It was incredibly delicious! The Crab Festival was amazing! The portion size was generous, the service was flexible and excellent! The atmosphere was also great!! The sashimi, crab, and meat were all delicious. I would like to try going there again for individual dishes next time.

I made a reservation over the phone and visited the restaurant. It has a lively atmosphere, like a izakaya. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The freshly boiled hairy crab was especially amazing. They also offered us a shell sake after the meal, which was delicious.

It was a cozy izakaya where you could enjoy delicious hairy crabs. The crab had firm meat. It's recommended to place your first order early as it takes about 40 minutes from ordering to serving. They also served shell sake at the end. The seafood such as oysters was very delicious, but the pork was also tasty. The food and drink service was smooth. Thank you for the meal.

On Monday night, I made a reservation over the phone and was able to get a table. We ordered scallops with butter, a sashimi platter, Inca's Awakening fry, draft beer, and sake. The scallops with butter were incredibly thick and delicious. The bamboo shoots that came with it were also amazing. The sashimi platter included tuna (head), scallops, octopus, trout, horse mackerel, and flounder. Each piece had a rich flavor and was very tasty. The sake we had was available at the airport, so if you like it, you can purchase it there.

This izakaya specializes in robatayaki, offering a variety of Hokkaido dishes. The sashimi of hokke (Okhotsk Atka mackerel) is a must-try as it is a rare find outside of Hokkaido.

During my visit in June 2023, I had a draft Asahi Super Dry beer for 700 yen, with an appetizer of crab stick and egg salad for 400 yen. I also ordered herring for 880 yen, homemade sea cucumber for 680 yen, a glass of Kagawa Junmai sake for 800 yen each, and sashimi of spotted halibut with Anisakis processing for 1,000 yen. I also enjoyed scallops with burnt butter soy sauce for 880 yen and a glass of Tokachi Muhai barley shochu for 500 yen. The total bill came to 6,640 yen, but with a Hokkaido Love regional coupon worth 6,000 yen, I only paid 640 yen using PayPay. It was my second night staying at the hotel after finishing my first day at a new job. I chose a hotel where I could use the coupon and got a discount for three nights. I found this restaurant nearby and decided to try it out. The restaurant had a sign that read "Fish" and was filled with memorabilia related to Yomiuri Giants' Shinjiro Abe. The atmosphere was cozy, and I ordered a draft beer and some appetizers. The sea cucumber and herring were delicious, and the sake was refreshing. The spotted halibut sashimi was beautifully presented and flavorful. I also tried scallops with burnt butter soy sauce, which was a delightful combination. I finished my meal with a glass of Tokachi Muhai shochu. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I was able to use my coupon to save money.

I didn't have dinner plans, so I decided to go to an izakaya on a whim and was able to get a reservation right away when I called. When I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed that the walls were covered with signs, giving the impression that it was a popular place with many customers. Just looking at the pictures made the food look delicious. Everything was of high quality. My favorite dish was the potato and crab cream croquette. I wanted to try everything, so I ordered 10 dishes in total, which made the cost per person a bit high, but I was very satisfied. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I made a reservation the night before and it was the right decision! The building seemed unlikely to have a restaurant, but once inside, I was greeted by friendly staff. Due to the pandemic, there was a 2-hour time limit for each table. By 7 pm, the place was fully booked. I was seated in a semi-private room decorated with memorabilia of former Giants player Shinjiro Abe, which was a treat for baseball fans. The walls were adorned with autographs not only from baseball players but also various celebrities. The grilled dishes were delicious, especially the grilled Atka mackerel, which was large and fatty, perfect with grated daikon. They also had a special drink called "Abashiri Kioke Jikomi" with a subtle wooden barrel aroma that was delightful. I would love to visit this restaurant again.

I might get criticized for this, but here is a memo of the cheap and delicious restaurants I want to remember from my trip to Hokkaido last month. First, a seafood izakaya. The hairy crabs were super cheap. I found this place on the way back from seeing the night view in Sapporo, recommended by a taxi driver who knows a lot about gourmet restaurants. The interior is decorated with memorabilia of the Giants' player Abe, and there is a tank with hairy crabs swimming inside. Luckily, I was able to make a last-minute reservation. The sweet shrimp and hairy crab are a must-try. The shrimp was tender and sweet, and I finished it by sucking up all the miso. And the hairy crab, freshly boiled after swimming in the tank, was delicious. The next day, I went to Nijo Market and found hairy crabs of the same size being sold for a higher price. I also enjoyed the herring sashimi, a Hokkaido specialty, and the crab cream croquette. The bill was surprisingly cheap. We went on the first day of our trip to Hokkaido. The restaurant has tatami seating, counter seats, and is quite spacious. The interior is filled with Giants merchandise, especially items featuring player Abe, so it seems like a popular spot. Since it was a Saturday, it seemed like customers without reservations couldn't get in. We had a reservation, so we were able to enter easily and sit in the tatami area. The menu mainly focuses on seafood, and the prices are a bit on the higher side. In particular, the saffron cod costs 2500 yen each. It's delicious, but overall, the pricing is higher compared to other restaurants. I think this restaurant targets tourists rather than locals.

