I went to the Italian crepe shop inside Nagasaki-ya, the Nagasaki-ya Obihiro store. I was torn between getting a sweet or not sweet crepe, but in the end, I decided I wanted something slightly sweet and ordered the chocolate banana crepe. I was satisfied with the classic flavor. 😊

This is Obihiro. It's the second day of the Obihiro food tour. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great. The plan was to go to Obihiro Zoo and walk around the southeast side, but we decided to check the weather in the city first. Since we had a decent breakfast in the morning, we decided to start with something light for a warm-up. We went to Nagasakiya. I briefly thought about having morning curry again, but decided to go for soft serve ice cream instead. The soft serve ice cream was 300 yen including tax. There were characters that seemed like they could eat a lot of soft serve ice cream, so it was a bit challenging to take a photo before eating it. Once the photo was taken, it was time to enjoy it. It was just a normal but delicious soft serve ice cream. When I looked closely, I noticed that it had shrunk quite a bit while I was taking photos. It's a nice little break, don't you think? I really love the crepes here. I have bought them several times. They have a variety of options like chocolate banana with vanilla ice cream, which are fun to choose from and reasonably priced. The savory crepes are also delicious. The crepe batter is thick and crispy. The crispy batter goes well with sausage tuna pizza, sausage tuna salad, and tuna salad. It's very satisfying to eat when you're hungry. It's great when you want to fill up a little bit or satisfy a small hunger. If you have business in Obihiro, I recommend trying it.

I had only noticed Nagasakiya Indian on my way, but it was hot so I decided to have ice cream for dessert here. A single scoop costs 210 yen, which is quite cheap. They have a new "Mochi Ice Cream" series, and I tried the Sakura Mochi Ice Cream for 210 yen. It does have a subtle taste of sakura mochi... but it's not that delicious (laughs). You can order ice cream in a cup or cone, and even a double scoop costs only 240 yen, which is a great deal. Of course, since it's a "crepe shop," they also have a variety of crepes. The staff will make it right in front of you and serve it hot. Thank you for the meal! I might stop by again on my way back from Indian.

There may not be many Nagasakiya department stores around now, but there was a crepe shop inside one. It's part of the Nagasakiya group. The crepe trend was starting to interest me, but for some reason, I lost interest. Let's revive the crepe trend by eating it again. I ordered the tuna, sausage, and salad crepe to avoid something too sweet. The crepe was hot and so was the filling. It was delicious, but also very hot.
