I was really curious after reading the reviews at the beginning, so I went there for the first time today. When I saw the flashy sign at first, I thought it might be just for show, but once I went inside, the interior was very stylish. As for the meat, I first ordered my favorites: galbi, tongue, tripe, sagari, and a cut I hadn't tried before, maybe the aorta. The offal is generally seasoned with a sweet sauce. I chose salt for the tongue, and all the meats were delicious. The tongue wasn't thin, but had a good thickness and was very juicy. The galbi was fatty and tender, while the tripe had a nice chewy texture. I felt like having something with rice, but they didn't have bibimbap which I usually order at BBQ places, so I ordered yukgaejang soup with rice instead. The soup was also delicious! Lastly, I wanted to try more, so I ordered achilles tendon and cheek meat. The achilles tendon was tough at first, but once grilled, it had a mochi-like texture! I should have tried it earlier, but it was towards the end and I didn't like the texture much (sorry to the staff). The cheek meat looked normal, but had a slightly different taste compared to the other meats. Overall, I think it's a great deal for the price. My girlfriend and I were already talking about when we should come back next.Visited again in June 2014. Some parts of the interior had been renovated. Previously, there were many seats that seemed like just boards attached to the sides of drum cans, but now most seats have a hollow in the middle of the table, making it more comfortable to sit and eat. The taste was still delicious as before, so please refer to my previous comment for more details from my last visit (lol).
