I found out about a wonderful restaurant on TV in the neighborhood and decided to go there right away. It is located along Yonban Street and has parking space for three cars. The exterior and interior of the restaurant were very stylish and calming. I had a beef stew and a pizza topped with tomatoes and delicious cheese. The pizza had a chewy crust and was incredibly tasty. It was a pizza unlike any I had ever eaten before! The sakura chip oil had a great flavor. The saltiness of the prosciutto, the cheese, and the runny egg were all delicious. The lunch set came with a salad and lemon squash. The canned cherries in the lemon squash had a nostalgic feel and tasted refreshing and delicious. I was too full to eat dessert, but the tiramisu looked tempting, so I would like to try it next time I visit. It seems they also offer takeout, so I would like to try that as well! #Hokkaido #Sapporo #HokkaidoGourmet #SapporoGourmet #SapporoLunch #SakuraPizza #Pizza #BeefStew #Bismarck #Cheese #SakuraChip #LemonSquash #Takatoshi

From the lunch menu:
- Beef stew and tomato pizza for 1,500 yen (tax included)
- Lunch set (mini salad, drink) + 200 yen (tax included)
This pizza features beef stew, gouda cheese, parmesan cheese, two types of tomatoes, and parsley. The beef stew is tender and tomato adds a nice touch, creating a delicious combination. The crust is soft and chewy all the way to the edges. Drizzling smoked oil on top enhances the flavor and takes the pizza to another level. For an additional 200 yen, you can add a mini salad and a drink. The drink offered was a seasonal lemon squash, which was not too sweet.
Roast chicken from the wood-fired oven for 900 yen (tax included)
The roast chicken was tender, juicy, and flavored with herbs, perfect when paired with a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing taste. The friendly owner and the relaxed ambiance of the restaurant made the dining experience enjoyable. There are other tempting pizzas on the menu, and I would love to try their tiramisu as well. I definitely want to visit again.

It seems that a pizza place has opened along 4th Street. I didn't notice it for a while, but one day I saw the pizza sign and since then, I've been wanting to go if the timing is right! They bake the pizza in a kiln and you can see the cooking from the table. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Today in Sapporo, it was a rainy day from the morning and I was feeling a bit down. I decided to distract myself and went to have pizza for lunch at a newly opened restaurant. The place was more stylish and comfortable than I expected. I chose the seasonal special pizza with asparagus and bacon in a white sauce as part of a lunch set, along with a ginger ale. It took about 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready and when it arrived, I added a few drops of recommended cherry blossom oil before tasting it. The combination of asparagus, bacon, cheese, and oil was delicious. The only thing I wished for was that the pizza was a bit hotter. The salad was also tasty. I also ordered a ginger ale, but I wish they had a spicier option. For dessert, I had tiramisu with strawberries and coffee. Eating tiramisu with a knife was a unique experience and it was delicious, especially paired with coffee.
