I enjoyed meat dishes, pasta, and wine at Bistro CinqCes in Minami 3-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. I was able to try various imported bottled beers such as Hoegaarden White and Corona.

We enjoyed a wine buffet with various dishes. Three of us ate a satisfying amount and drank quite a bit, costing around 7,000 yen per person. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great, and the staff provided excellent service in this stylish establishment. It felt slightly off the beaten path from the city center, but definitely worth a visit.

It was a restaurant where you can enjoy a wine buffet and delicious dishes. The restaurant was almost full and very lively. You order by scanning a QR code with your phone. The potato salad and beef tongue were delicious. Be careful to manage the last order for all-you-can-drink by yourself.

My partner chose this restaurant for us, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they offered a wine buffet! The all-you-can-drink option was reasonably priced, and I was happy to see they also had Sapporo beer available. We enjoyed a delicious meal of hamburger, potato salad, and carpaccio, along with plenty of wine. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!

I went to a wine buffet for 2 hours with beer included for only 2500 yen. Surprisingly, there was no cover charge, and they even provided a platter of 5 appetizers. It was the second party on a Saturday around 5:30 pm, with only girls who didn't eat much but wanted to drink. The wine buffet at the back of the restaurant looked fancy, with a variety of nice wines. The staff were friendly and brought other drinks besides wine. The platter of appetizers included pickles, salami, and chicken ham, all of which were delicious. They also had color-changing drinks. We ordered a pizza, which was crispy, tasty, and perfect for snacking. The restaurant opens at 3 pm, and overall, it was a great experience with no negatives. I would like to go back for a proper meal next time. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you for the meal!

July 2022 Girls' Night Out (*´ω`)o∪ in Odori area, opening at 3 pm with a terrace seat available. A meat bistro where you can enjoy drinking without eating much, perfect for a casual gathering. Same-day reservations accepted. "Second party plan" includes 2-hour all-you-can-drink + light snacks for 2500 yen. A great spot for girls to take Instagram-worthy photos. Let's order some Blue Rose Lemonades, they change color from blue to pink, so girly! The snack platter includes a very small amount of smoked edamame, pickles, salami, chicken ham, and bologna sausage, one piece per person, shown in the image is for 4 people. You can refill as much as you want from 26 types of wine at the wine buffet, it's fun to choose your favorite based on inspiration! Additional dish "Three Cheese Tart Flampe" for 1180 yen, crispy thin crust with a perfect size for snacking, sweet and salty with honey and cheese. Ah, getting drunk (*´ω`) Thank you for the meal! I'm weak when it comes to brands and titles (sweating). On a certain day in August, as I was walking to have lunch, I noticed a stylish bistro with a sign saying "Ramen with a Serious Commitment to Taste" in front of it. It mentioned "Ramen and Curry made by a French Chef with dedication." A French Chef, huh... Sounds delicious. I automatically think that way based on the title. When I hear French, I immediately think of the creative flavors of "Nui" and "Sengin" made by the same French Chef... I was drawn in and entered the shop. The shop had a chic bar style. I sat at the counter and looked at the menu. The ramen menu consisted of old-fashioned soy sauce, rich miso, shrimp broth, spicy miso, and spicy oil soba, a total of five types. I promptly ordered the "Rich Miso Ramen" for 850 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The noodle bowl, black as lacquer, contained brown miso soup, seared chashu, nori, white and green onions, spinach, and menma. The visual presentation was beautiful. Now, let's dig in♪ First, the soup. The miso aroma is fragrant, but I didn't feel much of the umami supporting the miso sauce. It was a light and mild soup. Personally, I would have liked a bit more richness, saltiness, and depth. The noodles were thin, loosely curled noodles. They were provided by Nishiyama Seimen. Next, the menma and spinach. Both were slightly cold due to being added later, which was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, being a meat specialist, the chashu was delicious. It was made from thick slices of pork belly that were seared. It was thick and had a nice chewiness. So, once again, I finished every last drop of the soup and cleaned my bowl. Well, it was quite a "mild ramen overall." If you're going to compete in the competitive ramen field, you may need a different perspective from the French approach. I feel like it needs a little more, maybe a little extra something. The taste might be divisive. On the other hand, I had a good impression of the service. Also, the reviews for things other than ramen were highly rated. Their expertise in wine and meat dishes may be amazing. Thank you for the meal. *107th bowl in 2021 (visited on August 17, 2021).

