Ito Tea Shop Co., Ltd. Café Workshop Ito Coffee Beans are out of stock. My usual store is my favorite, but sometimes I feel like cheating and trying something new. However, it seems that there are fewer and fewer stores that roast their own beans. So, I found a tea shop online. Not natto, but a tea shop. It seems they have started handling coffee beans that are roasted in-house. It looks like the wife is in charge of coffee. There is also a café in the shop. I wonder what to choose... "Guatemala deep roasted for iced coffee, 500 yen/100g" please. The shop and the wife are very nice. I will come back to try their coffee next time. It is surprisingly light for a deep roasted Guatemala coffee for iced coffee. It is not heavy as expected. It has a bitterness, so the aftertaste lingers. It has a slight acidity, which I have started to enjoy recently. It's an interesting coffee. I like the coffee here too. Established in 1937, they started with retailing Japanese tea and now they sell self-roasted coffee, local sake (Japanese rice wine), and sweets made with the representative peppermint of Kitami.