Today is a workplace party. We had a celebration because a certain project was completed. When it comes to a party, it has to be crab, right? So, we aimed for crab. The menu had a limited variety, but there were a lot of dishes from Hokkaido, which I think is good for tourists. The prices were generally on the higher side. The highlights of today were the oysters and the Hokkigai sashimi! They were incredibly delicious. As for the crab, it was okay. I would like to visit this restaurant again when my friends from outside Hokkaido come. That's how the restaurant was.

The atmosphere was very nice, and the food was incredibly delicious! I went there during my trip to Hokkaido at night, and the corn, huge hokke fish, shirako, crab cream croquette, grilled shiitake mushrooms... all of them were so generous in portion that I quickly got full with what I ordered! There were also plenty of Hokkaido sake to enjoy. It seemed like they didn't allow walk-in customers as several groups were turned away, so I think reservations are essential for those planning to visit. If I have the chance to visit Hokkaido again, I would definitely want to dine there!

The shrimp vs. crab battle ended with the crab being chosen as they are smaller. It was the first time this season having fresh sashimi, and it had been six months since enjoying such a treat. The grilled crab in a pot was of medium size, and according to a local, "Tsuku is tastier than Sasae." I also agree. The crab cream croquette was very flavorful, with a generous amount of crab meat. The main event was the large-sized steamed hair crab, which was very satisfying to eat. Although there was a slight roughness in the fibers, the satisfying feeling of eating it made up for it. The finale was the crab chahan, which was also full of crab meat. With 3 highballs, 1 beer, and 1 juice, the total came to just under 15,000 yen. A feast indeed. Thank you for the delicious meal. In Sapporo, if you don't make a reservation, it can be difficult to find a place, so I made an early reservation and was able to sit down smoothly. They had a spacious corner at the counter which made it comfortable. I wanted to try a variety of dishes, but ended up choosing the sashimi assortment, sautéed tsubugai (whelk), and dried karei (flounder) that were carefully selected for me. The karei in particular was delicious! The interior is not suitable for anti-Giants fans...

Dinner on the second day of the business trip to Hokkaido in August 2022. A celebration after completing the biggest job of the trip. Although we didn't visit this place for this purpose, it seems to be a popular restaurant. My senior said the salmon belly wasn't very fatty, but it was delicious. The mackerel was big and tasty. It's fruity and delicious, not as soft as Daiginjo, but refreshing. The large fresh oysters were great. You just slurp them up in an instant. You should definitely try them. The Zangi was good, but the standout item was the corn. With a crispy exterior and butter, this kind of dish is a must. I ate quite a bit. Everything was delicious with no disappointments. It was a good restaurant, perhaps not easy to enter alone, but it was worth it.

Traveling with my partner, Hokkaido tour part 4! Starting early in the morning from Asahikawa to Furano area for sightseeing. Sunflowers and lavender were beautiful! Now, the evening of the second day has arrived. Despite being tired from driving a considerable distance, the magic of Hokkaido? Delicious food is a different story! After showering at the hotel, it's time to decide where to go. No restaurant decided yet. So, I asked my partner. Hmm. Since we had meat yesterday, my partner wants to eat seafood today, but not raw fish. Following this decree, we searched for a restaurant. We found "Robata Daisuke Honten" nearby, which sounded appealing. A 5-minute walk. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 pm. The staff informed us that the last order was at 10 pm, but the restaurant was open until 11 pm. We were seated at the counter. Looking around, there were tatami mats and private rooms, creating a spacious and relaxed atmosphere for dining. With limited time, we quickly placed our order. Starting with draft beer, my partner led the way with scallops in burnt butter and butter-fried asparagus. It was my turn next. The grilled hokke was a bit expensive, so I passed on it. The simmered flounder was sold out, so I ordered dried squid from Rausu instead. The draft beer arrived soon, accompanied by appetizers - tomatoes, snow peas, and carrots. The colorful appetizers were fresh and refreshing. The butter-fried asparagus was thick and delicious, with a sweet and tender taste unique to Hokkaido. The scallops were large, with a savory soy butter flavor. The dried squid was thick and chewy, with a distinct seafood taste. We spent about an hour enjoying Hokkaido's delicacies. This is an izakaya that mainly serves crab dishes. They offer a variety of menu items such as sashimi platters and croquettes. They serve small boiled hair crabs and large snow crabs in a hot spring. The food menu is relatively inexpensive and you can feel the emphasis on affordability and speed rather than fancy presentation. The seating is plentiful and suitable for drinking parties. The alcohol prices are slightly high, but considering the times, around 650 yen for a draft beer is reasonable. I personally dislike all-you-can-drink options, so I like that they don't offer it here.

When I visited Sapporo in winter, I had the chance to stop by this restaurant. I sat at the counter seat on the left side as you enter. Since I had seafood for lunch in Otaru, I decided to have some ramen here as a light snack. The hokkigai, tuna, shijimi clams, fresh oysters, and grilled oysters were all incredibly delicious. The oysters from Kunboku Mori were especially tasty. The hokkigai, which I love, had just the right amount of sweetness and was amazing. On a side note, the owner seems to be good friends with the Giants' Abe, as there were Giants' uniforms and memorabilia displayed in the restaurant.
