Originating in Miyazaki, this restaurant specializes in spicy noodles. While there are other places in Sapporo that serve spicy noodles, the ones here are exceptional. I used to wonder why they chose to open a shop in this location, but it seems like their popularity is slowly increasing. This time, the restaurant was quite busy. The soup is still delicious as ever. I enjoyed every last drop.

It was my first visit. I happened to pass by and decided to enter. Since it was already past lunchtime, there were no other customers. I ordered the spicy tomato noodles. I'm not good with spicy food, so I chose level 2 spiciness, but I felt like I wanted a bit more heat. The noodles were unique, with a system to choose from 3 types, and I chose the konjac noodles. Surprisingly, it was delicious. It's low in carbs, so I don't feel guilty at all.

"Karashimenya Rin" in Kushiro, I'm alone. It's already April, time flies! I've been doing takeout like crazy for the past 3 months. I saw a ramen shop that also serves "Keema Curry" on their menu, so I decided to call and ask if they do takeout. The lady who answered said they can do it for me. The place wasn't too crowded, with only 2 groups eating. The lady running the place by herself was very nice. The Keema Curry wasn't too spicy, but it had a nice flavor and richness. The rice was just average. Overall, it was a delicious curry dish.

Visit date: January 10, 2021 For lunch on this day, my companion and I visited Karameya Rin. We arrived around 11:10 am. There were no customers before us, and only one group came in after us. We ordered: - Spicy noodles, level 5 spiciness, with egg noodles and garlic - 780 yen - Spicy noodles, level 3 spiciness, with konjac noodles and garlic - 730 yen Our dishes were served in about 4 minutes. The level 5 spicy noodles with egg noodles and garlic were too spicy for me. It was overwhelmingly hot, like the spiciness of red chili peppers. The spiciness overpowered the taste of the soup, and the thin noodles didn't stand out. I mistakenly thought the egg noodles would be thicker, which I would have preferred. I had to carefully scoop up the ground meat at the bottom of the bowl to eat it. My companion chose the level 3 spicy noodles with konjac noodles and garlic. Even for them, level 3 was too spicy. However, at this level, there was a good umami flavor in the soup, making it delicious. The konjac noodles didn't have a distinct flavor, but they had a slightly gritty texture due to the incorporation of soba, which paired well with the soup. The sweet taste of the ground meat was enjoyable. As for the garlic option, we chose "with garlic," and two cloves were found in the soup. We didn't really taste the garlic while eating, except for these cloves. It was my first time trying spicy noodles. There were various toppings available, and the idea of cheese topping seemed appealing. I also noticed a tomato spicy noodle on the menu, which sounded like a good combination. I thought I could handle spiciness well, but level 5 turned out to be too much for me. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

Spicy noodles level 5, 780 yen. It seems to be a franchise originating from Miyazaki Prefecture. [Soup] It has a good balance of umami and spiciness, very delicious. It is level 5 spicy, so if you're not good with spicy food, you should avoid it. As someone who can handle spicy food, it was easy for me. However, if it is made too spicy, the spiciness might overpower everything, so I wouldn't go beyond level 10. [Noodles] Thin, slightly curly noodles. The order to serving time is quite fast. [Ingredients] Fluffy egg, leeks, a little bit of ground meat. The ingredients might be a bit lacking.

Since it was crowded when we visited, I had to make quick decisions. The seating is only at the counter, and it seems to be run by a family. There were splashes of soup on the paper napkins placed in front of us, probably due to the chaos of the new opening. You can choose the level of spiciness, and my friend went for level 5 spicy with extra garlic on egg noodles, while I chose level 7 spicy on egg noodles. The spiciness goes up to level 25, which is the strongest. You can also choose from egg noodles, konjac noodles, or udon noodles. It can be overwhelming to decide on the spiciness, noodles, and toppings, especially with the ticket machine ordering system. It's important to decide in advance if you plan to visit. When the ramen arrived, it looked very red and spicy, but it was actually not as spicy as it appeared. For those who love spicy food, level 7 spicy may not be satisfying enough. Unfortunately, the ramen lacked flavor and depth. It was just spicy without any umami or broth taste. I felt that instant cup ramen from a certain brand was tastier. It's a shame because the shop had just opened. I also think it's important for the kitchen staff to at least greet customers with a "welcome" or "thank you". With the increasing number of ramen shops in Kushiro, I wonder if this shop will become popular.

I don't like spicy food, so I ordered 0, and the mild soup was delicious, so next time I will try 1.
