This shop is the first one I visited in 15 years, although I forgot that I had been here before. As a lover of cream puffs, I have been exploring cream puff shops during my stay in Hokkaido. This shop was the first stop. As expected from a shop run by a dairy farm, it was full of milk flavor. The cream was fresh and soft. It was a bit messy as the cream kept oozing out with each bite, but it was still delicious!

The soft serve ice cream was truly delicious and left a refreshing taste. It had a smooth texture and melted away easily. Despite visiting as the weather was cooling down, it was perfect for a quick break from work. The tables inside the shop were clean, and there was no sense of the usual touristy chaos. It was a refreshing experience that instantly revitalized me.

In the end, the regular milk soft serve is delicious, but it doesn't seem like a well-managed farm! They also have a variety store and they are doing very well. However, cakes and Baumkuchen are still better at a cake shop. Gelato is also better at a gelato shop. I prefer things that are closer to fresh.

In August, despite being a weekday, it was quite crowded. This time, I had soft serve ice cream and gelato (strawberry yogurt and pineapple). The staff at the counter were very busy, but if you go all the way to the back corner, there is a calm counter seat with a nice view. The pineapple gelato had chunks of fruit in it, very juicy! It had a refreshing and summery flavor. The strawberry yogurt was also delicious, with a good balance of strawberry and yogurt flavors.

The rich soft serve ice cream was incredibly delicious! My friend was eating gelato, which is even more refreshing! The cream puffs had a crazy long line at a separate counter! I want to try them next time I go!

I came to Niseko for the first time in a while, so I had to visit this place again. It was still crowded with many people. Unfortunately, the weather was nice but the clouds over Mt. Yotei didn't move at all. I bought an "Ice Cream (430 yen)" from the ticket machine. I chose milk and matcha flavors (you can choose 2 out of 10 flavors) and a cup (or cone). I enjoyed it outside while looking at the great nature. The ice cream was rich, smooth, and delicious. The combination with matcha was also good. I was satisfied with the delicious ice cream in a nice atmosphere. This is definitely a place to visit when you come to Niseko.

A must-visit drive-in spot in Niseko! All 6 types of pizzas are delicious! They are generous in size, so sharing one between two people is best. The soft-serve ice cream is also tasty! Personally, I love the Baumkuchen they sell here!

I visited here last year when the weather was nice, so I came back again this time. I had gelato this time. I tried the milk and strawberry flavors. Eating gelato outside while looking at Mt. Yotei makes it taste even better. It was a hot day, so I had to eat quickly, but if the weather is nice, I recommend eating outside.

I stopped by for a snack before lunch. I enjoyed a cheese tart and a yogurt to drink in the store. The cheese tart had a soft tart crust and a creamy cheese filling that melted in my mouth! The sweetness was just right and it was very delicious. The drinkable yogurt was thick and creamy, with a perfect balance of sourness and sweetness, reaching a level of perfection. Although it was cloudy that day, it might be nice to enjoy them in the garden with a view of Mount Yotei.

It's been a while since I visited Hokkaido! Soft serve ice cream is delicious no matter where you get it. This time, I tried the soft serve ice cream at Takahashi Farm. They offer both regular soft serve and gelato. However, this soft serve ice cream was not what I was looking for in Hokkaido. It was more like a gelato-style soft serve - rich and creamy. It's not that it wasn't tasty, but I was hoping for a creamier and fluffier soft serve. It would have been better if they offered gelato in various flavors instead. Also, the image quality is a bit dark...

I stopped by on the way to a drive. There is a milk factory that handles soft serve ice cream and ice cream, as well as a cocoa crown that handles baumkuchen and chocolate, and other outdoor shops and restaurants. This time, I had soft serve ice cream at the milk factory and bought yogurt and pudding for souvenirs. The soft serve ice cream had a strong milk flavor and a delicate texture that melted like snow the moment it entered my mouth. It was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. Next time, I want to try the milk ice cream.

My partner has been here with our daughters in the past, but this was my first visit. The lush green grass led to a stunning view of Mount Yotei, and the weather was perfect - not too hot or too cold. The spacious grounds were dotted with various buildings, and perhaps because it was the last day of Golden Week, it wasn't too crowded. The soft-serve ice cream seemed popular, but we decided to pass and try the crispy cream puff instead, which was delicious.

