The owner used to work at a hormone yakiniku place, so they handle it well without any unpleasant smell, it's delicious~♡ I heard they got the recipe for the leeks with liver from an acquaintance who owns a Chinese restaurant, and the liver is not too firm, it blends well with the flavors (*´ω`*) They also have a new item, yuzu miso gyoza!! We ordered: gyoza assortment (6 pieces) for 600 yen, including grilled, shiso, kimchi, beef tongue, lamb curry, and shrimp gyoza; grilled gyoza for 100 yen; shiso gyoza for 100 yen; kimchi gyoza for 100 yen; shrimp gyoza for 100 yen; xiaolongbao for 150 yen each x 4; Caesar salad for 600 yen; beer; oolong tea; moyashi namul. I like the thinness of the skin and the generous filling! I could eat as many as I want. The shiso gyoza has a lot of shiso, very tasty! The shrimp gyoza has a whole shrimp in it, very fresh. Let the xiaolongbao cool a bit before eating. The soup inside is so delicious! Mix the Caesar salad with the dressing after breaking the soft-boiled egg. I really liked the gyoza here. Let's start with a beer. Since it's a gyoza restaurant, let's order some gyoza first. I ordered four types of gyoza, two xiaolongbao, and also tried the bean sprout namul. A cold premium malt beer. It's nice. The appetizer was edamame. I snacked on that while waiting for the gyoza. What arrived was the lineup mentioned in the title. I like shrimp, so that was my favorite. The other three types were also good! The beef tongue, if you don't think of it as beef tongue, you might not realize it's beef tongue. The shiso flavor could be stronger, but I'm okay with it! The namul was light and refreshing. It doesn't get boring, which is nice. Feeling confident, I also ordered the cold noodles. I got the half portion with soft-boiled egg and grated yam. Having the option for a half portion is great. They did a great job with it. Everything had a light and refreshing taste, so I didn't get tired of it. I feel like next time, I might try a lineup with only shiso or only shrimp. That's the feeling I have.

One day at Ichikaku-san. Despite organizing photos, the number of photos doesn't decrease at all. Ichikaku-san always takes care of us!! Apparently, the shop is also struggling during the pandemic period, trying various approaches to keep the business going. Recently, they started serving lunch and also offering bento boxes!! Their operating hours have been shortened. On this day, I opted for rice instead of alcohol. I also ordered gyoza and the revamped shrimp chili which I heard was a must-try!! The shrimp chili was amazing!! The chili sauce really brings out the shrimp flavor. It was so delicious and went well with rice. The gyoza was also consistently tasty. This is a great deal♪ The beer is Sapporo Premium. The foam here is amazing. It's still delicious as always! - Gyoza Assortment (5 types) @500 each x 2 Normal, shiso, beef tongue, kimchi, shrimp. Except for the shrimp, you can't tell which is which just by looking, so make sure to ask the order. The gyoza here is quite big and has a strong garlic flavor, which goes well with beer. There aren't many places in Muroran where you can have beer and gyoza, so I'm happy. - Shrimp Chili It used to be on the regular menu but was removed, however, they made it for me since they had the ingredients. The sweet shrimp chili is topped with cheese and grilled. The shrimp is plump and the cheese goes well with it (^_^) I asked about how things have been going lately, and it seems like customers are gradually coming back, but there are still unpredictable days. They have various special events this month like the half-price drinks after 11 PM and a 10 yen discount for every throw in darts if you spend over 5000 yen. They also serve motsunabe (tripe hot pot) here, which you can order starting from one portion. I had it last year, and it was quite delicious, so it's a good choice for the upcoming season. A dish called Cheese Shrimp Chili came out, which wasn't on the menu, but it was delicious. It was good to come back here. I'll definitely visit again.

Then, I tried the shiso dumplings, which had a great shiso flavor. Lastly, I had the beef tongue dumplings which had a strong meaty taste. Each dumpling was priced at 110 yen and it was fun to mix and match different kinds. I also tried the zangi (fried chicken) and salad, both of which were delicious. The only downside was that the xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were just average and the regular drink menu did not include draft beer. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you for the meal!

First things first, all-you-can-drink!! You can choose the price based on what you want to drink and the time you spend there! The appetizer is boiled edamame, which was apparently a lot of work (lol). You can choose between beer or no beer, and they offer sake as well. Since I had beer last time, I opted for the 120-minute no beer option for 1500 yen! They used to have a gyoza tasting set, but now you can choose individual gyoza pieces! You can choose between grilled, shiso, kimchi, and beef tongue, with the option to choose the thickness of the skin - thin or thick. I decided to try a mix of both! The gyoza was grilled perfectly - crispy and delicious! I prefer thin skin over thick, but the homemade thick skin was also tasty! It's great to be able to taste different flavors! Lastly, I tried the recommended steamed gyoza with tomato and cheese. It's apparently great for finishing off the meal! It was like a tomato cheese risotto - so delicious! For dessert, I had black sesame pudding which was also amazing! It's so delicious! The owner is funny and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the meal!

Today, I came to Susukino alone. Since we got excited talking about dumplings yesterday, I searched for a dumpling specialty shop and ended up here, which I thought would be small. It was on the 4th floor of a very hard-to-find building. I arrived before opening time, waited for a while, and when it opened, I went in. I sat at the counter, ordered "draft beer," "pan-fried dumplings," and "shiso dumplings," four of each, and also ordered "bean sprout namul." After a short wait, the draft beer and namul arrived first. After a while, the pan-fried dumplings and shiso dumplings were served. Two types of dipping sauces, "vinegar soy sauce chili oil" and "vinegar pepper," were prepared in small dishes, and I enjoyed them according to my taste. As expected of a specialty shop, it was "delicious." Not too heavy, not too strong. This is highly recommended.
