I visited this restaurant with my colleagues from work. It was my third time here. One of the best things about this place is the wide variety of drinks at affordable prices! While they don't offer all-you-can-drink, highball and sours are 250 yen, and Premium Malt is 480 yen! The food menu ranges from light snacks to hearty meat dishes, rice dishes, and more. The servings come in disposable containers in small portions, perfect for those who like to try a little bit of everything! And of course, the food is delicious. The staff are all friendly and create a lively atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

I went to the "Nomotto" sake brewery in Susukino, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. I wanted to drink, so I went. I met some people I knew, as well as some new faces, all sitting at the counter. Before I knew it, we were a group of three! It turned into a great party with a good balance of people. The food was popular on food blogs and Instagram.

✔️Giga Jim Beam highball x2
Onigiri... Do you have any? I asked, but they didn't have any, so they offered rice and fried rice instead. Fried rice! Please!! It was delicious! The ingredients had a nice texture and accents! So tasty!!! We also ordered saba (mackerel) and katsuo (bonito) tataki for a fun finish! Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much!

Mole ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و It's been a while! This time, I came to the restaurant with a regular customer! The counter was available ♡ The tables were almost full! It's still a popular place ♡ The recommended dishes by the regular customer were all delicious! I really liked the grilled crab shell! As for drinks, the mega size is really cheap! The mega size of green tea gin is only 500 yen ♡ It's so cheap and I'm happy! While drinking, I happened to see some drinking buddies also come to the restaurant, and we all chatted at the counter, this kind of encounter is also a fun time at a bar! I got a little too drunk and my memory is a bit fuzzy, so let's drink slowly again next time ♡ Thank you for the meal!

☀️◼️Sake and Appetizers at Mogura Sake Brewery: Tuna with Garlic Soy Sauce for ¥660, Chilled Tomatoes with Pickled Ginger for ¥550, and Whelk Liver for ? Korean seaweed for ¥220. Our third stop at 3:30pm, Mogura opens at 3pm, making it a popular spot for day drinking. We were joined by a charismatic day drinking lady, and the four of us had a great time toasting together. The food was delicious, thank you for the feast. Now, as our beloved companion is about to leave, we wish we could stay together longer. Taking the subway together, we head to our fourth stop. ❤️

While wandering around looking for a nice place, I stumbled upon a sign for Mogura-san and decided to go inside. I was seated at the counter and ordered a bottled beer. The place allows smoking and the food menu changes daily, which is very appealing. I also ordered a tasting set of three types of sake for only 1100 yen, which was a great deal. The staff were friendly, and the combination of delicious drinks and food made it a comfortable place to be even when alone. They open early, so I would like to come back for a daytime drink next time! Thank you for the meal!

Located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, this underground izakaya makes you feel like a mole as you descend below ground. The atmosphere inside is lively and bustling, with a tempting aroma drawing you in. We ordered the following dishes: Lamb Meat Bomber for ¥880, Chicken Shio-Koji Zangi for ¥440, Chikuwa Tempura for ¥440, Alien Sausage for ¥440, and Firefly Squid Marinated in Seaweed for ¥440. Perfect for pairing with drinks! The Lamb Meat Bomber was a hit, with the lamb meat and garlic complementing each other perfectly. The Zangi, Tempura, Alien Sausage, and Firefly Squid were all delicious as well. The names of the dishes were also clever and funny. We couldn't help but keep drinking with such great food. The izakaya has a great selection of sake and a wide variety of menu items, so we definitely want to come back. Thank you for the feast!

It's been about a year since I last visited Mogura Sake Brewery. My former favorite senior colleague treated me to a meal, and I am so grateful. I remember ordering the Mogura Chicken Shio-Koji Zangi for 440 yen first, but I forgot what else we ordered. Maybe it was the Ikura Soy-marinated Tuna and Yuba Namero...? Thank you for the delicious meal!

Afternoon drinking in 2023/4 (*´ω`)o∪ Located a bit north of the national highway in an old building, this dimly lit underground bar opens every day at 3 pm. It's a popular spot that gets crowded right after opening, offering cheap and delicious drinks in a fun atmosphere. There's no cover charge, but each person must order at least one dish and contribute 200 yen towards consumables. The beer selection includes the heavenly frothy Premium Malts for 480 yen in a plastic cup to add to the festive mood. You can choose your favorite dish, like the fluffy omelette, which comes in a fun Styrofoam container. For drinks, the Gigantic size is the best deal - it's as big as a pitcher! I even did some weightlifting while drinking. Thanks for the meal! (^ω^)

I summarized it again♪ When drinking in the middle of the day in town, I always end up stopping by here. I love their omelette and fried chicken♪ Occasionally I have a large beer. It's heavy. I also tried the sparkling sake Shidasheeld and it was delicious‼️ Some days I drink with people I'm connected with on Instagram, and other days I run into people I'm connected with on Instagram... It's a very nice restaurant. I am grateful for the wonderful encounters♪

