The quiet handsome owner and friendly Corgi run a takeout-only shop adjacent to Gotenzan Park. You can take your coffee or drinks to go and enjoy them while sitting on chairs or using the round fishing nets on the premises. In winter, snow sculptures and igloos appear, providing a fun experience. The handsome owner seems to be from Ehime, as they also sell Ehime specialties like mandarins and miso. They also have a special focus on tea.

Next to Gotenzan Tea Lab. in Gotenzan Park, I took a brief walk to admire the beautiful cherry blossoms. Gotenzan Tea Lab. is a take-out shop, so it doesn't have a cafe-like atmosphere inside, but there are tables and chairs outside, making you wish there was a cafe like this. The owner has a charming natural way of speaking, which adds to the appeal of the place and makes you want to come back. They seem to be particular about organic and pesticide-free coffee, tea, and tea-like drinks. They serve freshly brewed iced coffee, which I tried both plain and with gum syrup and milk. The slightly smoky flavor was very pleasant, and the aroma that lingered in my nostrils was super ultra great delicious wonderful! It was perfect for a hot day. I would love to try their hot coffee on a cooler day.
