The other day, a friend came from Tokyo to visit. The interior of the restaurant has a modern and chic feel. The menu for meals is also extensive, always offering different options so you can enjoy without getting bored. The restaurant allows smoking inside, so it may be great for smokers. I had soba noodles as a finale, and they were delicious, leaving me satisfied.

Yes, that's right. In the same building, there is a soba and sake restaurant on the 4th floor called "Mimi-san", and there is another soba and wine restaurant on the 6th floor called "Hirota Shokudo". This place is known for its soba and wine pairings. Their philosophy is to provide a blissful experience of enjoying Hokkaido's Shin-toku soba and seasonal ingredients harmoniously. I had various soba-related dishes and ended with their hand-cut rural soba, which was delicious with a chewy texture. The side tofu with soba broth and the fluffy dashimaki tamago were also amazing. The service was quick and the atmosphere with handsome staff, wine, and soba was delightful.

I visited this restaurant with a friend the other day. It's a great place for smokers as smoking is allowed inside. The atmosphere is chic and mature, and the food is delicious, so I highly recommend it. They also serve soba noodles after drinking, which is a nice touch. I will definitely continue to visit this place in the future.

I visited this place the other day after a long time. The prices are very reasonable and everything is delicious. Especially the sashimi is very fresh and tasty. The burdock chips go well with alcohol. They also have a wide variety of wines, highly recommended. Smoking is allowed inside the restaurant.

This time, I went for the first time because I heard that the reputation was very good and everyone said that the price and food balance was good. The restaurant is not very big and has a nice atmosphere. It has a hidden gem feel and would be great for a date. All the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. I want to go back to this restaurant again soon.

Everything I ordered was delicious. Despite that, the prices are not high, which was surprising. The Zangi was crispy and juicy. The clams were sweet, and the pork belly was so tender that I couldn't stop eating. The mackerel pate was also tasty. The soba noodles with wasabi had a good texture and a nice aroma of soba.

A new sensation marriage of soba and wine. If ramen feels heavy and guilty as a way to end a meal, then soba is a great alternative! Handmade soba noodles have a great flavor and are delicious to eat! They also go well with wine, especially white wine. I want to become a man who can suggest wine and soba like this.

Good soba restaurant☆ The warm seiro soba here is delicious(´∀`)b This is my fourth stop today, and it turned out to be a great choice(・Д・)ノ I actually wanted to go to a soba restaurant called "Mimi" in the same building, but surprisingly it was closed( ;∀;)!I saw the sign below and decided to check this place out, and it was delicious☆ It has a countryside soba feel, with hand-made soba at a reasonable price☆ If you like thick soba noodles like countryside soba, this is a great place to try(^^)

This is the end of the year party for 2018. Our team's princess insisted on eating soba before leaving. We ended up at a soba restaurant where she was about to throw a fit, saying "I can't eat such bad soba!" I had a bad feeling about it... Reluctantly searching for a different soba restaurant, we found one next door with a soba sign! I thought no one would have been here before, and the princess wouldn't know! The place didn't look like a stylish bar or restaurant. We ordered beer, some snacks (I forgot what they were since I didn't eat!), and made sure to secure enough soba for everyone. It's important because it might run out! Finally, we had the soba. It was 780 yen for a serving. The soba was rustic, slightly curled. It reminded me of soba from the countryside, a bit thinner. The dipping sauce was focused on the broth, like a noodle soup base, which I don't particularly like with soba, but the soba itself was delicious so I could overlook it. Luckily, we ended up with delicious soba. Thank you for the meal. As expected, the princess has no memory of eating the soba. Hooray!笑

I thought wine was the main focus, but there was also soba available. It's more of a Japanese-style menu. The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere, with a narrow and not very spacious layout.

I came back again to this place in Susukino for delicious soba noodles. It was late, so there were only two other customers. I wanted my friends, a married couple, to try my recommended potato salad first. They were surprised when I told them it was made with mountain vegetables. I was surprised too at first, but the potato salad here is excellent. The saltiness is just right. The grated yam okonomiyaki is served hot. The grated yam becomes soft and fluffy when cooked, creating a delicious texture. It becomes crispy at the end, and you can scrape off the parts stuck to the small frying pan and eat them. The special fried rice has a great flavor of bonito flakes and the rice is fluffy, so you can keep eating. The sweet soy sauce grilled pork belly is tender and the sweet soy sauce complements it perfectly. The dried fig and cream cheese dish was a unique texture. The sticky center is quite sweet, but it goes well with the cream cheese. My friend, who loves figs, was delighted. The black sesame gelato was smooth and delicious. Oh, I'm so full. Oh, I forgot about the soba noodles. I'll come back again! 😄

I took two friends who love soba noodles to a restaurant to have delicious soba noodles. Even though my friends were skeptical about finding a good soba noodle restaurant in town, they all agreed that the soba noodles were delicious! The sweetness and aroma of the Shin-toku soba noodles, along with the generous amount of mountain wasabi on the Mori soba noodles, were just amazing. I could eat it over and over without getting tired of it. The soba noodle broth was also delicious. We really just went to enjoy the pure taste of soba noodles. Next time, we will go for a proper meal. Oh, I think I said the same thing before, sorry Master! We will come again.

