When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, as I have a designated rare disease by the government. There is no cure for my disease yet, but I temporarily improve when I receive "blood products" for five consecutive days. I have been hospitalized five times last year for treatment related to my rare disease. I was admitted for the second time this year on April 4th but was discharged 44 days ago. However, I have made a reservation for my third hospitalization this year due to worsening health conditions. Your encouraging comments are always a source of strength for me during my hospital stays. I am truly grateful. Thank you for your continued support. In the meantime, I plan to focus on reviewing past unrevealed content. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. "Shirakaba Sanso" has several branches in Sapporo, specializing in miso ramen since its opening in 1998. The main store relocated from Minamihiragishi in Toyohira Ward to Makomanai in Minami Ward in 2014. Personally, I frequented the "Shirakaba Sanso Yamate Store" in Nishi Ward the most, which unfortunately closed about 10 years ago. When I visited another branch in March this year, the all-you-can-eat boiled eggs due to COVID-19 restrictions were limited to one per person. I heard that the all-you-can-eat boiled eggs have recently resumed. I visited with my usual companion for dinner on a weekend around 6 pm. We both ordered the top menu item, "Miso Ramen for 870 yen," using the ticket machine at the entrance. There were two customers before us and five after us. We sat at a table, and I enjoyed one boiled egg with salt while waiting for our ramen. Our "Miso Ramen" arrived in about 7 minutes, and we added two boiled eggs on top. The ramen featured medium-thick curly noodles from Morisumi Seimen and a blend of white koji miso and white miso soup base. The soup was piping hot and satisfying, with a moderate amount of surface oil and a hint of back fat floating on top. Adding garlic enhanced the flavor of the soup. The saltiness level was just right. The toppings included diced pork belly, quail egg, ground meat, wood ear mushrooms, menma, bean sprouts, green onions, and nori. Priced at 870 yen (tax included), the "Miso Ramen" had a nostalgic yet rich flavor profile. The all-you-can-eat boiled eggs included in the price make it a very reasonable and affordable option. I remember when the topping was "stem wakame" in the past, but my memory is vague. The revival of the unique service of all-you-can-eat boiled eggs at Shirakaba Sanso is very delightful. It is a ramen shop that suits my budget perfectly. (laughs) I might challenge myself to eat four boiled eggs next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

It is not a very large shop, but I felt that the staff's customer service was accurate. They confirm the number of customers and if the shop is full, they inform you to wait. They take your food ticket at that time and share it with the kitchen, so you get seated quickly. Even after seating multiple customers at the counter, they ask if you would like to move to a table if one becomes available. I thought their timing was quite good. This accuracy allows you to eat slowly without worrying about waiting customers. The ramen tasted great, with the noodles cooked just right, delicious soup, tender char siu, and flavorful bamboo shoots. Even in these times, they provide a boiled egg as a service. Amazing! In a restaurant, not only the taste but also the staff make the experience even better. Thank you for the meal!

I took the first sip of the soup. It was salty! I have been here 3-4 times before, but was the taste always like this? The noodles had a good chewiness, thickness, and shape. However, the soup... The richness and depth of flavor seemed to be canceled out. The chashu was diced, tender, and flavorful, but the portion seemed a bit small. Even in this era where eggs are at their highest price, having all-you-can-eat boiled eggs is still a delight.

I had miso ramen. It's a ramen shop I've liked since a long time ago, located in a back alley in Minami Hiragishi. I was happy to receive a free boiled egg. The miso ramen has a rich and salty soup that is delicious. The medium-thick curly noodles, minced meat, and plenty of stir-fried vegetables all go well with the rich soup. The taste can vary depending on the store, but this place had the salty and delicious ramen that I used to love.

On a hot day, I went to eat piping hot ramen. As you may know, this place offers all-you-can-eat boiled eggs. I was able to adjust the flavor to my liking with the diluted soup they provided, and I found that my preference was five ladles worth. Even in Hokkaido, Sapporo miso ramen is always delicious whenever you eat it.

