I got caught up in the skateboarding Olympics and watched it, and it seems like it's selling well. In my opinion, the profit margin is around 80%, so it's a shabby business. I'm in Sapporo.
The purpose of this visit is to see my granddaughter for the first time, as she was born recently and I haven't been able to see her for over 4 months due to the state of emergency. Now that the emergency has been lifted, I can finally go see her. It's different from seeing photos, but there are no expectations with a newborn grandchild. However, with the two grandchildren who are a few years old, there are clear expectations. Both of them are taking skateboarding lessons and want me to watch them. It's not a matter of expectation, but the younger grandchild doesn't have their own board, so they want me to buy one. The older child has a board for indoor use, but they want me to buy one for outdoor use. Well, it's expensive. I think a set would be enough, but buying individual parts and assembling them doubles the cost.
I don't let the kids choose because it's too expensive. They don't choose a set, just like my food log. They've used up about 100 bowls of ramen worth of money. They take lessons with the newly bought boards, and their handling of the boards is amazing. As the person who bought them, I think, "Take better care of them," but next to the register, they sell spices. Yes, I got one, thanks. And coffee, please. 200 yen. Busy, 20 minutes later, when I had forgotten about it, they gave me the coffee. It smells like coffee but tastes weak and lonely.
Later, I realized that I always use similar spices that I make. That's right! It's all made by me. My wife doesn't use them as she should, even though she says nice things. They are all Japanese-style, so do they go well together? It feels like I might be using the wrong ones, but they are definitely spicy and not off the mark. It's a complex spice feeling, and I'm not that knowledgeable about it, so if someone asks me what it is, I wouldn't know. But it definitely enhances the taste. I'll use them all up.
