The appetizer costs 300 yen and consists of Vienna sausages and black radish oden with a strong and delicious broth. Every Tuesday, they offer skewers for 88 yen each, such as pork, shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, and mozzarella cheese. They are crispy and light, not greasy, and you can eat as many as you want. The sauce is also light and nice. I also ordered one skewer of "Parisian-style tsukune" for 240 yen, which was made with fresh green peppers and a sweet and spicy sauce. The crunchy cartilage texture was good. I had a few more shochu highballs and used a discount coupon I had received before, which made the bill surprisingly low. It was a delightful meal. It went well with the drinks. The beef tendon stew had a similar vibe. The tulip fried chicken was freshly fried and had a nice, strong seasoning. My friend even complimented it! I often visit various locations such as Kushikatsu and Yakitori Tetchan Kotoni store, Maruyama Class store, and Tokiwa-mae store. This time, I decided to visit Kushikatsu Tetchan Minami 4-jo store. They offer a great all-you-can-drink course, but on this day, I ordered individual drinks such as beer, highball, lemon sour, and green gin soda one after another. Maybe I should have gone for the all-you-can-drink option after all. The appetizer was drooling chicken skewers, and the kushikatsu was priced from 110 yen per skewer. The 8-piece assortment was a bit of a deal at 880 yen. The assortment included shrimp, chicken, red sausage, eggplant, lotus root, corn, pork, and asparagus. I also ordered additional items like pickled ginger, squid, quail eggs, salmon, cheese, shrimp (2 pieces), yam, and onion. The batter was thin and crispy, not greasy at all, and very delicious. I finished my errands around here and decided to check out a new restaurant. There are many "Tetchan" restaurants around, and I think I've been to one before. It's still early, so I'll keep it quick. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the staff greeted me warmly! It's nice! It's a yakitori restaurant. I ordered pork skewers for 163 yen, pork wrapped in pickled ginger for 120 yen, quail skewers for 120 yen, eggplant skewers for 120 yen, onion skewers for 120 yen, asparagus skewers for 120 yen, delicious and flavorful gyoza for 500 yen, beer for 390 yen, lemon sour for 290 yen, and "otooshi" for 300 yen. Otooshi is cold rolled cabbage. I was a bit intrigued by the coldness, but the skewers were delicious! I also enjoyed the gyoza, which I love. I ordered another lemon sour. The "black oden" with cartilage in it had a good texture and slightly sweet and rich flavor. Unfortunately, the "potato fries" were sold out, so we got the substitute "grilled squid" instead. The "chicken wings" were hot and crispy, with a gentle seasoning that was very tasty. For drinks, we had beer, highball, green gin and soda, and highball again. Since I have bad luck with lottery, I left the Chinchirorin game to my wife... and she amazingly got a 4 of a kind, winning us a 1,000 yen discount coupon for next time! In Sapporo Chuo-ku, "Ane-chan" will open on January 10, 2022, offering freshly fried skewers and yakitori. However, it seems that they will officially open as "Tecchan" on January 15th. Tecchan is always there on opening day to greet customers. The drinks are mostly oolong tea, with a 30-minute all-you-can-drink option for 480 yen. I purposely drank for about 40 minutes to contribute to sales. For food, they have a special offer on sashimi platters, originally priced at 1,078 yen but now only 500 yen for a larger platter. This offer seems to be long-lasting. They also offer skewers, which are highly recommended, especially with their sauce. The pork and chicken skewers are quite filling and reasonably priced. The fried skewers are also delicious. After a satisfying meal, I look forward to visiting Ane-chan again.
