I was invited to this event and visited Yorimichi Izakaya. We were on the 2nd floor where we could only enter during this event, and it was a self-pouring style with all-you-can-drink. It cost 4000 yen per person, so I will evaluate only the taste. Each person could join at different times, so when I arrived a little before 7 pm, there were already dishes on the table. First, I toasted with a draft beer. The dishes that were lined up at first included boiled beans and salted fish roe, edamame, assorted sashimi, raw ham salad, tempura (shiitake mushrooms, green peppers), deep-fried half of a young chicken, grilled yellowtail collar, thick rolls and inari sushi, assorted pickles (kimchi, pickled radish, cabbage pickles, pickled vegetables). The recommended dish among them was the "deep-fried half of a young chicken" that my friends had mentioned. When I searched, I found that it was made using Date Megumidori chicken and it was cut into 5 pieces (so there is 1 piece per person, to avoid arguments). It was even more delicious than the chicken from a famous chain restaurant! The crispy and juicy texture was beyond expectations! Taste: 3.7. Even my friend who doesn't like bones couldn't resist having seconds (so I had to deal with the meat around the bones myself). The tempura was a bit cold, but still delicious. The sashimi assortment, especially the octopus, had a rare texture that made us wonder if it was boiled here. As for the grilled yellowtail collar, I couldn't resist eating most of it. After about 40 minutes, the mapo tofu arrived, with a homey flavor and eggplant and green pepper added, which was a nice touch. After the event ended and we were waiting for a taxi, we were served fish head miso soup, which had a strong punch and felt comforting to the stomach (laughs). It's a bit far from the city center, but they have a parking lot, so it should be no problem if you use a designated driver service. We enjoyed a full meal and cheered. Thank you for the feast!
