Located in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, this restaurant, abbreviated as "Yotsukuro," seems like a place with good vibes. Let's go inside! Harvest Vegetable and Shrimp Ajillo Course for ¥4,000. It's a vegetable-focused restaurant, so I was happy to see many vegetable dishes on the menu. The potato in the first photo was delicious. Scooping up vegetables with a shovel was so cute. The vegetables were crunchy and tasty. The Ajillo was served on a plate with plenty of ingredients, which made me happy. The roast beef was also generously served. It's the kind of place where you can't stop drinking. After eating pizza, vegetable sticks were served. Eating vegetable sticks at this timing was a nice touch. The dessert at the end was satisfying. I even received a souvenir, a small bottle of dressing. I heard they have courses with souvenirs included, which is also nice. This restaurant seems suitable for dates or girls' night out. Thank you for the meal!

A farmer in Asahikawa runs an izakaya with mostly vegetable dishes! You can enjoy various fresh vegetables prepared in different ways. It's delicious, but definitely more geared towards women! It might leave men feeling a bit unsatisfied because it's too healthy. It would be good to have a few dishes that are more appealing to men! The tempura restaurant in the same group is also delicious, so be sure to check it out.

I was curious about this restaurant that my hairstylist always goes to, so I decided to meet up with some friends there. It's the well-known "Yotsukuro" (lol). We ordered everything through a touch panel.
- 90-minute all-you-can-drink: 1680 yen. Wait, I think the menu also mentioned all-you-can-drink for fresh fruit cocktails? But that's actually 3000 yen (>_<)
- Appetizer: 600 yen. Wow, that's expensive! I didn't realize it was that much.
- Stick Senyol's appetizer: It was my first time trying it! It's a broccoli-like vegetable in bonito broth. I thought it was Western-style, but it's actually Japanese.
- Mountain of vegetable sticks (3-4 servings): 980 yen. You can choose from 3 types of dipping sauce with this amount. The hairstylist recommended it, but I was surprised by how much it was for the portion.
- Avocado and salmon cheese bake: 680 yen. It's only half the volume of what's shown in the menu photo (lol).
- Pumpkin salad spring rolls with balsamic sauce: 780 yen. The sweet pumpkin made it feel like a dessert. There was a handsome waiter, and he was very polite. But overall, the taste and cost performance of the food... I'm sorry. Once is enough for me...

It's a pretty old excavation photo...♪(/ω\*) I'm glad I remembered the name of the restaurant...lol I think it was a menu like a Tajine pot. I recently went to Mori no Butter and it reminded me of this place. It seems to be a popular restaurant among young ladies, with a focus on vegetable dishes. I don't have a clear memory as it was one of several places we visited, but I don't think I had a bad impression. However, I'm not completely satisfied, so I might visit again while I'm still sane. The name of the restaurant was familiar to me. I took the opportunity of a girls' night out to visit.
✲Service & Atmosphere✲
No matter how many times we called, the staff did not come over, and we could hear them chatting in the back, which left a bad impression. However, they were friendly. Orders were placed through a touch panel.
✲Food✲
The food and drinks were mainly vegetable-based, which was unique. The dishes were flavorful despite being vegetable-focused and were enjoyable. The drinks were average. The vegetable drinks tasted like carrot juice.
✲Summary✲
The focus on vegetables was distinctive, making it easier to enjoy without feeling guilty. The food and drinks were average, and the service was not great, leaving a negative impression.

A variety of dishes and drinks made with fresh vegetables from a dedicated farm! The shop has a Junior Vegetable Sommelier, and the interior is too cute. The cabbage appetizer was crispy and sweet. The cocktail made with various mixed vegetables had a hint of celery flavor, which was surprisingly good. Even the dessert had vegetables in it, and it paired well with the cream. I came for a third round, but I want to try all the menu items from the beginning. It was a shop where you could feel the dedication.

My wife's birthday... no matter how old she gets, birthdays are always a special occasion for her. She said we didn't need to celebrate, but I couldn't resist. I made a reservation at a restaurant she had been wanting to try for a while. The restaurant had a sophisticated and stylish atmosphere. And... the waiter led us to a cozy couple's seat at the counter (laughs). There was no cake, but we celebrated with Yotsukuro Field's Bagna Cauda (laughs). The vegetable cheese fondue, Tokachi beef steak with balsamic sauce (served with root vegetables), and tomato and eggplant demi-glace Neapolitan were all dishes that seemed like they would make any woman happy. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal. I enjoyed it with some sake.

