After eating tendon, I went to "Sakura"! She always says "my stomach is full" like a catchphrase, but it's really not funny! I thought I could handle noodles if it wasn't a continuous meal, but I'm not hungry at all, and I've exceeded the total calories needed, so I'm not laughing. It was past lunchtime, so there were no customers, just one or two later. This time, I ordered the "shoyu ramen (¥860)". The ingredients used are chashu, menma, a small amount of green onions, naruto, and gluten, giving off a nostalgic vibe. While the aroma of soy sauce drifts through, the first taste is light and refreshing, with a clean aftertaste overall. The lard is also mild, and if you're looking for a strong flavor, the answer is no. It's clean and gentle, made with the elderly in mind. It's hard to deny that it's light, but I don't want to eat heavy ramen! It seems like a bowl that you can enjoy without worrying about stomach discomfort, suitable for the elderly and easy to accept by anyone. The chashu is thinly sliced and moist, with a mild seasoning that is also reflected here. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles, but if asked if they are suitable for the mild soup, it might be a bit different. They might be better suited for miso ramen. If there's a next time, I might try the fried rice set when I'm hungry. The female staff is working hard, and the lively atmosphere in the restaurant, where customers are treated well, was impressive! Thank you for the meal.