The quirky chef and the staff introduction page at the back of the menu of this restaurant are interesting. The menu is curry-centric and not too fancy, perfect for lunch. The atmosphere is quiet and serene. It would be nice if the lunch set over 1000 yen came with a salad or something that contributes more to the value.

There was a wine buffet, so I visited the restaurant. From the outside, it looked a bit small, but once inside, it was actually spacious. Perhaps the counter in the front creates that illusion... I quickly ordered the all-you-can-drink option, which included wine buffet and Sapporo Classic draft beer. This was fantastic!! I started with a Classic beer. I don't usually drink beer much, but why does Classic taste so good!? I quickly ordered another one! They also had homemade lemon sour, ginger ale, and even homemade cola. They seem to pay attention to detail. Now, the food was a huge letdown. The biggest letdown ever. - Potato Salad with Meat and Egg: Mashed potatoes topped with a delicious sauce with meat, cheese powder, and a soft-boiled egg. Not your typical potato salad, but mashed potatoes. A letdown. - Whole Roast Beef Tongue: Usually, beef tongue is sliced into rounds, right!? This one was sliced vertically. The biggest slice of beef tongue I've ever seen. A letdown in size. Served with wasabi, it was delicious! A bit difficult to cut with a knife, but tender and tasty even when it cooled down. - Bistrot Ebi Mayo Pizza: The ultimate betrayal! Looks very filling. Despite being mayo, it doesn't taste like mayonnaise. I think it's more of an ebi miso pizza. Rich and incredibly delicious! Plenty of shrimp in it. The thick crust on the edge was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. And scraping up the shrimp miso sauce that spilled onto the plate with that part was very satisfying. A very satisfying pizza. The shrimp (miso) flavor is intense. Delicious! The wine kept flowing. Finally, I ordered a homemade cola (non-alcoholic) that was completely different from store-bought cola. It was like a cross between Metz Cola and Guarana Cola. A bit medicinal!? A wonderfully surprising experience. Thank you for the meal.

When I passed by here before, there was a limited menu of foie gras with only 10 servings available, so I decided to stop by before my errands. The menu seemed to have changed by the time I arrived, but since I was already there, I decided to go in. I was immediately asked to sanitize my hands and was seated at the counter. Depending on the day of the week, they serve fresh pasta and for some reason, ramen. They also have rice dishes like curry, but since the foie gras menu I saw earlier was no longer available, I decided to choose from the fresh pasta options. They had tomato sauce, aglio e olio, and bolognese. I like tomato sauce pasta, but the bolognese caught my eye as it was described to have a lot of meat. It seemed to be a popular item on the evening menu, so I went with that. It came with a side salad. The salad arrived first, with leafy greens and colorful bell peppers. I enjoyed the salad while waiting for my pasta. Here's where I made a mistake - smoking was allowed in the restaurant. It started to get a bit smoky, which I hadn't confirmed beforehand, so it was my oversight. After about 10 minutes, the pasta arrived. It was made with fresh flat noodles and bolognese sauce, which was a bit loose. When I took my first bite, the pasta had a chewy texture and was delicious. The loose sauce had a nice garlic and cheese flavor. It felt slightly oily but tasty. The meat was tender and there was a generous amount of it. The pasta was nicely coated in the loose sauce, making it delicious. I thought it would be great with some bread to soak up the sauce. It would have been better if the lunchtime was non-smoking. I'm curious about the soy sauce ramen that the French restaurant serves, so I might come back if I get the chance.

