On October 15th, I visited Keimi Mansai, a new authentic Chinese ramen restaurant located on the 1st floor of Saito Building at 7-12 Minami 7-jo Nishi 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. I tried their signature Chicken Flavor Ramen for 830 yen. The ramen came with green onions, bamboo shoot, and chashu on top, all swimming in a rich chicken broth. I ordered my noodles to be cooked firm. Keimi Mansai took over the location of the now-closed Tenka Ippin Susukino store, and the owner, who has 40 years of experience in the industry, is originally from Kyoto. The interior of the restaurant is similar to the previous Tenka Ippin store. Orders are placed using a tablet, and the menu includes various ramen options, rice dishes, and side dishes. The soup is made of a rich chicken broth that has been simmered for two days with vegetables. The noodles are thin and firm, and the chashu is thinly sliced. The restaurant also offers a variety of set menus, drinks, and a self-service payment system. Although Tenka Ippin closed down, it's great to have a new place serving delicious chicken-based ramen. Overall, I enjoyed my meal at Keimi Mansai.

3-7-12 Saito Building 1F, Minami Nana-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. Located along the Ekimae-dori street in Susukino, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, this street-level shop stretches from Susukino Station to Nakajima Koen Station. It used to be the location of "Tenka Ippin" but unfortunately closed in September 2021. The name of the new shop is "Keimimansei" which serves rich chicken broth ramen. The entrance has a menu board, and inside, there are counter and table seats, quite spacious. On a Sunday afternoon, both the counter and table seats were almost full. There is a buffet corner with toppings like green onions, pickled vegetables, garlic, and vinegar bean sprouts for self-service. I ordered the Gyoza Set for 1200 yen, which includes chicken broth ramen, gyoza, and rice. The ramen comes in 4 flavors, and I recommend the rich chicken broth. The soup is thick and creamy, reminiscent of "Tenka Ippin". The noodles are thin and absorb the soup well. The gyoza was hot, juicy, and delicious. There are various condiments available at the counter and table for flavor customization. Adding spicy miso paste enhances the taste significantly. The owner seems to have worked at "Tenka Ippin" before opening this shop. The rich chicken broth ramen is delicious, and I look forward to trying the extremely rich chicken flavor next time.

This is the finishing drink after a meal. It's rich. It seems like it could be a love it or hate it kind of drink, but I don't dislike it. However, I feel like my stomach is a bit heavy due to my age. If I were younger, I would have rated it a 3.5, but considering that, I lowered the score a bit. The taste is a bit strong, so next time I might ask for it to be diluted.

I tried the Chicken Miso Ramen (960 yen). The shop's comment said it's not your typical miso ramen, but it was delicious! The rich chicken broth combined with the thick miso soup was tasty. The soup was quite thick and creamy, so it might be a hit or miss depending on your preference. I ordered the noodles firm, and the medium-thick curly noodles were chewy and delicious. The toppings were simple - cabbage, green onions, and pork belly. There were plenty of free toppings at the service counter. The raw garlic was a great addition for flavor. The fried green onions were sweet and crunchy, adding a nice touch. They had a variety of toppings like spicy bean sprouts and pickled mustard greens, making it feel like you got a good deal despite the noodles seeming a bit small. It was convenient to have a discounted parking lot in Susukino. It was almost 5 pm and the restaurant was about 70% full, but the service was still attentive and friendly.

I was tired and couldn't sleep well at the hotel, so I decided to relax in bed after taking a bath. I didn't have much of an appetite in the morning, so I spent some leisure time. For lunch, I went to this place across the street from the hotel. I parked in the parking lot where you get 30 minutes free. The counter was full, so I sat at a table and ordered using a touch panel. After some hesitation, I chose the half-fried rice set with a rich flavor, which was served as a complimentary service. I took some pickled mustard greens from the self-service corner and waited. Soon, my meal arrived. It was actually my first time trying the rich flavor, and I could tell I would like it, even though it wasn't too thick. I ate it while regretting my prejudice. I like the fried rice here because it's on the salty side, and I enjoy eating it with pickled mustard greens. I finished my meal feeling sweaty from the heat that day, leaving some soup behind. Thank you for the meal. (-人-)

After dinner, I went to a ramen shop near the hotel that seemed to have a Hokkaido-style version of Tenkaippin. I ordered the muscle ramen using the touch panel for 1060 yen. They had a service counter where you could get toppings for free, so I loaded up on spicy bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage, and green onions. The customers seemed to be mostly students. When the ramen arrived, it had that distinct Tenkaippin flavor, rich and delicious but not too heavy. The noodles were firm, which was just right, and there were plenty of condiments, so I ended up finishing every last bit of soup! It was delicious.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, located behind the popular "Gantenzushi" in Susukino. Even without a special fair menu, you can enjoy the extremely rich and thick chicken flavor. I ordered the large size with extra soup. The extra soup was free with a coupon from Tabelog. This rich flavor is addictive. I will definitely come back.

