This is a new hotel that opened on September 1, 2022! On the top floor, there is an open-air bath, sauna, and cold water bath, making it a hotel where you can enjoy the latest relaxation. On the stylish hotel's first floor, there is a breakfast venue exclusively for guests. You can enjoy a buffet of Otaru's specialties and Hokkaido ingredients. Everything was delicious, especially the fresh and tasty vegetables! You can even make Otaru's Ankake Yakisoba by yourself, and there were dishes prepared that locals would eat, which was really nice. Everything was delicious, from rice to milk and more. Lastly, the coffee I had at the end was also delicious, so I hope they can make it available for use outside of breakfast as well.

The new hotel, Grids Premium Hotel Otaru, currently has a breakfast-only restaurant. One Hokkaido specialty they offer is bara chirashi, which has a unique and thick texture. The variety of dishes was decent, but guests staying in Otaru may prefer to go outside for seafood bowls. The pineapple was delicious. My friends from Honshu said it was good! There was no ikura (salmon roe) topping yet. Thank you for the meal!
