The fourth stop in Engaru, "Salute", is a Western-style izakaya. It's a bit of a random choice as I was walking along the main street on the west side of 1-chome. In the countryside, there are places where buildings are scarce and you can see the national highway. Just from there, you can see a nice atmosphere of a restaurant, so I was drawn towards it. It's private property, so if I had tripped on a metal curb, I would have been injured. This morning, I ran for an hour and then did volunteer weeding for an hour. I was sweating a lot, and I was so sleepy all day, probably because I woke up early. I usually aim for 5 places, but maybe I'll finish with just 4 today. Is this the last one? "Salute", I know many people like that. It seems a bit difficult for a solo diner to enter, but I cross the national highway as if I'm running myself. When I entered, it was a dining room with a nice smell, an Italian-like smell. Since she said "anywhere is fine", I sat at a table. There was an old lady and a young lady, and I could hear a man's voice in the back. I ordered a "beer" and what to eat. I ordered "Shrimp and Broccoli Aglio e Olio". It came out faster than I expected. The Aglio e Olio is not really Aglio e Olio to me, did I say "Aglio e Olio"? This... I shouldn't have said that, right? Please enjoy it with bread, but doesn't this appearance look bad? It's the opposite of Instagram, interesting. I said Aglio e Olio, the shrimp is somewhat firm, but lacks the olive oil flavor. It's a dining room, but I wonder... I ate the disappointing shrimp olive oil-like stew. I'm sorry, but after seeing this, I lost the courage to order something else. I'm a coward.
