Located on the 3rd floor of a building near Toyosui Susukino Station. All the dishes are delicious in taste and appearance. The fried chicken of Mimiga was so tasty that I ordered it twice. The standout point is the incredibly fast service. The drinks are also delicious, and it was a great experience to enjoy awamori with everyone while eating delicious food in a great atmosphere with excellent service. The variety of menu items and drinks is also good (although many items were sold out). Definitely a place worth revisiting. Popular appetizer ranking, Top 5 overall popular items (refer to the menu in the restaurant): 1. Papaya Kimchi 2. Fried chicken of Mimiga 3. Hot boiled green soybeans 4. Spicy Mimiga chili 5. Okinawa mozuku and octopus vinegar dish

I felt nervous trying Okinawan cuisine that I'm not used to, but the menu looked delicious. I had a hard time deciding what to order. The seasoning and portion were just right, and I think it's great for solo dining, dates, or groups. The variety of cocktails and other drinks was impressive, and I feel like I need to go back to try more items on the menu.

It was delicious! Honestly, at first I was worried about whether Okinawan cuisine at an izakaya would suit my taste, but when I tried it, it was really delicious! There was something like tofu made from peanuts? and it was so tasty! The sweetness and fragrance of the beans go really well with the miso flavor! I think it's not easy to find opportunities to eat this, so please try it! And what was especially great was the variety and deliciousness of the alcohol options! I definitely want to go again!

The takeout from the bar on the upper floor of the store was incredibly delicious! I'm used to eating in Okinawa, but this was so tasty!! I'll have to try dining in the restaurant next time.

I went to Uminchu no Yamanchu no San for Okinawan cuisine. I'm not familiar with Okinawan cuisine, but I sometimes have an irresistible urge to eat it. I made a reservation for a course, and I was surprised by the variety of the all-you-can-drink menu! There are so many options that I'll need to visit several times to try them all. They even offer drinks that are not on the menu, and the staff's recommendations are great. Thank you for the meal!

I felt like I was in Okinawa even though I was in Sapporo. I found a restaurant that was open late and hassle-free. It seemed like a typical izakaya, so I was intrigued by the Okinawan sign and decided to check it out on the 3rd floor of a building. Surprisingly, even though it was past midnight, the place was 70% full of customers. It also had a high smoking rate. I wondered if there were still many smokers in Hokkaido. It turned out that they were having a 15th-anniversary event with all-you-can-drink specials. I ordered the seasonal "tankan sour" and was served with appetizers like mimigaa and papaya kimchi, giving me an Okinawan vibe despite the snow falling outside. The menu had a variety of options, including some Hokkaido dishes that made me chuckle. I decided to try the "natto champuru," which was a large serving of cabbage stir-fried with washed natto, pork, and topped with bonito flakes and shiso. It had a simple seasoning, making it light and easy to eat. I also tried the "mozuku tempura," which had a generous amount of mozuku. It came with salt, ginger, and tempura sauce, but the tempura itself was already flavorful, so the additional salt was unnecessary. The "boiled edamame" was not Okinawan cuisine, but it complemented the atmosphere well and paired nicely with awamori. The staff's excellent service and the welcoming atmosphere seemed to be the secret to their 15-year success. They also offered drink specials regularly, so I would definitely consider revisiting whenever I miss Okinawa in Sapporo. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

When it comes to Okinawan food in Sapporo, Umiyama is the place to go! The papaya kimchi in the appetizer was crunchy and delicious! The mimigar (pig ear) was also crispy! The third dish, huchampuru, was incredibly tasty, and I even added the custom champuru as the fourth dish! I chose somen noodles, pork, egg, tofu, papaya, and pickled vegetables. It was so delicious!

Located near Toyohira Susukino Station, this restaurant is probably the most well-known Okinawan cuisine spot in Sapporo. It always seems to be bustling with customers. The drink menu is extensive, with so many pages it makes you wonder. They offer drinks made with ingredients like bitter melon, fruits, and a wide selection of awamori, sake, and wine. Impressive. I tried the Goya Champuru and pickled shallots, both delicious and consistent. I also had the sashimi platter with five types of fish from the north and south. The fish from Okinawa, like Daruma, was new to me but had a firm texture and great flavor. Highly recommended. This is a place I'll want to come back to from time to time.

