I am a fan of Kashishi Restaurant. I used to love the Musoulu Don, but this time I went for the Tantanmen instead, haha. I also had the Char Siu Fried Rice, Ankake Yakisoba (with five ingredients), Salted Wonton Noodles, and Pan-Fried Dumplings. It's been a year since I last visited Kashishi Restaurant! There was a quiet brother there who I remember from the days at the restaurant, always skillfully handling the knife and making decorative cuts. I also remember being fascinated by the photo books of ruins and treasure houses that were displayed in the restaurant. And the Bruce Lee poster too, haha. It went from Cai Kan to Shu Jia to You Long, in that order, like a deadly game. Just like Bruce Lee. Who's playing the fat game here?! The restaurant is cold this time of year, haha, not my fault. Summer is recommended. But the steam from the dishes is really prominent! A clever strategy, perhaps? The taste of Chinese food that warms your cold body... I like that kind of thing. I love it. The Tantanmen has firm curly noodles with sesame miso and a spicy kick that urges you to take the next bite... It's not too spicy, so I finished it in no time. The Char Siu Fried Rice is a paradise of fluffy grains. I like to eat it with Chinese soup to wash down any throat blockages. The portion is quite generous, so you'll definitely feel full. The Ankake Yakisoba has a nice mix of crispy and soft noodles, and the sauce is delicious. It's like beautifying the sauce. The Salted Wonton Noodles had a great balance of saltiness! I accidentally burned my mouth without hesitation, haha, like a Wonton Man. What's that? The pan-fried dumplings are packed with filling and juicy meat juice, and the flavor is delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste after a year! By the time I left, more customers had arrived, and all the dishes they were eating looked delicious! Next time, I'll go for the Musoulu Don! (I just like the sound of the name, haha)

Visit date February 1, 2021. For dinner on this day, I visited Kaishishi Yuryu with a companion. We arrived around 19:30. There was one party before us and one after us. We ordered: - Ebi Chaahan (Shrimp Fried Rice) 700 yen - Black Char Siu Chaahan (Fried Rice with Chinese Soy Sauce) 700 yen - Chinatown Zangi (Fried Chicken with Special Green Onion Sauce) 600 yen - Gyoza (4 pieces) 400 yen All the dishes were served in about 15 minutes. The Ebi Chaahan was a fluffy fried rice with a nice salty flavor. The shrimp was slightly undercooked. It came with egg soup, which had a fluffy texture. The use of egg in the fried rice was impressive. The Black Char Siu Chaahan had a black color due to Chinese soy sauce, with a slightly burnt soy sauce aroma. The Chinatown Zangi, a local dish from Kushiro, was made with juicy chicken thigh meat and had a crispy skin. The tangy green onion sauce complemented the dish well. The Gyoza had a generous amount of filling and juice, and the sauce had a unique flavor that was difficult to describe. Despite reviews mentioning "salty fried rice," we found the dishes to be delicious. Perhaps because we enjoy strong flavors. Thank you for the meal.

This is a story from January 2021. Yesterday evening, I went out to visit my parishioners for the new year. However, many places were closed or fully booked, making it difficult to find a place to go. Eventually, I stumbled upon a restaurant called "Futaba ⇒ Behind the station ⇒ Futaba ⇒ Suehiro." I remembered having eaten fried rice there once when it was in Futaba. It's a well-known place for its large portions. It's nice to see a Chinese restaurant in the drinking district, I hope more will open up. I ordered a draft beer and the five-ingredient yakisoba in thick sauce. The dish arrived hot on a large plate. The plate was huge, reminiscent of Sanhachi Restaurant, but the amount of noodles wasn't that much. The noodles were boiled, not steamed, and were thin and slightly firm. The yakisoba sauce was tasty, but something felt lacking. Overall, the flavors were a bit dull. I usually would have had two beers, but I only had one this time. The owner also seemed a bit down. Maybe next time, I'll try the fried rice.

I tried to get takeout at a visa restaurant but they were closed. Yome-san got mad and said, "They said on Facebook that they're open!" It's important to update social media properly. There was a Chinese restaurant nearby that I had called before but they didn't answer. We are in Kushiro, just the two of us. It's been a while since we've been together. Yome-san chose mapo tofu over fried rice. I called to order mapo tofu takeout from "Kashishi Yuryu." The staff wasn't very friendly. They said they could do takeout but there would be an extra charge for the container. I couldn't bring myself to cancel the order. I didn't ask for a pick-up time or give my name. We went to a coffee shop while we waited. The mapo tofu was ready when we got back. It cost 700 yen. It wasn't as bad as I thought. The garlic was a bit overpowering. I reheated it and noticed excess oil. It was quite greasy. The calorie count must be high. It was spicy and the tofu was sweet. I prefer a bit more spice and less oil. The broth was too much, and there wasn't enough minced meat. It was spicy but lacked the numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper.
