A salt ramen specialty shop opened in Rumoi. The store is located in a renovated private house, and the interior feels like a living room of a private house. It seems that many local people are customers, and the place is bustling. You purchase a meal ticket at the entrance. The regular ramen with one slice of chashu is 500 yen, which is quite cheap nowadays. I ordered the one with three slices of chashu for 600 yen. The appearance includes green onions, chashu, menma, and naruto. It's very simple. The soup is quite delicious. The noodles are thick and have a chewy texture. Maybe they are commercial noodles. The chashu has a bit of a smell. It's a simple nostalgic Showa era ramen. I don't dislike it, but it doesn't have any distinctive features. It may be tough to compete in Kitami city, but it feels like a local favorite, a ramen you'd want to eat every day. It would be nice to have a few more menu options.

Aoyamatei Ramen
I wonder how much ramen the young boy at Aoyamatei Ramen hasn't eaten. With home renovations and weekends filled with cleaning up and decluttering, there's no time for activities like posting on food review sites. I haven't been going out at all. My stock of reviews has decreased by about 80 in the past month. I'm not really feeling lonely, but I can't help but think about how I haven't been eating ramen. Just casually opened the tag for new openings in Kitami, and there was a ramen shop listed. I wonder if the Emperor wrote about it...but it's just a first post with photos. Lately, that's all there is in Kitami - a few troublemakers popping up. There are people who are eagerly awaiting new shop registrations. It's quite a journey from my house, taking an extra 30 minutes. But I felt like today was the day to go check it out. It's the middle of the day - is it okay? It's fine!! It's a residential area. You have to take off your shoes - not sure what will happen if you don't. Ticket machine. Seems like they only have salt flavor. The price depends on the number of chashu slices. I thought it was a good deal for a one-coin price, but I went for 3 slices at 600 yen. The previous customers were a couple, and there was one other customer. There's a TV, single seats, and two-person seats. The chashu was in slices, and the only thing I thought was tasty. The noodles were slightly thick. No complaints about that. The naruto was small, and the menma had no salt. The chashu was in slices, and the only thing I thought was tasty. The soup - I thought it was just salt, but maybe they forgot to make the broth? It lacked flavor, but it's different from Kushiro ramen. I'm in a dilemma. How should I evaluate this? The owner seemed a bit unfriendly, but not necessarily a bad person.
