for spicy ramen. They also had cold ramen, but I stuck to my choice of spicy miso ramen. You can customize your order by choosing the firmness of the noodles and the amount of oil. The spicy miso ramen had three levels of spiciness to choose from. It's a ticket vending machine system, so make sure to have enough cash before going. I had to borrow money from my friend because I didn't have enough change. Lesson learned!

"It was popular in the past," like that, I went there. At that time, I got heartburn from the meat and fat (laughs). "Let's adjust my condition and come back again," so after two years, I came back for a retry because I regretted getting heartburn even though it was delicious. I ordered the Tsunatori miso and Komusubi chashu rice bowl. This hearty chashu rice bowl is so good! Even at ramen shops that don't have chashu rice bowls, I order chashu ramen and put it on rice, I love chashu rice ♡ The slightly spicy miso soup is also delicious. I love the shiny yellow noodles. Hmm, I'm almost finished but I need a break before I finish it all ε=( ̄。 ̄;) I welcome the richness, meat, and fat, but my body can't keep up with the lack of miso. This time, I didn't get heartburn, but I felt too full to climb the subway stairs. Is it because of my age? (laughs) I want to stay healthy so I can still eat this kind of ramen in 10 years.

Visited on April 22, 2021. I wanted to eat delicious ramen, but I'm working indoors today. It's a desk work day. Is there a good ramen shop near the company? Yes, there is! So I decided to try "Tsuna Tori Monogatari Shiraishi Branch". To be honest, the miso ramen here is delicious. It has a spice similar to Sayo and it's a miso ramen that can become addictive. It's been a while since I last had it, but it's still delicious. "Tsuna Tori Miso" never disappoints. It might even be better than Sayo. And of course, I ordered the usual mini chashu rice bowl. A very satisfying lunch. Thank you!

Even though I was dining alone, I was seated at a table. The ramen arrived shortly after. I like to mix in the ginger that comes with it right away. The miso was rich but on the lighter side for "Tsuna Tori", with a good garlic flavor! The noodles were still firm, just how I like them! The seared chashu pork was delicious as always! Once again, I was satisfied with the deliciousness of the miso ramen. However, I felt like it was lacking the richness that "Tsuna Tori" is known for... The "Garlic Miso" ramen I had at the now-closed "Tunaroti" had a more distinct "Tsuna Tori" miso flavor. After eating, I could still taste the garlic in my mouth for a while. It's probably best to avoid it before going out (laughs). Maybe next time I'll try the limited edition "Taiwan Ramen".

I was taken to this restaurant by a colleague for the first time. The miso ramen was exciting and lived up to my expectations. The noodles and soup matched well, and the chashu was large, giving a satisfying feeling. Additionally, the chashu bowl I ordered on the side came in a container that I could easily pour over, and it paired perfectly with the sauce! I highly recommend ordering them as a set.
