I visited Parina for the first time. It is said to be a hidden bakery that is not always open, but it is actually open on the first and third Sundays of the month. The shop is located in a normal house, with bread displayed for sale at the entrance and inside the entrance area. It is run by a friendly elderly couple. I arrived around 2:30 pm, so there were not many bread left, but I bought a pumpkin bun, rye bread, and sausage bun. I also received an orange muffin as a service because it was the 12th anniversary of the shop on the day I visited. The pumpkin bun had a handmade feel to it and was quite delicious. The rye bread had a firm texture and a good aroma. The sausage bun was not particularly distinctive, but the sausage inside was tasty. The orange muffin was delicious as well. Overall, I enjoyed the visit to this unique and rare bakery.

Parina Bakery in Zenibako sells delicious bread in a traditional house setting. They also offer bread-making classes, which my child has been attending for 5 years. The classes are divided into small and large groups, and the teacher is a kind and gentle lady. The bread varies with the seasons and ranges from cute to intricate. They have a wide selection of healthy bread, including sausage bread and chikuwa bread, which are delicious. Personally, I love their anpan and rare raisin bread. The rare raisin bread has a perfect balance of sweetness from the raisins, crunchiness from the walnuts, and a soft, fluffy texture inside. It's great with curry! Stop by on the first and third Sundays of the month to see their selection of bread displayed outside. It's located near Jodoji Temple.