A famous Okinawan cuisine izakaya in Sapporo! The food is tailored to the local taste and easy to eat, which is great! The all-you-can-drink option allows you to enjoy all kinds of drinks with excellent cost performance. However, if you are seated in the annex on a different floor, all conversations can be overheard, making it difficult to have private conversations.

We used it for the second party of a workplace drinking party. This time, we had a miracle all-you-can-drink with individual food orders. The seats at the restaurant are a bit close together. The miracle all-you-can-drink allows you to drink all the menu items generously. You can also enjoy various types of awamori from Okinawa. Okinawan cuisine is delicious too. The mozuku tempura and du-ru tempura are exquisite! The Okinawan soba with light broth is a perfect finish! Thank you for the meal (*´ω`)

I used the service here. I ordered coffee awamori (Niconico Taro) and Okinawa soba. The Okinawa soba was "Miyako soba," with the toppings placed at the bottom. It seems they do this to show that they are not extravagant. The taste was more salty than soy sauce. It was so good that I couldn't help but say, "Oh, this is nice." The pork was especially delicious, tender and I could chew the cartilage without any problem. I like to add green onions, pickled ginger, and red pepper paste halfway through to change the flavor. I may start making this a regular choice instead of finishing with ramen. There was also a menu that seemed like a half-size option. This time, I had to resist my favorite Somin Chanpuru, so next time, if I have room in my stomach, I would like to try both.

I was taken to a beauty salon by a friend and decided to have lunch together, but I couldn't find a restaurant that caught my eye. Oh, I saw a sign for Okinawan soba. Even though it was lunchtime, I wondered if they had a lunch menu. When I went in, it turned out to be a regular izakaya menu. I asked the staff if they had a lunch menu, and they said, "Oh, we don't really do that." Then they asked me what I would like to drink. Ah, it's an izakaya style. I said I needed a moment to think and carefully looked at the menu, and that's when I found Okinawan soba! I'm sorry, can I order this? Two bowls of Okinawan soba, please. I ordered it. Immediately, they asked, "What would you like to drink?" Oh, just water, please. While I was looking around, I noticed something extra. Sea grapes! Once I spotted them, I had to order them. I also added sea grapes and Mimiga (Okinawan dish) to my order! After a while, the soba came out without any toppings. Huh? It turns out it's Miyako style, with two small pieces of meat and two slices of kamaboko under the noodles. It tasted similar to instant Okinawan soba you can get as a souvenir. Well, it can't be helped, it's not a specialized shop after all. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. I unintentionally enjoyed a taste of Okinawa. Next time, I'll come back at night after the self-restraint period is over.

I visited this restaurant because I was craving Okinawan cuisine more than usual. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon at 5pm, so there were seats available, but it quickly became almost full. It's a popular spot. I tried the Gima-mi tofu, which I received with a coupon. It's more like a Bavarian cream cake than tofu. The Red Agu pork steak was a limited-time menu item priced at 1580 yen. The pork was sweet. My wife had the Okinawa mozuku seaweed tempura for 580 yen, which was a great deal. I had the bitter melon stir-fry for 680 yen, which had more bitter melon than other places I've been to. I also tried the customizable stir-fry dish for 750 yen. You can choose three vegetable ingredients, and they can all be the same. My wife boldly chose three papayas, which were crunchy and delicious. Eating Okinawan cuisine in Hokkaido can be expensive, but this place is reasonably priced. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

This time, I went out for dinner for the first time in a while at a Okinawan restaurant called Umichu Nuchu. I think it's been about 5 years since I last visited this place. They offer all-you-can-drink for all the alcohol in the restaurant. As is customary at Okinawan restaurants, I drank a lot of aged awamori and ended up losing my memory halfway through haha. The sea grapes, Jimami tofu, Mimigar, Tebichi, Goya Champuru, Okinawa soba, Rafute, and Duru-Ten were all delicious! I'm planning to go there again tomorrow (laughs).

