I am alone in Obihiro, jotting down notes. I started late and on top of that, I was told to "come back by 5 o'clock!" So I had to give up on visiting some of the restaurants I wanted to go to. As I was heading towards the last two options, I stumbled upon a soft-serve ice cream shop. I checked the rearview mirror to make sure there were no cars behind me, made a sudden left turn, and gave up on the other restaurant. Inside the shop, there was a soft-serve ice cream stand. Since I was alone in the car, I was ecstatic. The shop was called "Ichigohausu" which I initially thought was a strange name, but upon closer inspection, it was actually "Ichigo Hausu." It's a natural food store. I ordered a soft-serve ice cream and the staff member seemed disappointed. I apologized to the pretty lady and wondered if there was another person with her. It seemed like she was a staff member doing product display. I ate the ice cream in the car. It was a bit grainy but not too sweet. It melted quickly, probably because it had a lot of air in it. There was no cup, so it was a bit messy.

Interested in things you have never seen or heard of, but the purpose is a cup of milk (= ´∀´)ﾉ凵゛Generous servings and good service. It says it's milk from Jersey cows, smooth and rich milk. I thought there would be "strawberry soft serve" because of the store name, but oh well. Everything is a gift from nature, so the soft serve was refreshing with a clean finish. Head west on Harukoma Street in Obihiro, then turn left at Yutoriberg and continue driving for a while until you reach the shop. This shop sells natural foods. Inside, there are products with half-price stickers, making it a great deal with a wide variety of items. I ordered the "Jersey cow soft serve ice cream for 300 yen" that I came for. The female staff piled a mountain of soft serve on the cone for me. And on top of that, it was half-price that day! All this for 150 yen with this amount!! The slightly grainy texture of the soft serve might be unique to natural foods. As I finally finished the generous serving, my head was chilled to the core. It was a hot day, so it was delicious - I want to eat this soft serve again with an empty stomach! Thank you for the meal!

It was a natural food store. I didn't see anyone else buying soft serve ice cream, but since I came all the way here, I decided to try it. It was made from Jersey cow milk, so I had some expectations. However, the texture was strange with solid bits remaining in my mouth, and it didn't melt smoothly. Nevertheless, I didn't dislike it, so I finished it.

While in the area, I stopped by Ichigo Hausu for some soft serve ice cream. Although I'm not participating in the soft serve ice cream rally this year (which has 79 participating stores!), I was intrigued by a soft serve flavor I had never tried before. Upon entering the store, I first checked out their selection of over 1000 natural food items before ordering a soft serve ice cream for 300 yen. The staff washed their hands (important!) and skillfully wrapped the ice cream in a Nissei No.1 flare top cone. The amount of ice cream for the price was a pleasant surprise, as I had underestimated it due to the use of low-temperature pasteurized Jersey milk. The ice cream had a smooth texture with just the right amount of sweetness. It had a non-homogenized milk taste with occasional small clumps, giving it a unique flavor. Despite the large amount of ice cream, I managed to finish it before it melted completely. The cone was also crispy. If you're looking for a unique soft serve ice cream experience, I recommend giving this place a try. Even without a spoon, it's shareable and satisfying for non-homogenized milk lovers.
