I was extremely hungry and it was almost 7:30... I searched nearby and found this place. Hmm, a container-like building turned out to be a charcoal-grilled yakiniku restaurant? Honestly, I couldn't even find the entrance, but once inside, I was surprised by how stylish it was! The contrast was amazing, in a good way. There were table seats and tatami rooms, and the tatami seats had a stylish round entrance. It felt almost like a private room, so families with children were relaxed. There were three types of dipping sauces: the usual yakiniku sauce, a sesame oil with salt, and a slightly tangy sweet and sour sauce. I really liked the sesame oil sauce, but I wasn't sure if I could ask for a refill... There was also Israeli salt and sesame oil on the table, so even eating with just salt and pepper was delicious. Lemon juice came with the tongue, and there was a special sauce for the lamb. Despite being charcoal-grilled, the charcoal was evenly placed and cooked without any unevenness. The high heat was quite stress-free. The meat looked incredibly delicious under the perfect lighting...!! Salad bibimbap, stone-grilled cheese bibimbap The salad bibimbap was unusual but had a healthy feel. Overall, it had a bit of a strong sour taste which I'm not a fan of... but my husband loved it and praised it highly, so it's a matter of preference... The kalbi was quite thin for the meat served in the restaurant, but I quite liked it. Eating the crispy part was also good. They had a half & half option, with kalbi and chuck kalbi in a set, which was nice. Noteworthy was the "premium tongue with salt"! Wow~! I had delicious tongue after a long time... I've been eating "whatever tongue" at all-you-can-eat places recently, so I really felt the satisfaction of having "delicious meat...!" My husband and child, who rarely eat tongue, even ordered an additional premium tongue with salt (laughs) Oh, by the way, it's quite thin. I prefer the thin type, so... Ah~ the atmosphere and taste were excellent, I was satisfied! We ate to our heart's content with 3 people, without alcohol, it cost 7500 yen! Satisfied! Thank you for the meal! I'll definitely go again!!

When I arrived at the restaurant, the exterior of the building was a combination of containers. The interior of the restaurant had a stylish feel, which raised my expectations. I was seated at a sunken kotatsu table, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The issue arose when I placed my order... I was told that they were completely out of Japanese beef. It was ridiculous for a yakiniku restaurant to have nothing available on a Sunday at 7pm. Even though I had made a reservation over the phone, they did not inform me at that time either. Furthermore, I couldn't leave because I had ordered drinks. I reluctantly ate the foreign meat instead. The plating was nice with the tongue neatly arranged, but the rest of the meat was just thrown onto the plate and looked unappealing. The taste of the meat was cheap and lacked a strong flavor. The additional drinks also took a bit longer to arrive. Overall, I don't think I will be returning next time.

Perfect for a date, "GUZU" is a recommended yakiniku restaurant for young people (teens to twenties) in Tomakomai! When asking for recommendations, most people suggest a restaurant from the GUZU chain. This time, I decided to go to GUZU because I've been curious about the building for a while. Now, where is the entrance? There's no obvious sign, and while there is a door that looks like an entrance, I'm not sure if this is the right place... Feeling a bit anxious, I open the door. "Welcome!" Yes, I found it (laughs). As I sit down, a charcoal grill is brought to the table. Yakiniku just has to be cooked over charcoal, right? I ordered my favorite meats (2 servings of beef sagari, 1 serving of lamb, 1 serving of guts) and a ginger ale. Since there weren't many other customers, the meat arrived quite quickly (about 5 minutes?). The sagari and lamb came pre-seasoned, and even when cooked thoroughly, they were tender. The guts had a salty marinade and tasted just right. After enjoying the meat, I was still a bit hungry, so I ordered the Chorogi salad, cold noodles (half), and a yogurt parfait for dessert. They were simple but delicious. The yogurt parfait was not too sweet and refreshing, perfect for finishing off the yakiniku meal. There are still many menu items like cheese bibimbap that caught my eye, so I would like to visit again.

It is an interesting yakiniku restaurant in Numano-Endo, Tomakomai City, made by combining white containers. They have table seats, counter seats, and raised tatami seating, all equipped for grilling with charcoal. The ventilation is good so you don't have to worry about smoke inside the restaurant. The quality of the yakiniku is good and reasonably priced. My favorite is the beef tripe! The special sauce can be customized to your preferred level of spiciness and sweetness, making it a taste that you won't get tired of. Recently, they have opened their third restaurant called "Guzuya" and are expanding. They also offer cheap meat options starting from the 300 yen range during events, and sometimes provide discounted beer, making it possible to enjoy yakiniku even when your wallet is feeling light.

I was curious about a restaurant with a unique exterior made by connecting containers from a charcoal-grilled meat restaurant called GUZU. It is located in a corner of a new residential area in Tomakomai. The interior of the restaurant was quite crowded, so I couldn't take any photos, but despite being made by connecting containers, it didn't feel cramped or plain. It had a stylish vibe that would appeal to young people, and the staff were all young as well. They use Ogatan charcoal and disposable grills. The beer served is Super Dry, and with a coupon for Riatta that many Tomakomai locals would know, you can drink as many beers as you want for 200 yen each. The affordable beer prices are really helpful. The grilled meat menu items are mostly priced at 590 yen and above. The prices are listed excluding tax, which might be a bit confusing for consumers. The quality of the meat was quite tender, with a slightly sweet seasoning. The hormone was lightly salted, so it might feel a bit lacking as a side for alcohol. My husband and I had 7 beers and various menu items for around 5000 yen (using the coupon for 200 yen beers). They also have outdoor terrace seating, which is nice for grilling outdoors in the current season. They also offer lunch menus starting from 500 yen, so I would like to try it for lunch next time. However, it's not just this restaurant, but I feel a bit hesitant to go to a grilled meat restaurant alone, sit at a table, and consume charcoal and grill for just one lunch set.

A BBQ restaurant at the edge of the swamp. I have used it many times. It is located in a residential area, but there are few restaurants in the area, so residents nearby may be happy. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the customer service of the staff are good. The taste of the BBQ is delicious for the cost performance. The miso pork ribs sauce is mellow, and the salted hormone is not too thick and easy to eat. The side menu, such as ice plant salad and yukgaejang soup, is excellent! I think it's a BBQ restaurant that is easy for women to go to. The only thing is, why are BBQ restaurants mostly just ice cream for dessert? Since it's a BBQ restaurant that women can easily go to, I would like to see more variety in desserts.
