食べ過ぎ太り過ぎ
I suddenly had to be hospitalized after a check-up at the beginning of the year. Normally, it takes about a month to make a reservation for hospitalization, but I was admitted right away. This hospitalization is short-term, expected to be about a month. Therefore, I had to pause my reviews on January 5th. Before being hospitalized, I prepared a few reviews. I will reply to the comments on the reviews I receive after I am discharged. I won't be able to comment on your reviews, but I will try to like them as much as possible. I will definitely be back. Thank you in advance.
[January 2021] 6th review, so it's light. Although it's the 6th review, there were many visits. "Sapporo Asaichi" is a morning market where wholesalers from the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market mainly operate. The main customers are retail stores and restaurants. There are many seafood-related stores in this morning market. Even famous sushi restaurants come here to purchase ingredients. Normally, general customers do not use this morning market much. At the end of the year, many general customers come to buy ingredients for the New Year. The business days are the same as the "business calendar" of the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market. The holidays for the next year have already been announced. The business hours are from early morning 5 am to 11 am, a total of 6 hours. General customers are not allowed to park until 9 am. For the year-end, a large parking lot is secured a little further away for general customers. The market is open until December 30th. The business for 2021 starts on January 5th. Since my first visit was on January 4th, I started my activities earlier than the market (laughs). "Marudai Ohashi Shoten" is a wholesaler of prepared foods. They handle a variety of products that can be used not only by sushi restaurants and fish stores but also by general restaurants. They have a wide range of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, but there are many Japanese-style prepared foods. Since they are wholesalers, the products are mainly in large bags for commercial use. They all look delicious, so it's hard to decide. Since all the bags are for commercial use, they are in large quantities. Buying one bag will last a long time, so it's even more difficult to decide (laughs). The wife was in good spirits and was at the store during my visit. This time, our family's regular "Hosaki Takenoko Tosani" was not available. They explained that they couldn't get any in stock. Although I was able to buy it last year, it has been out of stock frequently in recent years. They managed to give me two bags of our family's regular "Crispy Mountain Jellyfish." Since we know each other, they usually deliver it to my house, but this time I was able to take it home. I also bought "Tamba Black Beans" for the first time. I also bought "Dewa Sansai," which was cheap with a close expiration date. ■ Business-use prepared food 1kg bag Crispy Mountain Jellyfish Mountain Jellyfish is a type of lettuce. It is a lettuce that you eat the stem. In China, it was offered to the emperor during the Qing Dynasty, so it is also called the Emperor's Vegetable. It is usually sold in a dried state. It looks like a mountain vegetable. It has a spicy and seasoned taste, with a Chinese-style flavor. The crispy texture is indescribable. It goes well with rice and as a side dish for alcohol. Price: 1 bag 1,242 yen (tax included) Dewa Sansai Soft, cut mountain vegetables For use as an ingredient in soba, udon, rice balls, mixed rice, etc. Price: Originally 1 bag for 1,242 yen → now 432 yen (tax included) ■ Tamba Black Beans Made from large domestic black soybeans. It has a slight sense of luxury. Price: 616 yen (tax included) "Hosaki Takenoko Tosani" is much cheaper and more delicious than buying bamboo shoots and making them yourself (laughs). It was very disappointing that it was not available. Similarly, "Crispy Mountain Jellyfish" is much cheaper and more delicious than making mountain jellyfish yourself. There are few stores that sell mountain jellyfish itself, and it takes time to prepare. Among the "prepared mountain jellyfish," this "Crispy Mountain Jellyfish" is my favorite. It has a perfect taste for rice and as a side dish for alcohol. "Tamba Black Beans" are large and have a slightly luxurious feel. It was suitable for the New Year with its "black beans." As an individual, it takes time to consume the large bags for commercial use, but they are affordable at wholesale prices. For businesses catering to restaurants and retail stores, it is easier to buy in bulk.
