The two sandwiches, BLT and Pumpkin Cheese, with a drink set. The drink is iced coffee, and when you sit down and relax, you can hear sounds in your ears, with the gentle voice of a female bossa nova singer at the perfect volume. The freshly made interior was sparkling clean and the decor was stylish. There were some cheap-looking elements like the tables, but I wasn't looking for luxury. How about the two sandwiches? I'll wait with half-hearted expectations while sipping my iced coffee. Since this is a chain cafe, I only expect light snacks. By the way, why here? I was supposed to go to a specific shop, but to my surprise, not only that shop but also the neighboring one wasn't open yet. After some confusion, I finally arrived, knowing the opening information of this place. The iced coffee has a bitterness that hits the tip of your tongue, but as time passes, the ice melts and the taste becomes lighter. After finishing it, a lingering taste of bitter and coffee remains. The air conditioning works well, but the finely crushed ice melts easily. The sandwich looks visually subtle, but how does it taste? Overall, it had an institutional feel, but the pumpkin cream-like bread, likely better toasted than as it is, tasted decent. The bacon had a distinct bacon flavor. I can't quite put it into words, but it would be nice if there was a bit more harmony with the toast. When leaving, there were several staff members, but I couldn't hear their "thank you". I received a coupon from a lady outside, and as I left the store, I said "thank you" and my impression improved a bit. Will the cafe chain operated by Pokka Create Co., Ltd. expand its number of stores in Sapporo in the future?
