Visited on 2020.12.10. Took a day off the other day, so I have the day off today. It's midday now. Finished walking the dog, so I thought I'd go out for lunch. I came to this place I was curious about, "Shichifukujin". The exterior looks quite festive, but the interior is bright and cozy. The atmosphere is nice. A cheerful father is calling people in, a quiet son is grilling, and a friendly mother is serving. That's just my guess, but if that's the case, they have a solid team. First, a toast with beer. Of course, I ordered okonomiyaki. There are various types available, and I ordered the "Pork and Seafood Mix" for 750 yen. It was quite a large portion, bigger than I expected. I also ordered a jumbo yakitori, so I skipped the yakisoba. The okonomiyaki had a rich broth and was really delicious. The beer, highball, and other drinks also went well. It was a fun time. Thank you for the meal.

Welcome. ---------- November 2020 ----------I found a place in the residential area behind the Nitori store in the Misono area of Toyohira Ward. There's a person named Takahashi who has worked in various stores for a long time, so I came to say hi. The apron with Rilakkuma on it is super cute. The "Samgyetang" at Gamanene requires a reservation the day before, but you can eat it here. Next door, they also have "baked sweet potatoes" and "taiyaki" which are affiliated. They offer 3 Red Haruka sweet potatoes for 1000 yen. The menu has a wide variety, including "Janchu" so you can get really drunk on the bottle. To start with, I ordered two items: spicy lotus root (crispy and spicy) and chicken sashimi (very tender). The "Butatama" is also huge, with plenty of vegetables on a fluffy dough and crispy pork belly that is fragrant. The "Cheese Hat" is popular with children, while adults prefer "takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba" as accompaniments to their drinks.

On a certain holiday, while taking a stroll in the neighborhood, I stumbled upon a shop with many banners hanging outside. Hurriedly checking on Tabelog, I found that it was not registered, so I decided to step inside. It is an izakaya in Toyohira Ward, Misono area, where you can drink during the day. It seems like there is no parking available. It is one of the three izakaya-like shops lined up side by side in one building, and this was the only one open for lunch. The interior has a festive street food stall atmosphere, with two rows of counters back to back, and the locals are already enjoying themselves. The background music playing is a TV broadcast of a relay race. From the menu on that day, the first impression was that it is a place where you can drink during the day, and they also offer takeout options. The main dishes include takoyaki, yakisoba, okonomiyaki, karaage, and chijimi, along with a variety of alcoholic beverages. They also have a special item called Nana Fuku Jin Namamono Jan Shochu, which is said to be the first landing in Hokkaido. For now, I decided to order the "Thick Noodle Yakisoba with Egg (640 yen)." Let's take a bite... Indeed~. The noodles are thick and chewy, with a sauce that leans towards the sweet side, creating a good combination. The ingredients include cabbage that enhances the sweetness, large cuts of pork, and a soft-boiled egg with a runny yolk, all mixed with the noodles and enjoyed with pickled ginger.
