Koji-koji
It was a long-awaited visit in search of delicious meat on a regular night. I had reserved a private room to enjoy yakiniku slowly. The private room was a table seat for 8 people with 2 roasters. It had a slightly luxurious feel and was a nice room. Today, I will enjoy delicious yakiniku a la carte. I was grateful for the option of individual all-you-can-drink. Of course, I started with a toast with draft beer. Looking at the menu, the beef was only premium brand beef and Hokkaido-produced. The cuts included tongue, kalbi, sagari, and loin, with a rich variety of options. There were also pork and beef hormones available, with pork being the main choice. In addition to Korean yakiniku, there were also samgyeopsal, chicken, and seafood options. The variety was abundant and it was difficult to choose, but I decided to try the delicious ones! - King's thick-cut tongue 2,600 yen: Four slices of beautiful tongue, less than 1cm thick, were delicious as they were. Each bite overflowed with juice. - King's kalbi 2,500 yen: Four large pieces of kalbi with wonderful marbling were enjoyed with salt and wasabi. It was delicious with rich fatty flavor. - King's sagari steak 2,800 yen: A long sagari with a clean cut was carefully cooked on the grill before being cut with scissors. It was tender and meaty. - Top sagari 1,600 yen for 2 people: Soft and juicy, it was just as I liked it. - Tubu pickled kalbi 1,800 yen: Served in a pot, the long kalbi was carefully cut and grilled on the grill. The aroma of the sauce burning and the fat grilling was irresistible. The flavor was rich and I wanted to eat it with white rice. - Samgyeopsal set 1,000 yen for 2 people: The pork belly, over 20cm long, could have been a bit thicker. It was enjoyed wrapped in leaves with kimchi, green onions, and gochujang. Although the presence of the pork belly was slightly weak, it was delicious. - Top mino (miso) 900 yen: Crispy and delicious, it was simply delicious. - Oil kimchi 550 yen: Simply delicious. - Kakuteki 450 yen: Simply delicious. - Namul 350 yen: Namul of bean sprouts with a stable seasoning. - Mountain wasabi 80 yen, chopped wasabi 80 yen: Excellent condiments that go well with any yakiniku. I enjoyed the delicious meat. It was a bit luxurious, but worth it. Drinking and eating cost around 7,000 yen per person, which is reasonable. The private room was nice and suitable for business entertainment as well. It was a grateful restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