The ramen shop that looks like a remnant of the popular ramen chain where I used to go often in the past. Honestly, it's a little bit lower in quality compared to the original chain, but whenever I come to Sapporo, I feel like eating there. It's a tradition to eat their ridiculously delicious ramen on a hungover Sunday and end up feeling sick again.

During a business trip to Sapporo, I was looking for a place to have some ramen after drinking, and I found a ramen shop near my hotel called "Keimi Mansai." I was a bit skeptical about chicken white broth ramen in Sapporo, but decided to give it a try. The restaurant was spacious and very clean. You order using a tablet and self-checkout is available, which was very convenient. I ordered the limited edition Ibuki Iriko's rich dried fish ramen for 960 yen. Those who ordered ramen could help themselves to toppings like green onions, spicy pickled mustard greens, garlic, spicy bean sprouts, salted cabbage, and pickled radish at the buffet corner. After a 5-minute wait, the ramen arrived. It looked rich and flavorful, with a strong aroma of dried fish and a great fragrance of flavored oil. The soup was thick and creamy, with a nice balance of chicken white broth flavor. The noodles were medium-thick straight noodles, which paired well with the soup. The chopped onions, seaweed, and toppings from the buffet corner added a nice touch. The table had vinegar, chili oil, pepper, ramen sauce, and spicy miso for flavor customization. I would love to try their rich chicken flavor ramen next time. Thank you for the meal.

A ramen shop in Susukino, Sapporo!! It's the former location of Tenkaippin!! I didn't have high expectations, so I visited late, but one sip of the soup... rich chicken soup!! Wait, is this the one?? Yes, it definitely is!! The side menu is decent, the gyoza is good. Personally, I prefer this place over Tenkaippin.

I ordered the Chicken Flavored Soy Sauce Ramen (860 yen), the Pork Kimchi Ramen (620 yen), and a Soft-Boiled Egg (120 yen), totaling 1,600 yen. After finding the rich ramen too heavy last time, I decided to try the opposite with the Chicken Flavored Soy Sauce Ramen. It turned out to be surprisingly light, with a good balance of chicken broth richness. The Pork Kimchi Ramen was more like a side dish for alcohol. I later realized they had a Pork Kimchi Set for 1,210 yen with rice included. Why didn't the staff tell me about this?! Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

This shop is located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. I come here when I'm tired or when I want to cool down my body. The Half Fried Rice Set (changing the regular ramen to rich ramen, changing to a regular portion of fried rice) is almost the same as Tenkaippin's ramen! The rich flavor is delicious! The noodles are straight noodles. The regular portion may seem small, but the rich soup is satisfying enough. Plus, I also order fried rice (^_^;) You can change the half fried rice to a regular portion for an additional 100 yen. The fried rice is surprisingly delicious.

Yes, it's a stable hangover. I want to eat something spicy! So I didn't miss the announcement on SNS. The intense spiciness goes up to level 5, but this time I chose level 3. Please also include half fried rice as a set. It's recommended to pour pickled vegetables over the fried rice. Now it's served. It's a solid red color, and the spiciness is refreshing, even level 5 seems manageable. I don't usually eat intense flavors, but this is delicious. The acidity is just right, making the noodles even tastier. I want to come back before it's sold out. Next time, I'll definitely try level 5. Thank you for the meal. (-人-)

One day for lunch, I was recommended by a ramen-loving companion to visit this place for the first time! I tried the classic chicken-flavored ramen. The best part is that you can have unlimited green onions on top! The soup was incredibly rich and thick, which I really liked and could easily get addicted to. Thank you for the delicious meal! I ordered the fried chicken set (1,300 yen) at this restaurant. It seems like this place was opened by a former executive of Tenkaippin, as it is located in the same spot. The service counter where you can help yourself to condiments is also the same. I ordered the fried chicken set with rich soup, regular noodles, medium firmness, normal garlic seasoning, and regular rice. I also ordered a boiled egg by asking the staff. I got some condiments from the service counter and added extra green onions to my ramen. It was great that all these extras were free. The spicy miso paste on the table was particularly delicious, whether dipped with the fried chicken or added to the ramen for a flavor boost. It was a delightful meal.

