The best fish and chips I've ever had, made with fresh white fish. The food here is so good that it's worth coming just for this, but everything else is also delicious! As it's an Irish pub, they have a wide selection of whiskies at a low price and no cover charge! I often use this place as a meeting spot. It's located behind a Toyoko Inn, so I usually stay there and then head out to the bar district here. It's very convenient as it's right in front of the bar district.

I went to "Irish Pub Koi" in Kushiro. This place is really like an Irish pub with its interior, music, and selection of drinks. I was surprised to see that Guinness is only 800 yen here. During happy hour, it's even cheaper at 700 yen. It's a great deal considering it's usually around 1000 yen. And the taste is great too, very fresh and delicious. The whiskey selection is also impressive, with not just Irish whiskey but other unique options as well. I saw Octomore and couldn't resist ordering it. It's surprising to find such a variety of whiskies in Kushiro. The food is also excellent, especially the fish & chips which I highly recommend. I definitely want to go back again. That's all.
