When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, especially for this designated rare disease. There is still no cure for my rare disease. Temporary improvement of symptoms can be achieved by administering "blood products" for five consecutive days. Last year, I was hospitalized five times for rare disease treatment. I was admitted for the second time this year on April 4th, but was discharged 60 days ago. Due to deteriorating health, I have reserved my third hospitalization this year, and will be admitted as soon as a ward becomes available. Your encouraging comments are always a source of energy for me during hospitalization. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Moving forward, I plan to mainly upload past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. New visits will be limited based on my health condition. "Kashi to Kissaten Shiroya" is a cafe affiliated with Ishiya Seika, famous for "Shiroi Koibito." It mainly offers sweets made with cheese. It opened in June 2022. I visited for the first time with my usual companion. The cafe is located on the 2nd basement floor of the Ishiya Seika joint building "Sapporo Odori Nishi 4 Building" in the Odori area of Sapporo's Chuo Ward. Please check the exact location on Tabelog. I visited around 4 PM on a weekday. The interior of the cafe has a surprisingly casual atmosphere. There were 2 other customers and 4 customers behind me, so it was unexpectedly empty. I sat at an empty table. I placed my order using the terminal. First, I selected the top menu item "Dutch Crafty (Strawberry & Danju) for 1400 yen. Since I was a bit hungry, I also selected "Half-cooked Egg Baked Curry Doria for 880 yen." After waiting for 15 minutes, our orders arrived. ■ Dutch Crafty (Strawberry & Danju) A fruit crafty skillet, freshly baked and hot. Inside, strawberries and blueberries are baked with crafty cream danju. Ishiya's original product, made gently and subtly. It contains strawberries and blueberries with strawberry sauce, which goes well with the crafty. Price: 1400 yen ■ Half-cooked Egg Baked Curry Doria Freshly made and hot. It uses Hokkaido milk-based white sauce. The curry has a taste and spiciness suitable for everyone. Breaking the half-cooked egg makes it even creamier with the yolk. It is a good marriage of curry and cheese. Price: 880 yen "Dutch Crafty (Strawberry & Danju)" is a triple collaboration of "fruit crafty," "cream danju," and "strawberry sauce." The strawberry sauce can be enjoyed on each separately. The collaboration of "fruit crafty" and "cream danju" is also delightful. Of course, the triple collaboration is fantastic. The meal menu also consists of dishes using cheese. I wonder which cheese dessert I should try next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Ordered a chocolate parfait with Shiroi Koibito ice cream. It was delicious and had a good portion size. The price felt a bit cheap at ¥980 with a cash-on style payment system. Other menu items like pasta and curry also looked tasty. Will definitely come back again.

I went to a cafe with a friend before the concert. We ordered iced tea and a chocolate walnut scone. I forgot to take a picture of the scone - sorry about that! The scone had a nice texture and aroma from the walnuts. I was looking forward to the cheese cream that came with it, and it was rich and creamy just like I hoped. I wanted to eat more of it, but I didn't want to consume too much sugar and fat before the concert, or I might fall asleep during it. I'll have to enjoy it again next time!

Shiroya, a cafe specializing in fromage sweets, is located inside the 22%MARKET in the Odori underground shopping mall. I ordered the Strawberry & Fromage glass parfait (850 yen). It was filled with fromage cream, ice cream, jelly, granola, and plenty of strawberries, offering a satisfying taste. The combination of the strawberry's acidity and the fromage cream's sweetness was nice. The parfait looked and tasted great. It was my first time trying a glass parfait. They also have other menu items using fromage cream, and you can also just enjoy coffee or soft serve ice cream. I highly recommend the glass parfaits here. They also offer kiwi and orange options.

