I visited for the second time since the grand opening. This is a popular chiffon cake shop called "Pan Koubou Hikari." Despite having disabilities, the staff member tried their best to calculate the money at the register. I had bought chiffon cakes before, so this time I purchased my favorite daifuku. In addition to chiffon cakes, this shop also sells a small variety of bread, cookies, and daifuku.
- Yomogi Daifuku (130 yen): In the past, they used to sell out in the morning, but recently I have been able to purchase them consistently. The bean paste has a firm texture and just the right amount of sweetness, very delicious. It's my favorite and highly recommended.
- Setouchi Lemon Daifuku (150 yen): It was my first time trying this. I usually don't like this type of daifuku, but this one was really good. The staff members working there seemed stress-free and were doing a great job. Thank you for the meal.
