There is a shop that is not a restaurant but focuses on selling plants. They also offer organic vegetables from a local farm. One of their main products is "Brown Rice Coffee" made from organic brown rice from a farm called "Hyakusho no Ie" in Tsukubane. The coffee is actually made from 100% organic brown rice, not coffee beans. It is a bit thick and needs to be mixed well with a small amount of hot water before adding more water to drink. The brown rice used is very dark in color and has a unique aroma. It comes in a 100g package which can make around 10 cups. The shop is run by a couple, who seem to be very nice based on their Instagram photos.
