On a certain weekday, I visited a cafe located in Takuhoku, Kita-ku, where I had bookmarked for lunch. The parking lot in front of the store can accommodate about 3-4 cars in winter. The exterior is a striking yellowish color. Inside, the cafe has a typical size with a historical feel, adorned with many lovely photos on the walls, indicating a possible interest in photography. The seating consists of small and large tables only. Rock music plays in the background. Instead of the typical napoletana, I was drawn to the "Hamburger Curry (720 yen)" from the menu photos. The coffee prices are reasonable, and you can adjust the strength. The menu covers a variety of lunch items, curry, spaghetti, bread, pizza, and a few desserts. The Hamburger Curry arrived, looking like a dam curry, and was quite voluminous. The curry was original, thick, with a high viscosity, and had a hint of a Pakistani curry flavor. The hamburger, around 200g, seemed like it was prepared and cooked upon ordering, giving it a homemade feel that I personally enjoyed. I heard the sound of coffee beans being ground for another customer's order, so I decided to try the most bitter Italian coffee (set 200 yen) after the meal. The coffee was served in an elegant cup, very hot, and had a strong bitterness and depth of flavor. I cannot guarantee, but this Hamburger Curry might be a hit for some people. Thank you for the meal.
