When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medication that suits me. If reviews or comments suddenly stop, please assume that I have been hospitalized again, just like last time. Even if I take a third break, I still want to return as a reviewer. Likes and comments may be delayed, but I plan to catch up once I return. In July 2020, the all-purpose seasoning "Dashi Doraku" is a product of "Nitatanda Soy Sauce" in Etajima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is distributed nationwide through vending machines. There are approximately 140 "Dashi Doraku dedicated vending machines" deployed from Sapporo City, Hokkaido in the north to Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyushu in the south. I happened to see a sign for "Dashi Doraku." I remembered seeing a review of the "Dashi Doraku vending machine" before. I tried it for the first time with my usual companion. This store is located along the sidewalk of a coin parking lot on the north 3rd street in the Odori area of Chuo-ku, Sapporo City. Please check the address on Tabelog for the exact location of the store. There are two types of products, both 500ml for 700 yen each. I chose "Dashi Doraku with grilled flying fish." I bought it in March when there was still a little snow left, and by the time I realized it in July, the expiration date was approaching (laughs). I hurriedly enjoyed it with cold soba or cold somen. ■ Dashi Doraku with grilled flying fish A seasoning that is sufficient with just this one bottle. Dilute it about 7 to 8 times before using. The base is light white soy sauce. It contains grilled flying fish and kelp. It has a slightly viscous texture because of the kelp. Price: 500ml 700 yen (tax included) "Dashi Doraku with grilled flying fish" is a seasoning that brings out the deliciousness of grilled flying fish. It is a convenient white dashi. Due to the season, I enjoyed it with chilled noodles such as udon, soba, somen, and kishimen. Personally, I preferred udon, somen, and kishimen over soba. It is quite salty, so a small amount is enough at a time. Although it is a bit expensive at 700 yen for 500ml, it lasts quite a long time. The taste is convincing for a product distributed through vending machines nationwide. Next time, I might try a different "Dashi Doraku." Thank you for the delicious meal.

Cutting open a plastic bottle with a cutter, taking out the fish inside, baking it in the oven, and eating it was amazing! It was salty and delicious. Perfect with alcohol. I don't have a photo, but it was salty and made me thirsty. Drinking shochu, getting drunk, it's a spiral of drunkenness.

It is a strong dashi with a bit of saltiness and thick texture from the kelp. I wonder how many are sold in a day. The powdered bonito and kelp inside can also be used as a sprinkle. It is a versatile dashi with no particular strong taste. Japan is known as the kingdom of vending machines, which is quite interesting. Adding a little to instant ramen gives it a rich flavor (laughs).

5-star review of a vending machine selling dashi broth with grilled jaw for 700 yen! Surprisingly cheap, right?! This is not just any vending machine, though. It sells dashi made by Nisanda Shoyu in Etajima, Hiroshima. These vending machines are installed in a wide range of areas, from Hokkaido to Fukuoka. I was able to register as a member in Tokyo, which was pretty cool. I bought the grilled jaw dashi, which comes in a 500ml bottle. It was super cold, as expected from a vending machine. The broth contains whole pieces of kombu and grilled jaw, giving it a rich and slightly intense flavor. It's great for adding depth to dishes like simmered dishes or mixed rice. Highly recommended!