I came to Niseko! I wanted to eat soft serve ice cream, so I visited Takahashi Farm. They have a restaurant here and it's quite famous. Since it was Golden Week, it was crowded. The parking lot was full and there was a line at the soft serve and ice cream counter. I decided to wait in line since I had come all this way. After about 10 minutes, I got to the ticket machine. I couldn't decide between ice cream and soft serve. I saw "vanilla" written for the soft serve, but I wanted a more milky flavor, so I was unsure. In the end, I bought the soft serve for 350 yen. Let's try it. Oh, it's quite light soft serve. Not too sweet, almost no vanilla flavor. It's a light milky taste. I like soft serve with a milky flavor, so I actually like this. It's light enough that I could eat another one. I think a bit more richness would be nice, but it's just a matter of preference. Next time, I might try the ice cream. Thank you for the meal!

I visited this place in the summer, but this time I walked for about 50 minutes to get to Annupuri Ski Resort. There are shops and restaurants where you can enjoy various products made from local ingredients. The soft serve ice cream was delicious with a smooth taste. You can enjoy it while looking at Mt. Yotei from the eat-in corner at the back. CACAO CROWN also has an eat-in corner where I had a delicious chocolate cake and coffee. In the summer, I bought fresh chocolates, baked goods, and cream puffs, all of which were delicious. For lunch, there is a buffet restaurant called "Platvo" at the back of the parking lot, as well as a pizza restaurant "Mandriano" next to the cheese factory. The four cheese pizza at the latter had a great taste of fresh cheese. The view of Mt. Yotei covered in snow from the back of the parking lot is beautiful. In the summer, with Mt. Yotei in the background, there is an impressive bright red tractor that makes for a picturesque scene perfect for social media. The Niseko United Bus stop is also located in front of the store.

On the way back from Niseko today, I had soft serve ice cream. It's been a while since I had soft serve ice cream. I like the type with a bit of a crunchy texture! Eating rich flavored soft serve ice cream while looking at the snowy scenery makes me happy ♡ Thank you for the meal.

When I went to Niseko View Plaza, Takahashi Farm was closed so I came here after a long time. I had a freshly baked cheese tart. It wasn't hot when I touched it, so I doubted if it was really freshly baked. However, the cheese was creamy and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The most delicious ice cream or soft serve I have ever had in Hokkaido. This time, I tried ice cream (milk and cookies & cream), cheese tart, and cream puff. The ice cream was so tasty with just one bite, you could taste the richness of the milk. Hokkaido has many delicious soft serves and ice creams, but this one was exceptional. You can choose two flavors, but the popular No. 1 milk flavor is a must. For the second flavor, it's up to your preference, but you can't go wrong with any choice. I tried the cookies & cream, and it was even better than Häagen-Dazs' version, clearly showing attention to detail in flavoring. Perhaps there is a dedication to every flavor. Next, the cheese tart was incredibly delicious. The gooey cheese inside had an amazing flavor and texture, and the crust was perfectly baked with a subtle sweetness. I highly recommend trying the cheese tart. Lastly, the cream puff was slightly less impressive compared to the other two. It was still delicious, just not as outstanding. The puff pastry was well-baked and slightly firm with a mild sweetness, which was enjoyable. The cream inside had a hint of tanginess, almost like yogurt, although it wasn't listed in the ingredients. If not yogurt, it could possibly be a hint of alcohol.

It was amazing. The milk must be good because it was incredibly delicious ^_^ Rich ^_^ This was my second soft serve today and it was delicious. I'm on a business trip in Hokkaido and all I do is eat, but I am very satisfied. This place is great for families too ^_^

During the summer vacation, I went on an expedition to Hokkaido. I visited "Niseko Milk Koubou Takahashi Bokujou" in Niseko Town. It is a complex facility with a milk factory, restaurant, and pizza shop scattered across a vast site overlooking Mt. Yotei. This time, I purchased soft serve ice cream at the milk factory. Eating in was also possible. I enjoyed a rich and delicious soft serve ice cream in a wonderful location. Thank you for the meal.

- Menu: Cream Puff 210 yen, Soft Serve Ice Cream 350 yen
- Impressions: I visited again this year following my visit last year. Unfortunately, there are some clouds covering Mt. Yotei, but still, enjoying sweets with a view of Mt. Yotei in front of me is the best and makes me feel incredibly happy.
- The cream puff has a slightly less custard cream, and the creamy filling is packed tightly, so be careful when eating as it may ooze out.
- It's a sweet time with a view. I definitely want to stop by when I visit Niseko.