Hey hey ❤️ Even though it's a ramen shop in Susukino ❤️ There is free parking for 1 hour ❤️ No waiting on weekdays at 0 am ❤️ After that, there may be a line ❤️ It's a popular place ❤️ Order on a tablet at your seat ❤️ Choose your preferences ❤️ Like Tenkaippin, there is a small dish buffet ❤️ Radish pickles ❤️ Very delicious ❤️ There is also hot tea ❤️ Finally, the ramen arrives ❤️ It's served a bit late here ❤️ It's so rich ❣️ Super rich ❣️ My companion also had the same ramen, but for some reason? Only my ramen's chashu was extremely thin and tiny 😂 But it was delicious ❤️❤️❤️ There is a coupon for Menma on Tabelog ❤️ I forgot to use it though 😂 It was delicious ❤️ Thank you for the meal ❤️

Ramen restaurant in Sapporo. Visited after a light drink. ~Order~ Chicken-flavored Ramen Extra Rich 980 yen Rice (regular) 170 yen There is a buffet with toppings such as green onions, spicy pickled mustard greens, bean sprouts, garlic, pickles, etc. If you order ramen or fried rice, you can use it. By the time I finished getting toppings from the buffet, the ramen was served. A thick and rich chicken broth soup that looks like it could stand chopsticks. Medium-thin straight noodles with a strong texture. Hmm? This taste seems familiar. I couldn't tell the difference between the soup and noodles of this place and a certain chain (famous for its rich and creamy ramen in Kyoto). The chashu was a little different, but not noteworthy. Well, I like this taste, the variety of toppings at the buffet is great, and I'm very satisfied. Recommended when you want to eat rich and creamy ramen in Sapporo. Thank you for the meal.

This shop is located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. I eat here occasionally when I'm tired. It's very similar to Tenkaippin. The soup and noodles are quite similar. I ordered the kotteri (rich broth) with extra noodles and half a serving of extra noodles later. I ate a bit too much... I always regret it afterwards... but when I'm tired, it's the best source of nutrition.

For dinner today, I visited a new restaurant where you can choose from 4 types of soup. I ordered the recommended rich chicken soup ramen. The ramen had straight noodles with a slightly thick soup. The flavor was indeed rich and satisfying. I also had gyoza and fried rice, so I left feeling full.

"I'm in Sapporo, Susukino, and I visited three ramen shops. Lately, whenever I visit three shops, I end up getting drunk, so I can't resist the temptation of ramen. I had stopped for a while, but couldn't resist. Is this place the successor to Tenkaippin? It's not a historical site, right? By the way, Tenkaippin never got a chance to try it before it closed down. This place seems related to Kyoto. Is it connected to Kyoto? The ticket machine is used here. The Chicken Rich Flavor Ramen costs 830 yen. The Chicken Soy Sauce Pork Belly Chashu Ramen costs 1180 yen. These days, you don't hear much about Chashu Ramen, right? The straight noodles with low water content are delicious, aren't they? The bamboo shoots are not bad. The green onions and chashu were sliced so thin that you could almost see through them. The soup is rich and thick, almost too thick for my liking. When you slurp the noodles, they cling a lot, which adds to the guilt already present. The richness of the chicken flavor compensates for the thickness. It's plenty tasty. The self-service system for clearing the table is a bit off-putting. Overall, it was a delicious ramen experience."

In the Susukino area, there is a ramen shop located near Nakajima Park on Ekimae-dori. I had been curious about this place for a while, so I decided to visit for lunch. The location used to be "Tenkaippin," but the layout of the interior with counter seats and table seats remains the same. Orders are placed using a tablet at the table, and payment is done self-service at a machine near the entrance with the receipt. The menu offers various types of noodles such as the basic "Chicken Flavor Ramen," as well as miso and tsukemen, with a variety of toppings available. I ordered the "Half Fried Rice Set (1,190 yen)" this time, with the "Chicken Flavor Ramen" in the "Rich Chicken Flavor" soup and "Firm Noodles." It was ready in about 10 minutes. The soup, made by simmering chicken bones and aromatic vegetables, had a rich flavor and coated the noodles well, similar to the ramen at "Tenkaippin." The slightly thick, medium-thin noodles paired well with the flavorful soup, and although the taste was rich, it wasn't overpowering, allowing me to enjoy it until the end. The fried rice was slightly moist with a richer flavor than it appeared. The portion was not large since it was half, but it was just right for me as the ramen itself was quite heavy. This ramen may have a unique taste, so it might vary depending on personal preference, but I recommend it to those who enjoy the ramen at "Tenkaippin."

Today was a solo trip to Sapporo izakaya. I returned from my favorite bar in Sumikawa to Susukino. Before heading back to the hotel, let's take a short break at "Keimi Mansei" for some self-service side dishes. I picked cabbage and spicy bean sprouts. I'll start with the vegetables first. After a while, my beer arrived. It's a classic Sapporo beer in a bottle, delicious. About 8 minutes later, my turn came. Grilled dumplings arrived. A perfect combination with beer. I'll enjoy it. And after another 5 minutes, the ramen arrived. I chose the flavored egg ramen as a base, with extra thick, regular size, firm, lots of garlic and condiments, and additional chashu topping. I made it a bit luxurious ramen. The thick and rich soup is irresistible. It's the deliciousness of the super thick ramen that you can occasionally enjoy at Tenkaippin. I enjoyed dipping the chashu and flavored egg in the thick soup. It was a satisfying ramen. Now, let's head back to the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my last night in Hokkaido. Thank you for the meal.
