"Ichiro" Today, I received a complaint about an old review again, being treated like an idiot. I may be an idiot, but I don't appreciate being treated like one by you. I understand your feelings, but this is my style of writing, so if you don't like it, please don't read it. I'm alone in Obihiro! The road surface today was not slippery, so I didn't change my destination halfway. I arrived safely in Obihiro. For lunch today, it's ramen at "Ichiro." You can feel energized with Yunker. I arrived just before noon and even though I started late, I passed. The restaurant is run by two women. There are three tables in the raised seating area, but no customers. The counter has about 8 seats, I think. I'm not sure. I sit down with 5 other people. I was influenced by the previous customer and ordered the soy sauce ramen. It comes with three flavors for 700 yen, which is a good deal. The difference in price is understandable. Miso costs 100 yen extra, but I hesitated because it was listed third. There's a small TV in the restaurant. It's a fairly large restaurant, but the TV is small. It seems like they want you to eat quickly and leave rather than watch TV. The service is quick and efficient. It only took about 7 minutes. The movement is impressive. Even though they move quickly, they handle the wok quietly. The ramen doesn't look appetizing with its color of soy sauce. Usually, I haven't found it to be delicious. The egg noodles are yellow and chewy, which is good. The thin menma is good too, with a nice texture. I don't like boiled bean sprouts. They don't add anything to this weak soup, they just get in the way. The balance is off, and it lacks taste. The green onions and seaweed are unnecessary. The ramen's true nature is revealed through its appearance. The fatty chashu is tough and tasteless. The soup lacks depth and flavor. It's an unsatisfying ramen that makes you regret eating it. The two women working there are fine, so I didn't want to write much about them, but I should have just said nothing. I'm sorry. I regret not ordering the salt ramen. The aftertaste of the soup lingers in my mouth. I quickly brush my teeth. The customer in front of me suddenly said, "Thank you for the meal," and left. I was sweating. I was about to say, "Was it pre-paid?" One minute later, I left as well. I went to the counter to pay, but the customer came back, saying, "I didn't pay, did I?" The woman replied, "I didn't take your payment." This is the downside of the ticket machine. Of course, it's not the ticket machine's fault, but... Summary of the year so far, from January to the end of February: Ramen - 28 bowls, Soba - 9 bowls, Ice cream - 10 pieces.