When it comes to Hokkaido, in my mind, it's all about Shiroi Koibito and Rokkatei. I did some research and really wanted to try Shiroi Koibito soft serve ice cream!! I knew that there was a Shiroi Koibito confectionery building near the hotel I had reserved, with a shop in the basement, so I decided to stop by. It was connected to an underground passage of the subway, with a bakery, souvenir shop, and cafe. Even though it was 3 o'clock, it was packed!! I could only get the Shiroi Koibito soft serve ice cream to go. It was so delicious with the white chocolate flavor ❤️ The mix had a bit of a bitter taste from the chocolate, so it wasn't too sweet and I finished it in no time ❣️ Even though I had eaten a lot and should have been full, I felt like I had room for more. I managed to resist the urge to eat more haha. It was truly delicious!! Thank you for the meal ✨✨

After walking around for 3 hours doing fieldwork in Sapporo following a lunch meeting, I discovered an interesting shop in the underground shopping area near my accommodation. It was a cafe attached to a select shop that sells products from Ishiya Seika. I decided to take a break and ordered an Ichigo & Danje. I was curious about what Danje was! It seems to be something white and fluffy. The combination of fresh strawberries and raspberries' acidity with the gentle sweetness of Danje, along with the contrast of the hot baked dough and the chilled fruits, was delightful. It was delicious. I can't resist indulging in sweets when I'm tired.

The meeting ended early, so I decided to have lunch and input the meeting content into my PC. I ordered a croque monsieur and it arrived quickly along with coffee. The food was simple but good. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to work while eating. It was a great place to have a meal and get work done.

My husband and I came to this shop because we wanted to eat parfait. It was in the evening but the shop was not crowded and easy to enter. The parfait we ordered was delicious, with strawberry ice cream inside, strawberry jelly and crispy puff at the bottom, so you can enjoy various textures! The person who checked us out was smiling and provided good service, but the person who took our order seemed indifferent and lacked friendliness, which was a bit disappointing.

At 11 am, it was still early but I really wanted to eat a parfait, so I went there for the first time. It's easy to find because it's where Ishiya Cafe used to be. They also had a morning menu at this time, but I was set on having a parfait. It was a Saturday and about 80% of the seats were taken. Now, onto the parfait I came for. I had already checked the menu beforehand, but when I looked at the menu (which was a touch screen), I was tempted by all the options. For cheese lovers, it's a paradise! But this time, I stuck to my original plan. I chose the Orange & Fromage glass parfait. There were also options with strawberries and kiwi, but I was in the mood for orange. As soon as it arrived, I thought it was "cute." The glass wasn't too big, but it was packed full. It had layers of different components, and the transparent jelly at the bottom looked beautiful. The different flavors of the cream in the top and bottom layers, the rich cheese cream, there are various opinions. But the best part for me was the refreshing jelly at the end after enjoying the richness. It was so delicious that I want to try the strawberry and kiwi ones next time. Thank you for the meal!

I visited a café operated by Shiroi Koibito Ishiya Seika, hoping to eat something made with Shiroi Koibito cookies. However, there was no such menu item available. I ended up choosing the recommended Cream Danju, which was basically a lump of cream with a small amount of ice cream. It felt like I was just eating cream, and for the price of 1200 yen, it was not worth it. If you're at Chitose Airport, you might want to go for the Shiroi Koibito soft serve instead.

I visited after a long time and had a generous vegetable salad with leafy greens, carrots, avocado, mushrooms, cheese, and sliced chicken. It was truly a salad packed with vegetables. I chose an iced café latte as my drink, served in a stylish glass. It was delicious, but the portion was quite small, so I felt like ordering another drink. Orders were made on a tablet, and payment could be made with cash, card, or cashless payment methods, which was convenient.

My friend got really drunk and wanted to have coffee (lol). We only stayed for 30 minutes but it was a nice little break. The dessert looked delicious so I want to revisit when I'm not drinking! The iced coffee was delicious, thank you for the meal! pq´v`*)♪

In between errands, had a morning set with a variety of breads, sunny-side-up eggs, salad, and sautéed mushrooms. The bread was from Over the moon at 22%MARKET, crispy and delicious. Enjoyed the meal but got interrupted before finishing. Will come back for a leisurely meal next time, including dessert.

After seeing the illumination at Odori Park, we went underground and came here. Three of us shared the Crème brûlée and Strawberry Glass Parfait that we were curious about. We ordered using an iPad, and the bill was settled without any contact, which was fun and exciting! We were so excited that we ate more than usual. The Crème brûlée was fluffy, topped with plenty of strawberry sauce. The crispy granola-like element had a fragrant cheese flavor. In contrast, the Glass Parfait had a rich cheese cream with jelly, strawberry ice cream, and sweet crispy bits. Both were delicious!

