My personal days off are Monday and Tuesday. I don't want to take off on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays because I want to drink beer at lunchtime next to someone who is working during the week (laughs). However, the "Happy Monday" holiday is annoying for me, as I am not happy at all (laughs). Speaking of happiness in Sapporo, there is Playland Happy, but I am not interested in that (laughs). Since it is a holiday, I assumed that famous shops in the city would be crowded, so I initially thought about having ramen at a shop around Hongo-dori 7-chome in Shiroishi-ku, but the Google Maps reviews... (laughs). Also, a friend who is working messaged me during work saying, "I want to eat soba." I suggested ordering from a delivery service or even buying it at a convenience store. As a result, we changed our lunch plans to soba. When we arrived at a soba restaurant near Hokkaido University Hospital, we found a handwritten note saying that they were temporarily closed (´;ω;`) Ugh... Well, it's common for small stores to be closed on Sundays and holidays, so it can't be helped. So we walked back to Sapporo Station, and sure enough, many stores were closed. The shops that were open around the station were mostly corporate stores, right? When we exited the north exit west concourse of Sapporo Station, we noticed this shop. It seems like last week we were eating lunch by the sea, and today we're having lunch in the mountains (laughs). Looking at the menu displayed in front of the building, the set meals include zangi, croquettes, tonkatsu, and curry. They are mostly in the 700 yen range. A set meal with miso soup and croquettes costs 600 yen tax included. Well, you might get tired of eating it every day (laughs). We descended the stairs to the basement and were greeted energetically by the staff with "Welcome!!" We were guided to a table in the back. Orders were made using a tablet. I ordered the "Daily Tonkatsu Set Meal for 834 yen" and a beer for 380 yen excluding tax, so it's 418 yen tax included, which is cheap, so I confirmed the order on the tablet. The beer arrived in 1 minute. The glass was ice-cold, and Sapporo Classic tasted great (laughs). The tonkatsu set meal arrived just 2 minutes later. Isn't that too fast? It's my first time eating tonkatsu. Is it a pork steak? Well, it's quite big. The sauce on the tonkatsu is on the strong side. As for the pork, it's... tough? It's not about the chewiness level. The rice was freshly cooked and delicious. Well, Sapporo Classic is delicious, so it's okay (laughs). It's a convenient restaurant because it's close to the station. Well, thank you for the meal.
