So, I visited the shop on Saturday as planned! I tried the cheesecake and gâteau au chocolat from the showcase. They provided chopsticks instead of a fork. Is it meant to be eaten with chopsticks? Or was it just a coincidence? The cheesecake had a strong lemon (oil) flavor which was delicious. It had a tart-like oatmeal base. The gâteau au chocolat had a refreshing chocolate taste without being too rich. The sweetness was just right for me. It was well-balanced and delicious. There was also a chocolate cake that looked similar, made with a whole block of tofu and sweeter than the gâteau au chocolat. The tiramisu looked tempting, but I thought it had too much cream, so I didn't try it. Later, I found out it was made with tofu and regretted not trying it. Next time, I'll try the tiramisu and chocolate cake! The tart crust is made without butter, using rice oil instead, making it different from the usual crust. I wish I had paid more attention to the details written in the showcase before choosing. I want to try all the cakes, so I'll have to come back at least three more times to try them all. These guilt-free delicious cakes are highly recommended! The cheerful and heartfelt shop owner is a hardworking person who also runs a bar at night. It seems like a fun place to visit in the evening too! The cakes were absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the meal!

I aim to become a confectionery shop that uses only plant-based ingredients without wheat flour, eggs, dairy products, or white sugar!! I once went too far, reconsidered, and went back to the second floor of a tempura shop. The shutter was halfway down, but I went up to the second floor to check it out. I heard some noise, so I went in. A friendly young lady welcomed me, but it turns out they are only open on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays. Even though I hadn't read it properly. But since you came all the way here, they gave me some leftovers from yesterday, salt cheese cookies, and oatmeal biscotti! Thank you very much!! The salt cheese cookies are cheese-free but have a cheese-like flavor. The cheese flavor comes from organic nutritional yeast. Amazing. The taste was so good that I was surprised and finished it all in one go. I love this kind of thing, but I think it's different from regular cookies. The texture is not crumbly but more like a hard cracker. Impressive. I think I will definitely like the oatmeal biscotti, so that will be for another day. There was no price or expiration date written on the package, but I wonder how much it costs. They have around 9 types of cakes in the showcase. There was also a spacious seating area for eating in. This is a confectionery shop that opened on the second floor of a tempura restaurant. They use only plant-based ingredients, avoiding wheat flour, eggs, dairy products, and white sugar. They are open only on Saturdays, but now they also open on Sundays irregularly. I went there and bought a cheesecake (500 yen) and tiramisu (550 yen) for takeout. If you bring your own container, they will give you a discount. Despite using only plant-based ingredients, the cheesecake tasted just like a regular cheesecake, with a rich cheese flavor. The tiramisu was also delicious, with a gentle sweetness that made it satisfying. These desserts seem perfect for people on a diet. I will definitely go back again. Thank you for the meal!