It's hard to explain the location! The road in front of the store intersects with a bridge (Sapporo Shin-Do), so be careful when coming from the Shin-Do. The parking lot is spacious, but the width may be narrow in some areas. Before starting using Tabelog, I have been here twice. It seems like I haven't been here for a long time. This shop has a ticket vending machine menu with photos on top, which is considerate, but I'm not good at finding the button for the menu I decided on. The interior of the store is a bit small with counter seats and a few tables (3). It doesn't seem suitable for large groups, except for the table at the back, which is a bit larger. Boiled eggs are all-you-can-eat, so it's a good idea to peel them before the ramen is served. I ordered the slightly spicy miso ramen with a spicy soy sauce base. The noodles are from Sagamiya (one of my top 3 favorite noodle makers). The slightly spicy miso ramen wasn't very spicy, and you can add bean sprouts for free, but I declined. It was nice that it came with a quail egg (even though the boiled eggs are all-you-can-eat). The miso ramen had a very traditional Sapporo flavor. It seems like you don't really need the all-you-can-eat boiled eggs, but maybe some people come here just for that? I feel like the regulars are not here for the boiled eggs.

【Shirakaba Sansou Shinkawa Branch】Service with boiled eggs is a nice touch, and they are taking good infection prevention measures. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in. "Miso Ramen" with menma, seaweed, bean sprouts, and other vegetables. The curly noodles are a bit oily with chunky slices of chashu. If you like a miso flavor that stands out, this is a good choice. A few years ago, I used to enjoy this type of ramen a lot, but now I find it a bit too rich. "Half Yakimeshi" has a fairly strong flavor, which may feel heavy when paired with the rich ramen. If you like hearty dishes, this is a good option.

Miso Ramen 820 yen Ramen is a matter of personal preference, but if you're in the mood for a strong style Sapporo miso ramen, head to Shirakaba Sanso. Although the fried rice also looks tempting on the menu, it might be too many calories. While enjoying a boiled egg, the ramen arrives in about 5 minutes. The consistent taste is nice. The soup has a strong garlic flavor that makes you want to drink it all up. Ramen really can't be categorized into just one type. I like shoyu ramen, but the strong style Sapporo miso ramen is also good. They also have rich tonkotsu ramen and spicy tan-tan noodles. I can't think of a type of ramen that I dislike.

Hokkaido's popular restaurant with multiple locations, Shikakusan-so. Their flavorful miso ramen is delicious. Shikakusan-so is a well-established spot in Sapporo, where many popular restaurants are crowded. They blend white miso and shiromiso, along with sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic, and other ingredients to create a rich and punchy flavor. They carefully select various ingredients, but the most important thing is the "balance." By adjusting the amounts of ingredients, sauce, and soup, they have created a miso ramen that is rich but not heavy, offering a superb bowl of noodles for you to enjoy.

In Sapporo City, Kita-ku, at Shinkawa 5-jo 1-chome, there is "Shirakaba Sanso Shinkawa-ten"♪ I used to go there often to eat ramen at Shirakaba Sanso, but I haven't been there in a few years, so I visited again after a long time! When you hear "Shirakaba Sanso," you know that the boiled eggs are free! I'm not a fan of boiled eggs, so I don't eat them, but some people love them and eat 3 or 4(*'▽') This time, I ordered the Lunch Set (1,000 yen) which includes soy sauce ramen and half yakimeshi♪ It was just lunchtime and the restaurant was a bit crowded, but the dishes arrived quickly♪ First, the half yakimeshi! The seasoning was good, but it was a bit too dry. Personally, I think it would have been better if it was a bit more moist (^^;) The soy sauce ramen was decent and tasty, but I felt a bit unsatisfied. I used to think it was incredibly delicious, but maybe my taste has changed after trying various ramen? I'll check it out again after some time! Thank you for the meal~!

After working overtime and having a late dinner, I happened to pass by this place along the road that was open, so I decided to stop by. The parking space is quite spacious and easy to use. There are counter seats, table seats, and the interior has a log house-style atmosphere. In addition to the three flavors of ramen, there are also spicy and Japanese-style options. I ordered the "Miso Ramen (780 yen)" listed at the top of the menu. Since there were no other customers, it was served in about 10 minutes. It was a classic Sapporo miso ramen with bean sprouts. The soup, with a taste that falls between rich and light, has a miso flavor that is well-received by everyone. The medium-thick curly Sapporo noodles go well with it and are delicious. By the way, the boiled egg is all-you-can-eat, so it's a good deal. It's not a sophisticated modern-style ramen, but I think it's good when you want to eat traditional Sapporo miso ramen.

It's great to have all-you-can-eat boiled eggs at Ramen Yumaiyu. I topped my medium-spicy miso ramen with three boiled eggs and enjoyed it with rice.
