I have visited quite a few restaurants in the bustling area of Kushiro! But I avoided leaving reviews because I didn't want to be recognized! Honestly, I didn't find any particular restaurant that I thought was delicious! Apparently, the main branch of this restaurant is located in the Kanto region, and the owner is running the branch in Kushiro. They seem to source their main ingredients from Tsukiji Market just like the main branch! As for the service, the owner has a subtle attentiveness and a friendly smile, while the staff members, though making mistakes, seem to have a supportive atmosphere from the owner. Now, onto the food - the taste, quality of ingredients, and uniqueness are unmatched in Kushiro! Actually, besides this restaurant, there are no other places like this in Kushiro! The most memorable dish was the blowfish sashimi, which you can't find at this level in Kushiro. The sake pairing was also well done, and the staff understood our preferences. In fact, there are many places in Kushiro where you would be surprised by the orders you make! After eating and drinking moderately, the bill came to 22,000 yen for one man and two women. While dining out in Kushiro may feel a bit expensive, I would rather pay 15,000 yen at a forgettable place than miss out on this restaurant! I can't skimp on spending 2,000 yen for the luxury of dining out alone! In the bustling area of Kushiro, Suenocho and Sakae-machi, this restaurant is highly recommended! By the way, if I were to rate the restaurants I visited in this area, the highest score would be 2.5. And just to note, the yakitori restaurant Torimasa is not included in this rating, but I wouldn't give it a 3.0! In Kushiro, it's not about the food being delicious, it's about enjoying the atmosphere while drinking! (laughs)
