Frespo Tokura has this shop. The rumors were good, but how was it really? Other people's reviews mentioned ordering salt, but the shop outside advertises white miso and red miso. I went inside and ordered the miso flavor. It was served in less than 10 minutes. There are only three people, an old man cooking and two ladies working, so labor costs must be high. I started by sipping the soup as usual. Since I chose the mixed miso, the soup was naturally thick. However, it was a bit too sweet. The noodles were my favorite medium-thick curly noodles. The toppings included chashu, boiled egg, green onions, and plenty of bean sprouts. The bean sprouts were not burnt and were moist, so maybe they were boiled? The portion was too large, probably equivalent to 1.5 servings of regular noodles. I didn't want to force myself to finish it and feel sick, so I left about 1/3 of the noodles and soup and paid. In that sense, the cost-performance ratio may be good. I would like to try the light flavor next time. Revisited on 07/10/2016 Today, my family of three revisited. A late lunch. We sat at a table. My wife ordered the rich tonkotsu salt, I ordered the light old-fashioned soy sauce, and my child ordered fried rice. When we finished eating, my child almost finished the fried rice at the same time, so it seems quite delicious. My wife was silent... no comments. (She had stomach problems after eating...) But, she quietly drank the soup. For me, the taste of the soup mixed with the noodles was just right, but when I drank the soup with a spoon, it was extremely salty! I couldn't even finish half of the soup. However, I think they would be flexible if you ask for the flavor to be milder when ordering. The toppings included a small amount of bamboo shoots, one slice of naruto, spinach, seaweed, seasoned egg, and one slice of chashu. Somehow, it feels like the noodles are different between rich and light flavors. The rich one has white medium-thick curly noodles, while the light one has egg noodles with medium-thin curls. Even in the light flavor, the amount of noodles was generous. High school students in jerseys at the counter must be happy with the free extra serving. Also, pricing it slightly below 700 yen is a good idea. If you find a menu you like, you will probably become a regular. However, the rolled chashu... it feels too bulky... like leftover meat. I hope they improve that.
