Great cost performance. This shop is counter-only, but the conversation with the owner is enjoyable. Both the wine and snacks are delicious, so you can enjoy it every time.

Today, I went for a casual drink around the main street area and ended up at a recently opened wine bar called "Wine Bar intro" near Asao subway station exit. It's located next to the familiar "FIJIYAMAROCKET" that I occasionally visit. The place has a pretty stylish atmosphere. I wasn't planning on drinking much, but I ended up getting a bottle of sparkling wine. I don't really know much about wine, so I asked the staff for a recommendation and they suggested the sparkling wine. I also ordered some snacks to go with the wine. They served me grated wasabi with tachikama, which was a nice touch. I haven't had tachikama outside much before, but it was really delicious. The slight fragrance and crunchy texture paired well with the wine. The presentation of the prosciutto might have been a bit messy, but the taste was still great. Overall, I enjoyed the sparkling wine and the snacks. It was a great experience, and I appreciate the delicious wine. There are some good places in Asao as well. I'll definitely visit again for another casual drink.

I was taken to this place by a colleague at work who loves wine. It was located in a hidden alley, a place I didn't know even though I occasionally drink in Aso. The small restaurant had an L-shaped counter and was quite crowded even though it was a weekday. In Aso, there are more places where you can drink wine, but I always found the bottle wines to be cheap but not appealing (they are actually expensive considering the original price), or the glass wines to be not tasty and overpriced. I had given up on finding a place in Aso where I could enjoy delicious wine at a good price. But to my surprise, the bottle wines here were cheap. However, this time I opted for the glass wines at the second place. I was told, "The current glass wines are red and white, these two types," and found out that they change one after the other as the bottles run out. There were only two types, but the quality was amazing. Definitely not something you can drink for just 500 yen. By the way, all glasses are 500 yen each. I had four glasses of wine, which were Doctor Rosen Riesling, Puzel Van Cool, Van Cudo Domaine Laurent, Coteaux Bourguignons, and Chateau Renaissance. All of this for 2000 yen. It's a place where those who know, know.

This is a wine bar located right outside Asabu subway station in Sapporo. It's been a while since it opened on the first floor of a building that looks like a row house. I was intrigued by the atmosphere and wine selection. I finally visited the other day when I felt like having just one drink. They offer a choice of two red wines by the glass, one with a bit of a bite and one without. I chose the slightly more expensive one, a Côtes du Rhône, for 500 yen. It was poured elegantly and had a nice smooth taste. I also tried the tripe for 400 yen, which was a good deal considering the small but tasty portions. I had a couple of glasses of wine and it was a nice place for a nightcap. I regret not coming here sooner. I couldn't help but overhear a conversation between a young lady and an older boss, which made me chuckle. It's a small bar where the atmosphere can be influenced by the other customers. I'll save the "Beautiful Legs" cocktail for next time. They have a surprisingly wide variety of menu options.

There is a wine bar in Asao!? I went in to check it out. As I passed through the small door, I saw rows of shochu bottles on the counter... Why? Because of the shochu bottles, it didn't feel like a wine bar at all... When I asked about the wine selection, they only had two types of red and two types of white... Not much... I thought it might be a fancy, expensive place since it was a wine bar, but it's actually a casual spot where you can enjoy reasonably priced wine. It's recommended for when you just want to have a glass of wine. It's better not to try to impress on a date because the atmosphere is lacking.