Limited to 10 servings for lunch, the French Foie Gras Rossini Don is a surprising special price of 980 yen, prepared with the risk of running a deficit. The dish consists of tender young chicken simmered in red wine with a soy-based Fond de Veau sauce and seared foie gras. The restaurant is spacious with tables set apart, and takes measures for social distancing, ventilation, and sterilization, so you can enjoy your lunch with peace of mind. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I want to eat meat for lunch. When it comes to meat, I usually think of yakiniku, gyudon, or zangi, so if someone mentions foie gras Rossini, I don't really understand. I feel a bit out of place as someone who doesn't know much about French cuisine, but I wait nervously. The dish is served in a unique and stylish plate. The taste is elegant and I was surprised to learn that meat can be enjoyed in such a refined way. It was my first time trying foie gras, and it was so light and fluffy. The crispy surface was delicious. I asked for homemade cola, not knowing what it was, and it turned out to be tasty. It had a spicy and mysterious taste. It was a good introduction to stylish meat dining. I want to go back again.

I entered because they were open for lunch. I was seated at a vacant counter seat and sprayed with alcohol on my hands. The lunch menu had 6 rice dishes ranging from 750 yen to 1,280 yen, all served with salad. There were no pasta options. I decided to try one of the recommended dishes, the Serious Spice Chicken Curry for 890 yen. I showed a coupon from Tabelog and got a complimentary drink. I chose the homemade lemon squash from the 8 available options. First, the salad was served, followed by the homemade lemon squash. A bit later, the Spice Chicken Curry was served. It was like a dry curry, with a strong garlic flavor and plenty of chicken, not too spicy and quite delicious. However, the rice was rock hard. It's a common issue in new lunch places. The curry was tasty, but the hard rice was disappointing. The homemade lemon squash was not too sour and easy to drink. I wished there were some pickles on the side. (August 2020)

On Saturday night, a group of 7 meat lovers gathered for a dinner at a stylish bar-like restaurant where the female ratio was high! Thankfully, the older men were not intimidated and we were able to enjoy our meal in a private room. Tonight's menu included a 5000 yen course with all-you-can-drink option, featuring a wide selection of wines including red, white, and sparkling. We started with a toast with draft beer! Let's eat - the meat appetizer platter consisted of 5 types: Hokkaido beef roast beef, herb pork roast, pork cheek terrine, chicken gizzard terrine, and 5 types of pickles. They were all delicious! I especially liked the pickles. Next, a walnut-flavored salad with 10 types of vegetables, followed by a shark carpaccio which was light and delicate. The highlight was the roast beef of Toyonishi beef cheek and foie gras Rossini. The tender cheek meat with rich foie gras was a perfect match, and the red wine sauce was also delicious. The Bistro Premium Meat Plate included White Old Beef Lamp, Suffolk Lamb Loin, and Angus Beef Sagari Steak. They were all tender and delicious, although the beef was slightly overcooked. The mountain wasabi was a great accompaniment. The Soft Shell Shrimp with special Americaine sauce was rich and flavorful, complementing the shrimp well. For dessert, we had orange sorbet which was overall tasty but lacked a bit of impact. Although the meal was not extravagant, it was enjoyable with a variety of wines to drink. It would be perfect for the younger crowd. Thank you for the feast!

Second time visiting, this time opted for the drink all you can and select option instead of the course menu. The staff explained the assorted hams in detail, but I couldn't remember... The chicken pate was soft, without any strong flavor, and delicious. The meat assortment was great, especially the sagari. I enjoyed trying out wines while enjoying the drink all you can option. I will definitely visit again.

I visited for a Christmas dinner and my favorite part was the wine buffet. The friendly manager helped me find my favorite wine. Today's Christmas dinner course included delicious pasta with snow crab, beef cheek, and foie gras ravioli. This place is highly recommended. Thank you for the meal.
