I purchased an "Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin" for 370 yen, a "Madeleine Chocolate" for 190 yen, and a "Pound Cake (Matcha and Chocolate)" for 320 yen (all excluding tax). The items were packed efficiently and handed to me after payment. The "Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin" was flavorful with a soft texture, the perfect balance of strawberry acidity and cheese. This shop initially registered as Rain bake shop but later changed it to レインベイクショップ. Customers seem to not mind the name, as long as they can enjoy the delicious pound cakes. The shop offers a variety of pound cakes and other sweets, making it hard to choose, so I opted for the luxurious gift bag for 1890 yen. It contained a selection of treats including pound cake, cocoa brownie, galette bretonne, whole wheat cookie sandwich, chai biscotti, madeleine tea, and madeleine chocolate. The pound cake was moist and rich, the cocoa brownie had a nice bitterness, and the chai biscotti had a hint of cinnamon that might become addictive.
