The ultimate course of bonito tuna and mackerel saba♪ 9 dishes in total with 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink for 6,530 yen per person. The menu includes: Appetizer (chicken breast on this day), Bonito tuna and mackerel saba sashimi platter, Marinated tuna salad, Low-temperature cooked beef with wasabi, Grilled bonito tuna collar, Dashi potato with butter sauce, Today's pickled dish, Bonito tuna sashimi and mackerel saba bara chirashi, and Dessert. The restaurant specializes in bonito tuna and mackerel saba, and the sashimi was especially delicious. There are various ways to enjoy it, such as with wasabi, mountain wasabi, salt, or seared. It's cool and refreshing~ I heard there's a restaurant with delicious fish, so I decided to visit for the second time. The restaurant on the third floor is spacious and... incredibly cool. After the first place was unbearably hot, this place feels like a lifesaver haha. Here, I tried the maguro and saba sushi. The toro nigiri of bluefin tuna and the gari mackerel roll are delicious. The dashi potato is also tasty with a gentle flavor. It's a sushi place in Sapporo that truly captures the freshness of the fish. I wonder if the maguro is from Tobi. The saba and gari are also exquisitely delicious!! The dashi potato has a gentle taste as well...

I visited a tuna and mackerel restaurant for dinner and had a plate of assorted tuna and mackerel with a glass of sake. The seared cheek and head of the tuna were especially delicious. The fatty mackerel was also available in sashimi, slightly cooked, and marinated styles, and all of them were incredibly tasty. Other dishes like mackerel miso and tuna vinegar were also excellent and paired well with alcohol. Overall, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

The clientele is mostly young people (60%) and middle-aged men (40%). Despite being full, the atmosphere inside is pleasant and not noisy. The must-try dish is the assorted tuna and mackerel, featuring rare parts of tuna (lean meat, head meat, cheek meat) and mackerel (cooked, raw, marinated). It's all delicious! Whether grilled, raw, or well-cooked, each preparation method is enjoyable. The staff is efficient and the interior is simple and nice. I will definitely be coming back! I went to this restaurant when it first opened, but now it seems to be a popular spot that requires reservations. My junior colleague made a reservation for us. I'm not a fan of mackerel, so I had a tuna-focused meal with sashimi, yukhoe, namero, rolls, all with tuna. It was enjoyable. The taste was average. They had a good selection of sake as well.

I visited a popular restaurant known for its rumors, specializing in tuna and mackerel. I tried the 5000 yen all-you-can-drink course which included appetizers, seared sashimi platter, delicious potatoes, and a mini seafood bowl (couldn't finish due to drinking too much). The drinks were tasty, and dessert was also included, making me very satisfied.

I visited a tuna and mackerel izakaya in a building inside Tanukikoji Arcade, which felt like it could be in Tokyo! The interior was clean and nice. The staff kindly recommended dishes, so I ended up ordering a lot (haha). Ordering was also possible through a modern QR code system. Eating the tuna and mackerel mix on a hot stone was a unique experience! It was delicious as it is, but also great when seared. The potato with mackerel broth was surprisingly tasty, and the fried dish was addictive. If you get tired of tuna and mackerel, they also have options like wagyu beef and local chicken tataki, which is nice. Next time, I'll come back to try their sake too! \(//∇//)\

I visited this place after a long time, even though I had been here a few times before. You can also smoke cigarettes here. The toro sashimi and the tuna and mackerel 3-point sashimi platter are delicious, especially when seared. The fried tuna neck or throat is very filling and has a creamy texture inside. The grilled green onions and miso-marinated eggplant are also delicious. It would be even better if the prices were a bit cheaper.

I used the all-you-can-drink option from the evening. The first drink was beer (Kinmugi), which had the logo of the restaurant drawn on the foam. The dish in the photo is not tuna or mackerel, but Tarezangi, which was delicious! Highly recommended. For tuna, I recommend the rare cutlet with tartar, and for mackerel, the marinated toro mackerel with sesame soy sauce is delicious. Before I knew it, the restaurant was full! There is only one toilet, so be careful. I had a great time. Apparently, the restaurant in Nakameguro, Tokyo, is popular. It makes me feel proud. Thank you for the meal!

The name of the restaurant was intriguing, and I finally had the chance to visit today. When I arrived at 5 pm on a weekday, I wasn't sure if the restaurant was open. The door opened with a bang at exactly 5 pm, and I asked if they were open, to which they confirmed. It seemed like reservations were preferred. I sat at the counter and started with a beer. The beer was served with a unique design on top. The appetizer was soybeans... I couldn't catch the rest. I tried a platter of tuna and mackerel, both rare cuts. I also had wasabi tofu and cream cheese with smoked cheese. The staff suggested searing the fish, but I ended up enjoying it raw. Overall, it was a trendy spot with young staff, perfect for a date night for young people. I personally prefer lean cuts of tuna.