This shop is open from 15:00. It is recommended to make a reservation before visiting, as it was fully booked by 16:00. They do not provide appetizers. Plates and cups are disposable. They offer a variety of Japanese sake. Recommended items include green tea highball, smoked mackerel with ginger, space alien sausage, squid sashimi with homemade miso, and grilled salted salad potatoes. The appetizers are a good size and diverse, though not particularly special. Opting for a large drink is a good deal as they come in large glasses. The clientele is mostly young. (March 2023)

I took a half day off and came here in the afternoon. Even though I arrived around 15:10, just a little after the opening time, more than half of the seats were already taken. Within 30 minutes, the restaurant was completely full. I was surprised to see so many people drinking in the middle of the day! I ordered:
- Red Star bottled beer for 550 yen
- Scallop and yuba namero for 660 yen
- Vinegar miso for 440 yen
The scallop namero was smooth and delicious. The vinegar miso was a great side dish that went well with the Red Star beer. I also tried the Kigakunaga Junmai Ginjo First for 550 yen, with a 150 yen container fee. It was a limited-time offer and the sake was refreshing with a hint of spiciness. It was from Shiga prefecture and was dangerously good to drink alone in the afternoon. I decided to leave before things got out of hand. I really like this place! Thank you for the meal.

Today, I had a drinking party with friends starting at 5 pm. It was a holiday, so there were few open restaurants, and even those that were open were difficult to book on the same day. However, I took a chance and walked into a popular izakaya near Susukino Station, and miraculously got a table just after they finished settling the bill. I'm grateful for the perfect timing! I tried a tasting set of 3 types of sake: Miyagi Suminoe Special Junmai Nakaumi, Oita Ura Chiebijin Junmai Ginjo, and Chiba Kankiku Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Namazake (exquisite). We also had smoked mackerel with pickled ginger, a platter of 6 types of oden, grilled potato salad with sake lees, and Hokkaido beef tataki with truffle sauce. We also enjoyed Gifu W Junmai Daiginjo made with Aiyama rice. The restaurant, named after a mole, had a cozy atmosphere like an underground cellar. The dishes were served on disposable plates with a touch of Hokkaido, and the portions were generous. The prices were a mix of cheap and average. The restaurant was packed with a lively atmosphere, but it also had a comfortable feel, and before we knew it, two hours had passed and we settled the bill. It had been a while since I last visited, but I left satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Scallop and yuba namero. I love scallops, yuba, and namero, so this combination was perfect for me. It may seem like an odd pairing, but the moderate saltiness was just right. I also really like the salted salmon at this restaurant, especially when paired with ikura and grated wasabi in soy sauce - it's a truly "Hokkaido" combination. While the sake is good too, I think I'll continue to boldly order the "Mitsui no Hisashi" and enjoy it over rice in a bowl.

The restaurant is open from 3 pm, which is convenient for avoiding the crowds in the early evening. They deliver high-quality sake in one-liter bottles, which contributes to their popularity. Despite rising prices, the company makes efforts to provide low-cost options. The efficient use of plastic cups and plates adds to the enjoyable atmosphere. The energetic staff members create a welcoming environment for customers. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, such as salted salmon with salmon roe, homemade marinated mackerel, and crab cream croquettes. Every dish is tasty, especially the fatty mackerel and perfectly cooked salmon. Even a simple choice can be satisfying. The red star I intended to order turned into a highball, but the experience was still enjoyable thanks to my companion. Overall, the food was delicious as always. Thank you for the meal.

The shime saba (marinated mackerel) here is always delicious. Today, it was probably the best I've had so far - very firm. It goes really well with the Hanajunmai Ginjo sake from Ozawa. The Yūkyō Junmai Genshu sake is also great, with a melon aroma and a strong umami flavor. It has a nice thickness and is delicious on its own. I really like this restaurant.

I had planned to check out this restaurant on social media. Last time I tried to peek in without a reservation, but it was full so I had to give up. This time, I went without a reservation again and was able to get in. Maybe there weren't many reservations during the New Year? Lucky me! I had crab miso, omelette, seared sake-steamed clams potato salad, and three types of sake. I left when it started to get crowded. I want to stop by again by myself. Sometimes you can see on Instagram the current reservation status for the day.

Recently when I come around here, I used to stop by for standing drinking. But today I wanted to sit down. So I timidly made an attack here. It's really popular, so it's often hard to find a seat. But today, I'm safe. I have a really good feeling about it. Let's start with a beer. I've gotten used to the plastic cups here for some reason. When I come here, I always order the Zangi. Each of the three pieces is big, but it's the kind of Zangi that you just have to order. And I'll have some Namero as well. It was made with albacore tuna. So, let's start with a beer for solo drinking! I'll enjoy the Namero little by little while having the beer. The Zangi is piping hot, so I have to be careful. But it's still piping hot. For the second drink, I'll have a Highball. It's very cheap here, like the sours. It might be worth continuing to drink here. When it comes to snacks, fried foods seem to be reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I don't have much time today, but that's it for now. I feel like I'll come back to fill the gap in my liver. That's the feeling I have.

This is a cozy place that I always end up at when I go for daytime drinks. I love their fried horse mackerel here! Everything I've tried has been a hit. I go with my daytime drinking buddies or sometimes run into my Instagram friends and end up having a drink together. It's really a wonderful place. I'll definitely be going back this year!
