Here is a cute donut assortment that I found at a bakery in Aeon that looked Christmassy, so I thought I'd give it to my niece! But... my dad, mom, and I ended up eating it all! Dad had chocolate on top, mom had custard cream, and I had whipped cream, strawberry chocolate, and sugar-coated ones. When you open the bag, you can smell the donuts and chocolate! The donuts themselves are not too sweet and fluffy. They easily crush when you take a bite. Dad and mom liked the easy-to-eat size. I thought they were all delicious. The price was ¥330 (including tax).

I came to this shop because I really wanted to eat the Hokkaido specialty "Chikuwa Pan", but unfortunately they didn't have it when I asked the staff. So, I decided to buy some bread for breakfast the next day. I bought 'Salt Butter Bread 3 pieces' for 386 yen, which was a bit dry in the morning but still okay. 'Torn Bread - Orange Coconut' for 345 yen was really good, soft with a nice orange flavor. 'Sweet Bread with Chestnut and Sweet Potato' for 216 yen was quite sweet, and I'm not a big fan of chestnut and sweet potato but it was still edible. 'Apple Pie' for 156 yen was small. 'Honey Fromage' for 183 yen was delicious, you could really taste how well the cheese and honey complement each other. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, it seems like I won't be able to eat Chikuwa Pan this time.

During work in Otaru's Wing Bay, I visited a restaurant for the first time and had delicious soba. On the way back, I stopped by "Pan Factory" on the first floor, which is a store affiliated with AEON. There was only one other customer, so I looked around the store, took some photos, and then picked up a tray. I bought the "Edamame Bacon @190" and the "Menchi Katsu Burger @198 (excluding tax)". For my afternoon snack, I had the "Menchi Katsu Burger". The buns were slightly moist and soft, with a light sauce that I liked. Despite the time passed, the Menchi Katsu had a crispy texture and was served at a slightly lower temperature. It was a bit disappointing that the only vegetable included was lettuce. If it had been warmed up a bit in the microwave, the impression might have been different. The next morning during work, I had the "Edamame Bacon". I thought it would be hard, but the bread had a soft crust similar to soft French bread. The edamame bacon had a good amount of salt and paired well with the bread. Since I ate it after some time had passed, I couldn't tell how it was right after it was made. If the crust was crispy, the overall evaluation would have been much higher. "Wing Bay Otaru in Aeon is a familiar bakery. Some items were on sale for ¥108 during Aeon's Tuesday market, so I purchased one Butter Croissant and one Sesame Mayo (prices not specified) from the ¥108 corner. Sesame Mayo: The texture of the bread was fluffy and the sesame added a nice touch, but the mayonnaise flavor was weak, leaving a slightly unsatisfying feeling. Butter Croissant: Due to the time between purchase and consumption, the outer crispiness was lost, but the fluffy interior and delicious butter flavor were still enjoyable. 'Pan Kobo' offers consistent quality."

Yesterday, after finishing work, I went to the mall. There was a limited time offer for Crispy Donuts from Otaru, but they were a bit expensive so I ended up not buying them and went to my usual bakery instead. I bought some bread and had it for breakfast this morning. Beef Curry Bun (140 yen) - I bought this because it was heavily advertised. Compared to another curry bun I bought from a different supermarket bakery, the curry inside didn't have much of a distinct flavor, so it was a bit disappointing. Plenty of Pork Bun (150 yen) - It was described as a Chinese pork bun made by the bakery. The meat inside was sweet and well-seasoned, very delicious. Large Yakisoba Bread (230 yen) - It seemed a bit pricey for a yakisoba bread, but it had a generous amount of yakisoba inside. It was so much that you couldn't even see the bread. You had to eat a good portion of the yakisoba first before you could easily eat the bread. The yakisoba itself was tasty. Thank you for the meal~. This was the 19th curry and curry-flavored item I've had this year.

This is a bakery located inside a mall. The name of the shop changed from Pastopuro to BREAD FACTORY without me noticing. There is also an eat-in space at the back. This is my go-to bakery, although I don't visit often, maybe once every few months. The Wild Bacon is a must-try, with huge bacon slices on top of the bread. It's a bit pricey at 626 yen, but the bacon is delicious. I also bought the Inoshishi-kun, a cute pastry filled with chocolate cream for 172 yen. The only downside was that there wasn't enough cream inside.

[Motivation for visiting] I stopped by to buy bread to eat in the hotel. [Ambiance] The store is located on the 1st floor of Aeon, a 5-minute walk from the station. The store name on the wall is the landmark. Inside the store, there is a moderate variety of bread. [Taste] - Raisin Bread 1/2 for 221 yen: The surface is slightly crispy. The center is moist, with a moderate sweetness in the dough. The amount of raisins is appropriate, and the soft sweetness occasionally appears, making it quite tasty. Rating: 3.3 out of 5 (average rating: 3) [Overall impression] It was simply delicious.

There is also an eat-in option, but I have never tried it. There is a food court-like area where you can sit freely across the street, so I decided to eat there. There was a mention of "Esfiha," a Brazilian bread, inside the store. It had meat filling similar to a piroshki. The taste was delicious. It seems to be a limited-time offer for the Brazil World Cup, so if you are interested, hurry up and go. Pastel Paulista is also available at the ion in Yoichi Town, so you can probably buy it there as well. The prices have increased significantly a few years ago, so I have been distant since then. In reality, it was just average as a bakery, and there was nothing particularly outstanding about the cost performance.

I also bought a bread lucky bag, which had a large hotel bread along with several other bread varieties, making it feel like a good deal. I wonder if the hotel bread is their specialty. Personally, I prefer regular toast bread because I like to spread butter on it.