Surprisingly, it is not non-smoking, which is rare for a place of this size. -While enjoying a "Suntory Premium Malt's draft beer for 539 yen," we tried various dishes! First, I was surprised to see the logo and restaurant name drawn in the foam of the draft beer! I saw it for the first time. The photo shows the signature dish of the restaurant, "Assorted tuna and mackerel, 1 serving for 858 yen," where you can enjoy various parts of premium tuna and mackerel. Every part was delicious! The order starts from 2 servings (the photo is probably 2 servings, but I'm not sure). Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant around 8:00 PM on Tuesday. It was located in a building facing Tanuki Koji street, and I had to climb up three flights of stairs to reach it. Upon entering, I found myself in a fairly large space with a counter seating area for six people. There were two couples and one man already seated, making it a full house. Towards the back, there were about 10 table seats, and the place seemed quite lively. I started with a beer, and when I mentioned that I wanted beer, they offered me a premium drink option (2,000 yen excluding tax) which included draft beer and local sake. I ordered the recommended dish, a combination of bluefin tuna and fatty mackerel sashimi, along with some other dishes like smoked herring and cream cheese, and homemade tuna potato salad. The atmosphere was bright and clean, with mostly young couples and groups of customers, and the staff were young female servers. The sashimi arrived first, with various types of fish and a small iron plate for searing. I tried the smoked herring, raw mackerel, seared tuna head meat, cheek meat, and lean meat. The servers instructed me to sear the smoked herring and head meat a little before eating, and they were delicious. The herring had a mild vinegar flavor, and the mackerel was fresh and oily. The seared tuna head and cheek meat were fragrant and tasty, while the lean meat was average. The pickled fish was also good, served with salt and wasabi. The smoked herring with cream cheese was like a rolled omelette with cheese in the middle, and it was decent. I paired the dishes with Saba Deshu sake, which was mild and easy to drink. The potato salad was served in a generous portion with tuna on top, but I found it lacking in flavor and not to my liking. I struggled to finish it. I ended the meal with a sake called Nishihari Harumachikore, which had a distinct sake flavor and was slightly sweet. The atmosphere was lively with young people enjoying themselves, and it seemed like a good spot for socializing. However, I noticed that both the couple next to me and the one next to them were smoking, so it may not be suitable for non-smokers. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

I wandered around Tanukikoji street because the shop I was looking for was closed. Then I found "Maguro to Saba" restaurant. It was great, right? Even though it was before 6 pm, there were already a few customers inside, but there were still some empty seats. However, it seemed like many reservations had been made. Thanks to the staff's seat arrangement, we managed to get in. First, we ordered a mixed plate of tuna and fatty mackerel for two people. The tuna included lean meat, head meat, and cheek meat. The mackerel consisted of raw mackerel, cured mackerel, and pickled mackerel. It also came with a grilling plate. We grilled the head and cheek meat, and they were delicious. The mackerel, especially the fatty mackerel, was really tasty. It was great to be able to try three different types. Later, we also ordered mackerel sashimi because it was so delicious. We also had seasonal vegetables with crab miso bagna cauda. It might have been even better if the crab miso flavor was stronger. The dashi potato with rich cheese sauce was delicious. The combination of dashi and cheese was really good. There was plenty of it, so we should have eaten it first. Thank you for the meal.

After a long time, I visited a tuna and mackerel restaurant. I didn't have a reservation, but managed to get a table. It was quite busy. The appetizer was some kind of salty squid dish, which wasn't really to my liking. It might go well with rice or beer though. The assorted sashimi plate had tuna that was deliciously fatty, but the mackerel was a bit disappointing with a slight fishy smell. The mackerel tartare was tasty, probably because it was a fatty mackerel. The potato uni cream dish didn't have a strong sea urchin flavor, and I think smaller cuts would have been better. The torotaku lacked the distinctive flavor of pickled radish, maybe adding shiso and sesame would improve it. Overall, the mackerel might not have been the best quality this time, and I wish they would bring back the original potato uni cream dish. Despite these issues, I will visit again. I was a bit nervous when I first visited Maguro to Saba, a restaurant I had never heard of before. However, I was amazed by the deliciousness of the shime saba and maguro. There were dishes that were grilled and others that were served as they were, and I couldn't believe how tasty they were. The alcohol also went down very smoothly. ☺️

Visited with a valued customer for a business meeting. The atmosphere was very stylish. Couldn't decide between the tatami room and the terrace, but chose the terrace since it's summer. It was the first beer garden of the year. There were many types of alcohol, but the fish was especially delicious. The variety of seasoned mackerel was particularly tasty. My taste buds were captivated. I will definitely visit again.