On the third stop of our bar hopping, I visited with two subordinates. I may be a bit tipsy, so please ignore my evaluation. The interior of the restaurant has a slightly old-fashioned feel, like a friend's house. There are curtains on both sides of all the tatami seats, so you don't have to worry about the next table. As mentioned in reviews, I noticed many women and families. There were even children late at night, so they might be tourists? Not sure. There are many vegetable dishes, giving a healthy impression, but as an older guy, I felt a bit out of place, it has a more girly vibe. If I were to be brought here on a date, I would probably just have a little and leave. Not really suitable for a date.

There is a vegetable sommelier shop in Asahikawa too. It is located at 4-5 Nakadori 7-chome in the Kaimono Park. The shop is in the basement of a mixed-use building. The name of the shop is "Yotsuba no Clover." The sign outside with the words "vegetable sommelier" raises expectations. The interior of the shop has a clean and warm atmosphere. There are counter seats, raised tatami seating, and table seats, with the raised tatami area being a cozy spot for a leisurely girls' night out. The lighting is just right, not too dark or too bright, creating a calming ambiance. The menu is mainly focused on vegetables, but there are also Western and izakaya dishes available. I started with a unique vegetable cocktail (red) for drinks. The complimentary appetizer was salted kombu cabbage. I ordered a variety of dishes, including cheese fondue, mineral salad, roast beef, purple cabbage and shirasu pasta, pumpkin and cheese gratin, vegetable sticks, assorted vegetable skewers, crispy chicken skin, and white dumpling parfait. Overall, it is a great place for girls to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal without feeling too heavy. Highly recommended for a girls' night out.

I should have asked about the origin of the restaurant's name - I'm curious about it. Even though I ate a lot, I started with a squid bowl, so I couldn't eat pasta with lots of vegetables. But I still love vegetable sticks. The unusual vegetables were romanesco and red core daikon with miso mayo sauce and avocado sauce. The miso mayo sauce was strong with garlic, so the vegetables might have been overpowered. I got lotus root chips with a coupon. Anything in chip form is delicious, right? The cheese grilled rice balls in southern miso flavor... I'm still eating carbs. I love Northern Ruby's German potato cheese grilled rice balls. Sweet potatoes are so good. I thought there might be a vegetable drink, but there was only commercially available vegetable juice for non-alcoholic drinks. That's boring, so I asked them to make vegetable alcohol in green and red without alcohol. They made it with soy milk, so it has a light color. The green one is made with cabbage and komatsuna, while the red one is made with carrots and paprika. It's a bit sweet, but it's good for you. The one on the right has alcohol, while the one on the left is non-alcoholic. The green one has a slightly pickled smell. When I hear "vegetable sommelier," I get my hopes up. With the season in mind, there were wine tomatoes and jelly dishes... I get excited thinking about it. Simply delicious ingredients like seasonal grilled vegetables or fried vegetables are enjoyable. Even a bowl with vegetable tempura or grilled vegetables is fun. Next time, I will definitely try the vegetable pasta and eggplant skewers.

There are many izakayas in Asahikawa, but the larger ones are noisy and not relaxing, and many smaller ones are too high-end for regular customers. I always have trouble deciding where to go, but I happened to find this place in a town magazine. It's an izakaya with a vegetable sommelier, which means vegetables = healthy = popular with girls. So I had to go. It's located on 5th Street, a bit away from the main nightlife area, but still within a 5-6 minute walk to the second and third rounds. The interior has a counter, a raised tatami area, and table seats, creating a cozy and homey atmosphere. The raised tatami area has dividers with curtains, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. The menu is easy to read with photos of each dish looking delicious. I started with "Vegetable Sticks" with three types of sauce options, which was enjoyable. In addition to vegetables, I also had "Fried Chicken Wings", perfectly crispy and tasty. The pumpkin cheese gratin was also delicious. The mushroom and asparagus pasta was authentic and satisfying, with a good portion size and value for money. There were still many dishes I wanted to try, so I'll save them for next time. The young and friendly staff were also a plus point.

The vegetables were delicious, so we visited the hotel restaurant two days in a row. Everything we tried was tasty. By following them on Instagram, we were able to choose a special gift, and we received the manager's recommended potato salad as a present.
