After enjoying a round of golf at Nidom Classic, we further indulged in Genghis Khan at Comp Room located at the back of the restaurant. The golf course, needless to say, has a fantastic layout that stimulates golfers' spirit of challenge. The maintenance is also impeccable, so there is nothing to complain about. The Genghis Khan afterwards was also excellent. The Suffolk meat was full of flavor and went perfectly with wine. The only downside was that I found the hotel prices a bit high. Well, for now, I will take it easy and rest for tomorrow's golf game.

The name of the restaurant is Nidomu Jingisukan, but it is essentially a clubhouse restaurant. One corner is firmly divided by partitions that reach the ceiling, so that the smoke and smell of Jingisukan do not fill the outside area. Perhaps the price is a bit different from Jingisukan eaten in the city, but they serve high-quality meat with confidence, so it may be worth the price. I enjoyed the following dishes with a sour drink and a glass of wine: Suffolk fillet, Texel, French fries, mutton shoulder loin, Suffolk short loin, and special lamb. If you want to relax in this space, it is recommended to visit during a slightly late dinner time like today. I entered about an hour before closing, so I was able to enjoy my meal very leisurely. This place is perfect for a casual dinner after golf, and it is very comfortable. It is about a little over a 10-minute walk from the cottage, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, so it is not a problem at all. Thank you for the delicious meat.

Lunch at a prestigious golf course, no matter which one, comes at a high price. I ordered a hamburger steak for 2,000 yen, which was soft, juicy, and delicious. However, I felt that this price was comparable to that of a high-end restaurant. Considering that Hokkaido's golf courses will soon close due to the cold and snow, maybe the price is understandable.

Enjoyed delicious Genghis Khan at Nidomu Classic. They have private rooms available. The meat is fresh and there is a wide variety to choose from. Whenever I'm in Hokkaido, I always eat Genghis Khan. I personally like the simple sauce they serve here.

Delicious, definitely a bit expensive.

I went to Hokkaido (from Ibaraki Airport) and stayed at Hotel Nidomu near Chitose. The hotel has an izakaya (grilled around the hearth), a French restaurant, and Nidomu Genghis Khan on site. Normally, I would choose the grilled around the hearth, but when I saw the menu in the room, the "Hakodate-caught grilled hokke (one piece) for 8,000 yen" was too expensive, so I decided against it. I requested a shuttle from the lodge and visited. There was a corner in the golf course restaurant dedicated to Genghis Khan. I ordered premium Genghis Khan from Hokkaido Shibetsu Suffolk Lamb T-bone (boneless) 70g and Hokkaido Shibetsu Suffolk Lamb Short Loin 70g, each for 2,200 yen! First, a salad for the appetizer was brought out, followed by grilling onions, and then the meat arrived. Honestly, "70g is still a little small!" I ate grilled asparagus and salmon salad before ordering the premium Genghis Khan for 1,200 yen and Genghis Khan for 900 yen, but I still felt unsatisfied, so I added two more T-bones (boneless) 70g and finished. It was indeed high-quality meat, tender and delicious without any unpleasant smell, but the cost performance is questionable.