This shop offers a wide variety of dishes and drinks, and personally, I think it's even more delicious than the Okinawan cuisine I had in person! It may be adjusted to suit the tastes of people from Hokkaido. A friend who is not very fond of Okinawan cuisine also said that this place is delicious! They said they want to come back together. The Goya cocktail is delicious!! It's so delicious that I end up drinking too much (^_^;) Even with all-you-can-drink, they come to take orders when your glass looks like it's about to be empty (I think there are not many all-you-can-drink shops that come to take orders before you do), and the service is fast even when it's crowded! All the dishes are delicious, and the atmosphere of the shop makes you feel like you've been to Okinawa. It's a shop that once you visit, you'll want to go back again!

While in Sapporo, it feels like being in Okinawa. This restaurant is new to me, but I still love Okinawan cuisine. It's healthy, with mostly lightly seasoned dishes, but you can still taste the rich broth, which is comforting. If I could eat Okinawan food every day, I feel like I would always be healthy. Ah, I want to go to Okinawa.

During the state of emergency, all the night businesses are trying their best by offering lunch menus. I often pass by this restaurant, but I have never been inside, so I took this opportunity to visit. When I climbed the stairs to the 3rd floor, there was an elevator available (phew). I ordered the Kokutoro Rafute set meal for 750 yen and the Goya Champuru set meal for 580 yen to share. The Rafute was deliciously tender, and I liked that it came with a ladle so you can pour the sauce over the rice. However, the soup portion was a bit small. As for the Goya Champuru, it was a bit disappointing. It may be a matter of personal preference, but I think the bonito flakes were unnecessary. Again, the soup portion was too small. Nevertheless, it's nice to see that each store is trying their best. I am writing this review after the state of emergency has been lifted, so I wonder if they are still open for lunch now...

I wanted to eat Okinawan cuisine, so I went to Umichu Nuchu Nuchu. The third floor was full, so I was taken to a hidden spot on the second floor. I was seated at the counter. I ordered a few dishes and opted for the all-you-can-drink option, which included all the drinks in the restaurant. I tried various types of awamori. In between, I had banapako. For a closing dish, I ordered steak, a classic Okinawan choice, with a topping of garlic butter. The meat was a bit tough. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a Okinawan restaurant in Susukino because my usual Okinawan restaurant was closed. It's a place I used to go to occasionally when I was a student. We arrived around 6pm and sat at a table for two. We ordered drinks and dishes separately. We started with Orion beer for a toast! We received a complimentary dish of sea grapes using a coupon. It had a nice popping texture and just the right amount of salt. Delicious! I also ordered the Goya Champuru tofu that I used to enjoy in the past, and it was still delicious! It's dipped in a sweet miso-like sauce and can be enjoyed almost like a dessert. We also ordered the spicy Mimigar (pig ear) dish! It had a great sesame oil flavor and was tender and tasty. I couldn't order too many dishes this time because I used to eat a lot during lunch, which was a bit disappointing. I look forward to coming back and trying more dishes next time!

I have been quite absent for a while, it's umiyama. It seems like it's been a few years since I started using Tabelog. I made a reservation on Hot Pepper and entered the restaurant at 6:00 PM. There were already a few customers inside. I extended the all-you-can-drink option to 120 minutes with a coupon. First, I toasted with an Orion beer. It's a refreshing beer! It's a must-have when you come here. For food, I had sea grapes, Jimami tofu, Goya champuru, Okinawan chicken wings, papaya kimchi, and fried Mimiga, all Okinawan specialties. It had been a while since I had Jimami tofu. I like to eat it in a mitarashi-style sauce. Sea grapes were delicious with a nice texture! Goya champuru was exceptionally delicious. There are customizable champuru options, but I still prefer Goya champuru. And I really like papaya kimchi, the texture is so good and it doesn't have a strong taste, so I recommend it. The fried items were also delicious. On this day, my partner had about 4 glasses of awamori and was in a very good mood. I went for pineapple beer, mango beer, and then Highball (laughs). The drinks are really delicious too. Ah, I'll come back again soon!