It was delicious!!! The pancake I had was not too sweet and had various toppings, making it a dish that makes you want to eat it again (*´艸`*). However, my boyfriend's tiramisu was a bit too sweet... I struggled to finish it all. Well, I think it was partly because he chose to have tiramisu with a drink... Personally, I would like to go there again if I have the chance. Some menu items offer good value for money!

This cafe is located near Ishiya Cafe and I had noticed it while passing by before. I finally had the chance to visit around noon for lunch. It was almost full with just one seat available when I arrived. It quickly filled up afterwards. The location seems convenient and popular. They provided a glass of water and a tablet for ordering. Despite the hot weather, I was tempted by the baked curry doria and ordered it from the tablet. It arrived in about 20 minutes due to the full house. They warned me that it was hot. Many others around me were ordering the recommended Dutch crafty menu and the photogenic parfait. The curry was mild in spiciness. The sauce on the doria was gentle. The half-cooked egg was delicious. They kept refilling my water glass promptly. The mild curry makes it easy for children to enjoy. I saw that they also had tempting sweets, but it was too crowded so I decided to skip it and go home. If I go again, I would try the sweets.

"22% MARKET" by Ishiya Seika, known for their "Shiroi Koibito" cookies, offers a charming new concept shop. One of the stores, "Sweets and Cafe SIROYA," is particularly popular for their cheese-based menu items, especially the "Creme d'Anjou" which has a recommended consumption time of 10 minutes. I ordered the "SIROYA's Creme d'Anjou" (¥1,200) and an "Iced Cafe Latte" (¥450). The order arrived in just over 10 minutes. The Creme d'Anjou from SIROYA was served with the advice to enjoy it promptly. Made with plenty of Hokkaido fromage blanc and topped with homemade strawberry sauce, I dug in right away! The fluffy texture of the white ingredients mixed together was delightful, and the delicate flavor was truly enjoyable. The strawberry sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, complementing the deliciousness of the Creme d'Anjou. The granola sprinkled around the Creme d'Anjou and fruit was made with Parmesan cheese, providing a crunchy contrast to the fluffy dessert. SIROYA offers a variety of other enticing menu items featuring cheese, such as the "Glass Parfait" made with fromage cream, savory options like the "Dutch Crafty," and even a "Cheesecake Drink." I'm curious to try them all!

When I thought it might be crowded, there was one empty seat and I was told they could seat me once it was cleaned up. The restaurant has just opened, so it's very clean. I had the ham and burrata plate, with cheese in the middle instead of the soft-boiled egg I expected. It was luxurious. For drinks, I had ginger and lemon myrtle herbal tea, which was refreshing. The meal also came with a fresh salad, not the usual mediocre side salad, but a fresh one with a decent portion. I would like to try some dessert next time.

In front of the beauty salon is "SIROYA" where ISHIYA Cafe used to be. It just opened so I thought it might be crowded, but surprisingly it was not. Orders were taken on a tablet and there was no drink set, so I ordered separately. I got the usual limited quantity "Dutch Crafty (prosciutto & burrata)" set. The set came with a salad. I tried breaking the burrata with a knife, but there wasn't as much cream as I expected. The dough was quite sweet with a pudding-like texture in some parts. The prosciutto was salty, but balanced out by the sweetness of the dough and the creaminess of the burrata. The salad in the set was generous and satisfying. The iced coffee had a charcoal aroma, was stronger than it looked, and there was a lot of it, so I ended up feeling quite full. There were cute and photogenic drinks and parfaits available. I noticed a young man next to me having a creme brulee and a funky older gentleman on the other side enjoying tiramisu. It's a scene you wouldn't see 30 years ago, right?

Near the southern end of the Odori side of Chikaho, a cafe called "SIROYA" opened on June 22, 2022, in the former Ishiya Cafe location, operated by the same company "Ishiya Seika." There are also three new shops (or maybe four) in the same area. There was a short line outside the shop, but I was able to join the end with just one other person. We were seated within 3 minutes. We ordered a "drinkable cheesecake (tiramisu) for 700 yen" and a "hot cafe latte for 450 yen." The cheesecake had a mild cheese flavor with whipped cream on top, and the sponge was also included. It was tasty, but the ice was unnecessary. The cafe latte was well-made and easy to drink. The food menu is limited, and the overall cost-effectiveness is questionable, but the location is good, so it seems to attract customers. Thank you for the meal.