Before going out for drinks, I headed straight to the soba restaurant I had in mind to fill my stomach, but unfortunately it was full and I couldn't get in. As I walked dejectedly down the street, I came across a sign for this place. It looked delicious, so I decided to give it a try. The interior of the restaurant was long and narrow, like a bed for eels. It didn't seem to hold many people. Despite the small space, there were various items, but you could see the owner working hard to keep things organized. Intrigued by the name, I chose the "Adult Potato Salad" and the "Soba with Mountain Wasabi" dish. I toasted with beer and peach oolong. The peach oolong had a strong alcohol taste, which was a pleasant surprise as many places make it weak. The appetizer was prosciutto and salad greens. The salty prosciutto is a must-have item that goes well with alcohol. Just as I was thinking that, the Adult Potato Salad arrived. I wondered what was in it, but it seemed to have mountain vegetables. With a modest amount of mayonnaise, it was easy to eat without worrying about calories. I finished it in no time. I started with a few plain soba noodles without dipping anything. The firm texture and aroma of the soba spread in my mouth. Next, I grabbed a handful of mountain wasabi, dipped only the bottom part in the broth, and slid it into my mouth. The freshly grated mountain wasabi had a strong punch, which combined well with the flavor of the soba, making it very delicious. I learned that the owner's parents make soba near Shin-toku and send it to the owner. It's no wonder the soba is delicious; it's made with plenty of love for their son who is working hard in Sapporo. I'll come back next time with a slightly emptier stomach to try other menu items.

This is a bar located in Susukino, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. I had previously visited a different restaurant in the same building, where I enjoyed some sake and soba before seeing a sign in front of the elevator mentioning another restaurant specializing in soba and wine. I decided to check it out and made plans to meet up with a friend for drinks. Despite the bustling atmosphere of Susukino during the year-end party season, we were lucky to find a seat at this bar. The restaurant is long and narrow, not ideal for large groups, but that actually worked in our favor. We started with beer and some prosciutto for a toast, and then ordered dishes like shrimp mayonnaise, lamb shoulder steak, and beef tripe stew from the menu. The shrimp mayo had a rich and flavorful sauce with a hint of spiciness, and the lamb steak was tender and delicious. The tripe had a soft and fluffy texture that went well with wine. Finally, we tried the limited edition oyster soba, which had a good texture and a rich flavor from the oysters in the broth. Overall, it was a unique and enjoyable dining experience that I would recommend for solo dining at the counter as well.

On April 5, 2016 (Tuesday) from 10:00 pm in Sapporo City, Chuo-ku, Minami 3-jo Nishi 4-chome, Kamiya Building 6F. The store is located on the east side of Norbesa, along the main street, on the 6th floor of the building. Each store has a standing signboard at the entrance of the building. The hand-made style soba and red wine caught my attention. I visited this place as the second stop after having tempura in Susukino. I was looking for a place where I could eat soba, so I ordered the soba as my final dish. I took the elevator to the 6th floor. When the elevator door opened, I saw the entrance to the store right in front of me. It had a round blue door at the top and a white noren curtain. Inside, the lighting created a calming atmosphere. The walls were painted white in a plaster-like finish, reminiscent of a Spanish bar. There were several counter seats in the middle of the store, with table seats on the left and right. There was a solo female customer at the counter, and male and female customers at the tables. A group of three people arrived later. There were various Japanese and Western appetizers and side dishes listed on the tables and blackboards. And there was a soba menu as well. - I ordered a Cabernet Sauvignon in a red wine glass. It was served in a large glass and tasted delicious. - I also tried the orange liquor. - A complimentary dish of raw ham and green leafy vegetables was served for two people. The small plates and chopstick rests had a Japanese touch. - The grilled sticky yam was served on a shallow iron plate. The yam was grated and grilled, then topped with sauce, bonito flakes, green onions, and mayonnaise. It had a fluffy and chewy texture, with a sweet and savory sauce that was very tasty. - The soba was served on a round white plate. The menu mentioned that they used soba flour from Kaoi, and the color was slightly darker, giving it a rustic and hand-made feel. The soba had a firm and chewy texture, with a strong and authentic soba broth that was rich in flavor. It was served with wasabi and green onions as condiments. I asked the owner if they made the soba in-house, and they told me that they receive the soba from their family's soba shop in Honbetsu town, and they make the broth in the store. The soba broth was slightly cloudy and had a thick and creamy consistency at the end. There are several izakayas and bars that serve soba as a final dish, but I really liked the soba from this place.

There is a shop in the Kamiya Building, where many popular and unique food and beverage establishments are located. The owner is quite handsome and the shop has a cozy atmosphere with a nostalgic taste of Japanese cuisine. The interior is lit with indirect lighting, giving it a Southern European-style bar or café vibe. It's a small, hidden gem with a mix of Japanese and Western fusion dishes on the menu. They offer a variety of drinks, including wine and cocktails. When it's not busy, you can enjoy a conversation with the attractive owner. And don't forget to try their soba noodles! They offer authentic soba noodles with a slightly sweet broth that complements the noodles perfectly. Highly recommended!

I heard someone saying they wanted to go to Hirota Shokudo, so I decided to check it out. They recommend the pork bowl and soba. The pork in the pork bowl was delicious, and it made a great side dish with drinks. The tamagoyaki was also satisfyingly large and fluffy. The soba had a nice chewy texture and was perfect for finishing off the meal. The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere, making it a great spot for a date. They also serve homemade sangria at a reasonable price.
